北京市少兒冰球培訓(xùn)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著2022年冬奧會(huì)的成功申辦,以及“三億人上冰雪”目標(biāo)的提出,作為冬奧會(huì)主辦城市的北京市也對(duì)其冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展做出了規(guī)劃,冰球便是一個(gè)重要的抓手,少兒冰球培訓(xùn)行業(yè)也成為了一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)行業(yè),其發(fā)展對(duì)北京市群眾體育的發(fā)展以及冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)的推廣都具有重要意義。而要促使該行業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展,就要對(duì)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,以探索其未來的發(fā)展道路。本文以北京市少兒冰球培訓(xùn)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力作為研究對(duì)象,基于比較優(yōu)勢(shì)理論和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法和實(shí)地調(diào)查法的研究方法,援引波特鉆石模型的分析范式,從生產(chǎn)要素,需求要素,相關(guān)支撐性產(chǎn)業(yè),企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)以及同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),政府行為、機(jī)遇六個(gè)方面,分析了北京市少兒冰球培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀,得出其目前的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并提出了相應(yīng)的建議。本文的結(jié)論主要包括:(1)北京市少兒冰球培訓(xùn)行業(yè)在生產(chǎn)要素,需求要素,相關(guān)支撐性產(chǎn)業(yè),企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)以及同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這四個(gè)方面都存在不同程度的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),并且政府行為和機(jī)遇也有利于其提升;(2)在生產(chǎn)要素方面,優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)為良好的區(qū)位與冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)、具有人才吸引力和本地人才培養(yǎng)能力、已有資本注入該行業(yè)、豐富的冰場(chǎng)資源;劣勢(shì)則體現(xiàn)為教練員素質(zhì)參差不齊,以及缺少科學(xué)的教學(xué)體系;(3)需求要素方面,優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)為參訓(xùn)人數(shù)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)、較大的潛在市場(chǎng)容量、北京市民較高的消費(fèi)水平;而劣勢(shì)則體現(xiàn)為其市場(chǎng)規(guī)模仍較有限;(4)在相關(guān)支撐性產(chǎn)業(yè)方面,優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)為青少年冰球聯(lián)賽數(shù)量和規(guī)模全國(guó)第一、冰球裝備零售業(yè)不斷發(fā)展;而劣勢(shì)則體現(xiàn)為缺少本地冰球裝備制造商;在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)與同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方面,優(yōu)勢(shì)主要體現(xiàn)為少兒冰球俱樂部數(shù)量多、俱樂部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略多元,以及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)較為激烈;劣勢(shì)則體現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化程度高、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)秩序混亂并缺乏相應(yīng)規(guī)則約束(5)擁有積極的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策與產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃,以及2022年冬奧會(huì)的機(jī)遇;(7)根據(jù)以上現(xiàn)狀,提出了提高教練整體素質(zhì),積極培養(yǎng)本地人才,引入科學(xué)教學(xué)體系;加強(qiáng)冰球推廣,吸引更多社會(huì)資本;辦好青少年冰球賽事,發(fā)展冰球相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè);提升培訓(xùn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,建立行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)規(guī)范;頒布更具體的政府政策、工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與相關(guān)制度;抓住冬奧機(jī)遇等建議。
[Abstract]:With the successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games and the goal of "300 million people on the ice and snow", Beijing, the host city of the Winter Olympics, has also made plans for the development of its ice and snow sports, and ice hockey is an important grasp. Children's ice hockey training industry has also become a hot industry, and its development is of great significance to the development of mass sports and the promotion of ice and snow sports in Beijing. In order to promote the sustainable development of the industry, it is necessary to analyze its competitive status so as to explore its future development path. Based on the comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory, this paper takes the competitiveness of Beijing children's ice hockey training industry as the research object, applies the research methods of literature, interview and field investigation, and invokes the analytical paradigm of Porter's diamond model, which is based on the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of competitive advantage. From the production factors, demand factors, related supporting industries, enterprise strategy, structure and peer competition, government behavior and opportunities, this paper analyzes the competitive status of the children's hockey training industry in Beijing. Its current competitive advantages and disadvantages are obtained, and corresponding suggestions are put forward. The conclusion of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects: the production factor, the demand factor, the related supporting industry, the enterprise strategy, the structure and the competition of the same industry in Beijing's children's hockey training industry, all of which have different competitive advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, government actions and opportunities are also conducive to its promotion. In terms of factors of production, its advantages are mainly reflected in its good location and ice sports tradition, its talent attraction and its ability to train local talents. Capital has been injected into the industry. Abundant ice rink resources; the disadvantages are the uneven quality of coaches and the lack of scientific teaching system. The main advantages are the continuous increase of the number of participants and the large potential market capacity. The disadvantage is that the market scale is still limited. In the related supporting industries, the advantages are mainly reflected in the number and scale of the youth hockey league and the development of the ice hockey equipment retail industry in the whole country. The disadvantages are the lack of local ice hockey equipment manufacturers, the advantages of enterprise strategy, structure and competition, mainly reflected in the large number of children's hockey clubs, the diversity of club competition strategies, and the fierce market competition. The disadvantages are the high degree of homogenization of products, the confusion of market competition order and the lack of corresponding rules to constrain. 5) having active industrial policies and industrial planning, and the opportunity for the 2022 Winter Olympics.) based on the above status quo, It is proposed to improve the overall quality of coaches, actively train local talents, introduce scientific teaching system, strengthen hockey promotion, attract more social capital, run well youth hockey events, develop hockey related industries, and improve the quality of training services.
