“體教結(jié)合”視角下江蘇省藝術(shù)體操后備人才培養(yǎng)的研究

【摘要】:江蘇省藝術(shù)體操隊在經(jīng)歷了上世紀(jì)90年代和本世紀(jì)初的輝煌之后,成績出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重滑坡現(xiàn)象,后備人才匱乏成為藝術(shù)體操人的困惑。在我國競技體育后備人才培養(yǎng)由“舉國體制”體校模式向“體教結(jié)合”學(xué)校模式轉(zhuǎn)變的今天,江蘇省藝術(shù)體操后備人才培養(yǎng)過程中出了哪些問題、如何解決,是本文研究的出發(fā)點。本文以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為理論指導(dǎo),通過查閱文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理分析等研究方法,回顧了“體教結(jié)合”培養(yǎng)競技體育后備人才的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展歷程,探討了 “體教結(jié)合”的本質(zhì)特征和基本發(fā)展規(guī)律,并通過對江蘇省藝術(shù)體操后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與客觀分析,提出新時期通過“體教結(jié)合”培養(yǎng)后備人才的策略。主要結(jié)論如下:(1)江蘇省藝術(shù)體操后備人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)依然是以“培養(yǎng)競技體育后備人才”為主,缺乏多層次培養(yǎng)人才的思想定位,在一定程度上制約了該項目的普及性發(fā)展。(2)藝術(shù)體操體校學(xué)生已經(jīng)全部納入到有“九年義務(wù)教育”階段的學(xué)校,“體教結(jié)合”模式在形式上完成了體育與教育部門之間的合作,管理主體由體校轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)W校,管理方法與手段期待創(chuàng)新。(3)資源整合后,藝術(shù)體操后備人才訓(xùn)練的基本條件得到保障,但依然存在升學(xué)渠道不暢、教練員訓(xùn)練水平有待提高、選材育才等遺留問題。(4)學(xué)訓(xùn)方面,學(xué)生每周堅持8-10小時的訓(xùn)練,約41%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為訓(xùn)練“累”。對文化課學(xué)習(xí)的情況調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)生的自我評價較好,但管理人員認(rèn)為一般。(5)學(xué)生的訓(xùn)練動機(jī),依次為塑造身材提高氣質(zhì)、鍛煉身體、獲得運(yùn)動特長等,從培養(yǎng)專業(yè)運(yùn)動員的視角看,訓(xùn)練動機(jī)較低。影響學(xué)生堅持訓(xùn)練的因素依次為進(jìn)步緩慢、傷病困擾、文化課成績下降等。(6)藝術(shù)體操教練員呈年輕化、高學(xué)歷化趨勢,科研能力、執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗期待進(jìn)一步提高。(7)江蘇省藝術(shù)體操后備人才的“體教結(jié)合”處于階段性普及時期,目前僅體現(xiàn)在小學(xué)階段,此后直至退役為專業(yè)化訓(xùn)練階段,普通中學(xué)、大學(xué)對藝術(shù)體操運(yùn)動員的招生指標(biāo)較少。
[Abstract]:After the glory of the 1990s and the beginning of this century, the achievements of Jiangsu Art Gymnastics team showed a serious decline, and the shortage of reserve personnel became the confusion of rhythmic gymnasts. Today, when the training of reserve talents of competitive sports in our country is changing from "national system" to "combination of sports and education", what problems have emerged and how to solve the problems in the process of cultivating reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province. Is the starting point of this study. Under the guidance of scientific concept of development, through consulting literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical analysis and other research methods, this paper reviews the production and development process of "combination of sports and education" to train reserve talents of competitive sports. This paper probes into the essential characteristics and basic development rules of the combination of physical education and education, and through the investigation and objective analysis of the present situation of cultivating reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province, puts forward the strategy of cultivating reserve talents through the combination of sports and education in the new period. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the training goal of the reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province is still to "train the reserve talents of competitive sports", lacking the ideological orientation of cultivating talents at different levels. To a certain extent, the popularization of the project has been restricted. (2) the students of rhythmic gymnastics sports school have all been brought into the schools with the stage of "nine-year compulsory education", and the "combination of physical education and education" model has formally completed the cooperation between sports and education departments. The main body of management changes from sports school to school, management method and means expect innovation. 3) after the integration of resources, the basic conditions of reserve talent training of rhythmic gymnastics are guaranteed, but there are still not enough channels for further study, and the training level of coaches needs to be improved. About 41% of the students thought that the training was "tired". The investigation on the study of culture course found that the students' self-evaluation was better, but the management thought that the training motivation of the students was, in turn, to build their physique, improve their temperament, exercise their bodies, and acquire their sports specialty, etc. From the perspective of training professional athletes, training motivation is low. The factors that affect the students' persistence in training are slow progress, injury and injury troubles, and the decline of cultural class results, etc.) rhythmic gymnastics coaches show a trend of younger age, higher academic qualifications, scientific research ability, etc. Teaching experience looks forward to further improving the "combination of physical education and teaching" of the reserve talents of rhythmic gymnastics in Jiangsu Province. At present, it is only reflected in the primary school stage, after which time it is retired to the stage of professional training, and the ordinary middle school, There are few enrollment indexes for rhythmic gymnasts in universities.
