【摘要】：我國每一個不同的民族都有自己豐富的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),它是世代相傳活的文化。畬族傳統(tǒng)體育作為民族非物質(zhì)文化的一部分,是畬族人民日常生產(chǎn)生活不可分割的一部分。畬族傳統(tǒng)體育是畬民們在生產(chǎn)生活實踐中,改造自然環(huán)境及其人類自身的智慧結(jié)晶,和現(xiàn)代體育一樣能增強人們的體質(zhì),還有利于民族的團結(jié)。隨著畬族聚居地經(jīng)濟文化環(huán)境的變遷,現(xiàn)在畬族傳統(tǒng)體育面臨傳承人斷層、文化傳承停滯、功能地位轉(zhuǎn)變等問題。為了保護畬族獨特的體育文化資源,遵循我國非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護的要求,本研究運用民族學、民族體育學相關(guān)理論,以浙江景寧畬族傳統(tǒng)體育為研究對象,通過對畬族傳統(tǒng)體育的概況、內(nèi)容、特色優(yōu)勢、價值和實踐應(yīng)用等諸多方面的研究,探尋其中發(fā)展規(guī)律,并對浙江景寧畬族傳統(tǒng)體育在社會發(fā)展過程中的開發(fā)應(yīng)用進行研究,在研究中采用田野調(diào)查法、文獻資料法、訪談法等調(diào)查研究方法。同時運用人類文化學、社會學和經(jīng)濟學相關(guān)理論與研究方法,通過登門拜訪、實地考察、參與各種文化活動和民俗節(jié)慶,記錄原始的項目與故事。對浙江景寧畬族傳統(tǒng)體育開發(fā)和應(yīng)用狀況、文化結(jié)構(gòu)進行研究剖析,并把事物放置于事物本身存在的原生環(huán)境下進行觀察與分析,對其流傳歷史、形成基礎(chǔ)以及現(xiàn)狀進行描述。豐富浙江景寧畬族傳統(tǒng)體育的文化內(nèi)涵,提升社會應(yīng)用價值。本文通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1.浙江景寧畬族傳統(tǒng)體育起源于農(nóng)耕生產(chǎn)、生活習俗、婚姻愛情、宗教信仰等,有著深厚的歷史文化底蘊,富有健身性、藝術(shù)性、娛樂性等特點。2.通過畬族傳統(tǒng)體育校本課程開發(fā),開展畬族傳統(tǒng)體育與音樂、民俗結(jié)合創(chuàng)新,激發(fā)了廣大青少年的運動興趣,學生在賦有激情和快節(jié)奏的運動旋律中提高練習密度、增加運動強度,改善學生生理機能和體質(zhì)健康水平。通過校園畬族傳統(tǒng)體育文化活動設(shè)計創(chuàng)新,豐富學校體育教育資源,引領(lǐng)體育教育創(chuàng)新,促進畬族傳統(tǒng)體育技術(shù)傳承和文化傳播。3.通過對畬族傳統(tǒng)體育健身推廣、健身方法、運動競賽場地器材、運動競賽規(guī)則開發(fā)創(chuàng)新,豐富了大眾健身和運動競賽的內(nèi)容。引領(lǐng)全民健身新理念,推動全民健身有效開展和社會和諧發(fā)展。4.通過對浙江景寧畬族傳統(tǒng)體育開發(fā)優(yōu)勢分析,將畬族傳統(tǒng)體育旅游與當?shù)噩F(xiàn)有的旅游資源和民俗節(jié)慶活動等相結(jié)合。打造畬族傳統(tǒng)體育旅游品牌,推動浙江旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化和社會經(jīng)濟持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Every different nation in our country has its own rich intangible cultural heritage. It is a living culture from generation to generation. The traditional sports of the She nationality, as part of the national intangible culture, is an inseparable part of the daily production and life of the She people. The She people's traditional sports are the changes of the natural environment and their natural environment in the practice of production and life. The wisdom crystallization of human beings, as well as modern sports, can enhance the people's physique and benefit the unity of the people. With the change of the economic and cultural environment of the She people's habitation, the she traditional sports face the problems of inheritor's fault, the stagnation of cultural inheritance and the change of the function status. In order to protect the unique sports cultural resources of the She nationality, I follow me. The requirement of national intangible cultural heritage protection, this study uses ethnology and national sports theory, taking the traditional sports of She nationality in Jingning, Zhejiang as the research object. Through the research on the general situation, content, characteristic advantage, value and practical application of the she traditional sports, explore the law of development, and pass on the spread of the She nationality in Jingning, Zhejiang. The development and application of traditional sports in the process of social development are studied. In the study, the research methods, such as field investigation, literature and interview, are used in the research. At the same time, the theories and methods of human culture, sociology and economics are used. The original project and story. The research and analysis of the development and application of the traditional sports of the She people in Jingning, Zhejiang, the cultural structure, and the observation and analysis of the things in the original environment of the thing itself, and the description of its history, the foundation and the present situation. The cultural connotation of the traditional sports of the She nationality in Jingning, Zhejiang is enriched. Promotion of social application value. This article through the study found: 1. Zhejiang Jingning she traditional sports originated from agricultural production, life customs, marriage and love, religious belief, and so on, has a profound historical and cultural background, rich in fitness, artistry, entertainment and other characteristics.2. through the she traditional sports school-based curriculum development, the she traditional sports and the development of the She nationality Music, folk custom combined with innovation, stimulate the interest of the majority of young people, students in the passion and fast rhythm of the movement to improve the exercise density, increase the intensity of sports, improve the students' physiological function and physical health level. Through the traditional sports cultural activities of the She Minority in the campus, design innovation, enrich the school sports education resources, lead Sports Education innovation, promote the traditional sports technology inheritance and cultural transmission of the She nationality.3. through the traditional sports fitness promotion, fitness methods, sports competition venues equipment, sports competition rules development innovation, enrich the mass fitness and sports competition content, lead the new concept of national fitness, promote the effective development of national fitness and social harmonious hair By analyzing the advantages of the traditional sports development of the She people in Jingning, Zhejiang, the traditional sports tourism of the She nationality is combined with the local tourism resources and folk festival activities. The traditional sports tourism brand of the She nationality will be created to promote the diversification of tourism industry and the sustainable development of the social economy in Zhejiang.
