北京市青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才是我國(guó)未來(lái)網(wǎng)球事業(yè)發(fā)展的新生力量,其培養(yǎng)情況和我國(guó)網(wǎng)球事業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。只有解決好后備人才的培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題,才能保證我國(guó)網(wǎng)球事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,北京市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展同樣不能忽視后備人才建設(shè),青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才的培養(yǎng)更是重中之重。那么,北京市現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)存在哪些現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,其現(xiàn)狀值得我們討論和分析。 本文以北京市青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀作為研究對(duì)象,采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、實(shí)地考察法等科研方法,以參加北京市第十四屆市運(yùn)會(huì)網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目的青少年運(yùn)動(dòng)員、教練員作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,并對(duì)其現(xiàn)場(chǎng)發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,回收有效問(wèn)卷204份,其中運(yùn)動(dòng)員180份,教練員24份。并對(duì)網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、領(lǐng)隊(duì)等進(jìn)行訪談。對(duì)調(diào)研的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,力圖真實(shí)客觀反映北京市青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出針對(duì)性對(duì)策,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)北京市青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才的健康發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和參考。 通過(guò)對(duì)北京市青少年網(wǎng)球后備人才的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)研和分析得出以下結(jié)論: 1.北京市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及率較低,規(guī)模受限,地區(qū)差異明顯,發(fā)展不平衡。塔基不固,梯隊(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。 2.運(yùn)動(dòng)員對(duì)文化課學(xué)習(xí)比較重視,12歲以后學(xué)訓(xùn)問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重。 3.北京市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員及家長(zhǎng)對(duì)網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練的動(dòng)機(jī)多元。經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源以家庭支持為主,經(jīng)濟(jì)條件較好。 4.教練員主要是憑借運(yùn)動(dòng)員的比賽成績(jī)和教練員自身的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行選材,全面考慮的科學(xué)化選才需要提高。 5.北京市青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練量、參賽數(shù)量不夠,不能滿足優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員成長(zhǎng)的需要。比賽成績(jī)不理想,,競(jìng)技水平有待提高。 6.教練員結(jié)構(gòu)較年輕化,中青年教練為主,有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的中老年教練較匱乏。教練員職稱結(jié)構(gòu)整體上較低,專業(yè)技能、科研能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力都有待提高。 7.教練員訓(xùn)練認(rèn)真,能與運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行有效交流,但缺乏與外界的溝通。 針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題,提出了如下對(duì)策:拓寬發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,擴(kuò)大青少網(wǎng)球人口;以推廣為起點(diǎn),拓展青少年網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的廣度和深度;以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的有效整合;加大政策扶持,加強(qiáng)教練員隊(duì)伍建設(shè);建立賽事積分平臺(tái),由多頭賽事向統(tǒng)籌賽事過(guò)度,發(fā)揮賽事的杠桿作用。
[Abstract]:The youth tennis reserve talent is the new strength of the future tennis development of our country, its training situation is closely related to the sustainable development of our country tennis career. Only by solving the problem of cultivating reserve talents can we guarantee the vigorous development of tennis in China. The development of tennis in Beijing can not ignore the construction of reserve talents, and the cultivation of reserve talents for young tennis is the most important. So, what practical problems exist in the training of tennis reserve talents in Beijing, and its present situation is worth our discussion and analysis. This paper takes the present situation of the training of juvenile tennis reserve talents in Beijing as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, field investigation, etc. Taking the young athletes and coaches who participated in the tennis events of the 14th Municipal Games of Beijing as the objects of investigation, 204 valid questionnaires were collected, including 180 for athletes and 24 for coaches. And the tennis project related leaders, team leaders and so on to carry on the interview. Through the systematic mathematical statistics and analysis of the data and information of the investigation, the author tries to reflect the present situation of the training of the reserve talents of juvenile tennis in Beijing, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems. To further promote the healthy development of young tennis talent in Beijing to provide theoretical basis and reference. Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the training of juvenile tennis reserve talents in Beijing, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The popularity rate of juvenile tennis in Beijing is low, the scale is limited, the regional difference is obvious, and the development is unbalanced. The tower is not solid and the structure of the echelon is unreasonable. 2. Athletes pay more attention to learning and training after 12 years of age. 3. Young tennis players and parents in Beijing have multiple motives for tennis training. Family support is the main source of funding, economic conditions are good. 4. Coaches mainly rely on athletes' competition results and coaches' own experience to select materials, and the overall scientific selection needs to be improved. 5. The training quantity of young tennis players in Beijing is not enough to meet the needs of the growth of outstanding players. The competition result is not ideal, the athletics level needs to be improved. 6. Coaches are younger, young and middle-aged coaches are dominant, and experienced coaches are scarce. The overall structure of coaches' professional titles is low, professional skills, scientific research ability and learning ability need to be improved. 7. Coaches train conscientiously, can communicate effectively with athletes, but lack of communication with the outside world. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: widening the field of development, expanding the number of young tennis players; taking popularization as the starting point, expanding the breadth and depth of juvenile tennis; using the Internet as a means to realize the effective integration of resources; Strengthen the policy support, strengthen the construction of coaches; establish the competition points platform, from the multi-event to the overall competition, play the leverage role of the event.
