【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在通過(guò)比較不同負(fù)荷的末端釋放訓(xùn)練對(duì)下肢縱跳成績(jī)的影響,來(lái)尋找末端釋放訓(xùn)練誘導(dǎo)下肢縱跳的后激活效應(yīng)的最佳負(fù)荷和間歇時(shí)間,從而為訓(xùn)練和比賽的熱身活動(dòng)提供參考和建議。方法:選取9名北京體育大學(xué)男性跳遠(yuǎn)項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生為受試對(duì)象,隨機(jī)進(jìn)行以下3種負(fù)荷的蹲跳訓(xùn)練干預(yù):30%1RM或60%RM固定軌跡的無(wú)負(fù)重離心階段的末端釋放訓(xùn)練;30%1RM的固定軌跡的傳統(tǒng)末端釋放訓(xùn)練。隨機(jī)休息2min、4min、8min后測(cè)試CMJ的峰值功率(w/kg)。將CMJ的峰值功率做重復(fù)測(cè)量方差分析,比較不同負(fù)荷和間歇時(shí)間后CMJ的峰值功率。結(jié)果:研究一結(jié)果顯示兩種形式的下蹲跳干預(yù)訓(xùn)練對(duì)CMJ峰值功率不存在顯著的影響(P0.05),間歇時(shí)間對(duì)最大峰值功率改變量存在顯著的影響(P0.05);無(wú)負(fù)重離心階段的末端釋放訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后2min、4min、8min時(shí)CMJ峰值功率顯著性差異分別為0.016、0.006、0.355;傳統(tǒng)末端釋放訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后2min、4min、8min時(shí)CMJ峰值功率顯著性差異分別0.073,0.002,0426;研究二結(jié)果顯示無(wú)負(fù)重離心階段的末端釋放訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后,間歇時(shí)間對(duì)CMJ峰值功率存在極顯著的影響(P0.01);訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷對(duì)CMJ峰值功率存在顯著的影響(P0.05);間歇時(shí)間和訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷之間存在交互作用(P0.05),無(wú)負(fù)荷訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后2min、4min、8min時(shí)的CMJ峰值功率都無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05),分別為0.816、0.746、0.265;30%1RM訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后2min、4min、8min時(shí)CMJ峰值功率顯著性差異分別0.025,0.000,0.067,;60%1RM訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后2min、4min、8min時(shí)CMJ峰值功率顯著性差異分別0.003、0.899、0.001。結(jié)論:1.兩種形式的下蹲跳末端釋放訓(xùn)練后,在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)都能對(duì)CMJ的成績(jī)產(chǎn)生后激活效應(yīng),且二者使CMJ峰值功率出現(xiàn)顯著性差異的間歇時(shí)間都是4min;2.無(wú)負(fù)重離心階段的末端釋放訓(xùn)練干預(yù),CMJ峰值功率出現(xiàn)顯著性提高的方案為30%1RM訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后4min、60%1RM訓(xùn)練干預(yù)后8min。
[Abstract]:Objective: the aim of this study was to find out the optimal load and interval time for the post-activation effect of end-release training on lower limb longitudinal jump by comparing the effects of end-release training on lower limb longitudinal jump performance. Thus provides the reference and the suggestion for the training and the match warm-up activity. Methods: nine male long jump students from Beijing physical Education University were selected as subjects. The following three kinds of squatting and jumping training were carried out randomly: 301RM or 60%RM fixed track end release training in the centrifuge stage without load and 301RM fixed track traditional end release training. The peak power of CMJ was measured at 2 min, 4 min and 8 min. The peak power of CMJ was measured repeatedly by variance analysis, and the peak power of CMJ was compared after different load and intermittent time. Results: the results of study 1 showed that there was no significant effect on peak power of CMJ by two forms of squatting and jumping intervention training, while intermittent time had a significant effect on the change of maximum peak power. The significant difference of peak power of CMJ at 2 min, 4 min and 8 min after radiation training was 0.016 ~ 0.006 ~ 0.355, respectively, and the difference of peak power of CMJ was significant at 2 min ~ 4 min ~ 8 min after conventional terminal release training, respectively. The results showed that the peak power of CMJ was 0.073 鹵0.002 ~ 0426 in centrifugation stage, respectively. The effect of intermittent time on CMJ peak power was extremely significant (P0.01), training load had significant effect on CMJ peak power (P0.05), there was interaction between intermittent time and training load (P0.05), and the peak work of CMJ at 2 mins and 4 min ~ 8min after no load training intervention. There was no significant difference in the rate of CMJ between 0. 05% and 0. 05% (P 0. 05), which were 0. 816 ~ 0. 746- 0. 265m, respectively. The peak power of CMJ was 0. 025 ~ 0. 000 and 0. 067 ~ 601RM at 2 min and 0. 8min respectively. There was a significant difference in peak power of CMJ at 2 mins, 0. 8min and 0. 899t. 001, respectively. Conclusion 1. After two kinds of squat jump end release training, both of them can produce post-activation effect on CMJ scores in a certain time, and the interval between them to make the peak power of CMJ appear significant difference is 4 mins / 2. In the end release training without load, the peak power of CMJ increased significantly after 30%1RM training at 4 min, 601 min, 8 min after the intervention of RM training.
