閉鎖性和開放性訓(xùn)練對青少年籃球運動員靈敏素質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:隨著籃球技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平的不斷提高,現(xiàn)代籃球運動逐漸發(fā)展成國際廣泛開展的競技體育項目,運動員在展現(xiàn)自己高超籃球技能的過程中,控制身體的能力取決于良好的靈敏能力,靈敏能力已經(jīng)成為個人能力的重要因素,逐漸被重視起來。目前,關(guān)于我國青少年籃球運動員靈敏素質(zhì)的理論研究和實踐研究與力量、速度等身體素質(zhì)的研究相比,仍有不小的差距,缺乏比較系統(tǒng)深入的研究。通過本文的研究,揭示閉鎖性靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練方法和開放性靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練方法對青少年籃球運動員靈敏素質(zhì)的影響,為青少年籃球運動員的靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)。本文運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和實驗法,研究閉鎖性和開放性訓(xùn)練對青少年籃球運動員靈敏素質(zhì)的影響。以通州區(qū)潞河中學(xué)初中部男子籃球隊16名13-14歲的隊員為實驗對象,將其隨機分為兩組,每組8人,在嚴(yán)格控制的條件下實施8周的訓(xùn)練,并選取了6項靈敏素質(zhì)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測試,比較實驗前后各項測試指標(biāo)成績的提高幅度。通過測試得到如下結(jié)果:兩組隊員實驗后較實驗前各項測試指標(biāo)均有顯著性提高,實驗組和對照組的立臥撐和坐地拍手起測試的成績提高幅度不存在顯著性差異,伊利諾伊跑、十字變向跑、反復(fù)橫跨和象限跳測試的成績提高幅度存在顯著性差異。通過對實驗結(jié)果的分析得出以下結(jié)論:(1)閉鎖性和開放性靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練都可以有效的提高青少年籃球運動員變換動作能力,且對照組與實驗組成績提高幅度相差無幾,提高幅度不存在顯著性差異,說明閉鎖性練習(xí)和開放性練習(xí)對青少年籃球運動員變換動作能力的影響效果一樣。(2)閉鎖性和開放性靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練都可以有效的提高青少年籃球運動員改變方向能力,但實驗組比對照組的提高幅度更大,且提高幅度有顯著性差異,表明開放性練習(xí)對青少年籃球運動員改變方向能力的影響效果優(yōu)于閉鎖性練習(xí)。(3)閉鎖性和開放性靈敏素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練都可以有效的提高歲青少年籃球運動員靈活移動能力,但實驗組比對照組的提高幅度大,且提高幅度有顯著性差異,表明開放性練習(xí)對青少年籃球運動員靈活移動能力的影響效果優(yōu)于閉鎖性練習(xí)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of basketball techniques and tactics, modern basketball has gradually developed into an internationally widely developed competitive sports project. In the process of showing their superb basketball skills, athletes' ability to control their bodies depends on their good sensitivity. Agility has become an important factor of individual ability, and has gradually been attached importance to. At present, there is still a large gap between the theoretical and practical research on the sensitive quality of Chinese juvenile basketball players and the study of physical fitness such as strength, speed, etc., which is lack of systematic and in-depth research. Through the research in this paper, the author reveals the influence of the training methods of locking sensitive quality and open sensitive quality training on the sensitive quality of young basketball players, and provides a scientific theoretical basis for the training of young basketball players' sensitive quality. By using the methods of literature, mathematical statistics and experiment, this paper studies the influence of locking and opening training on the sensitive quality of juvenile basketball players. Sixteen male basketball team members aged 13-14 in Luhe Middle School, Tongzhou District, were randomly divided into two groups, eight in each group, which were trained for 8 weeks under strict control conditions, and 6 sensitive quality indexes were selected for testing. Compare the improvement range of the test results before and after the experiment. The results were as follows: after the experiment, the test indexes of the two groups were significantly improved, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of the results of standing and lying brace and sitting and clapping test. There were significant differences in the range of improvement in cross-run, cross-over and quadrant jumping tests. Through the analysis of the experimental results, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) the ability of changing movements of juvenile basketball players can be effectively improved by the training of locking ability and open sensitive diathesis, and the results of the control group and the experimental group are no different from those of the experimental group. There was no significant difference in the amplitude of the increase. It shows that the effect of locking exercise and opening exercise on the changing action ability of juvenile basketball players is the same as that of the other two.) the ability of changing direction of juvenile basketball players can be improved effectively by the training of locking ability and open sensitive quality training. However, the increase of experimental group was larger than that of control group, and there was significant difference in the increase range. The results show that the effect of opening exercise on the ability of changing direction of young basketball players is better than that of locking exercises. 3) both the ability of locking and the training of opening and sensitive qualities can effectively improve the flexible movement ability of young basketball players. However, the effect of open exercise on the flexible movement ability of juvenile basketball players was better than that of locking exercise in the experimental group, which was larger than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups.
