【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、個(gè)案研究等方法,分析我國(guó)優(yōu)秀女子撐竿跳高運(yùn)動(dòng)員專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練在時(shí)間上和空間上的安排特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果:我國(guó)優(yōu)秀女子撐竿跳高運(yùn)動(dòng)員的專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練在過程安排上有單周期、雙周期和板塊周期等;在訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容安排上重視運(yùn)動(dòng)員專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練的全面性,同時(shí)還強(qiáng)調(diào)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練與專項(xiàng)技術(shù)緊密結(jié)合;在訓(xùn)練方法安排上重視素質(zhì)之間的復(fù)合與轉(zhuǎn)移及訓(xùn)練方法手段的創(chuàng)新。結(jié)論:我國(guó)優(yōu)秀女子撐竿跳高運(yùn)動(dòng)員專項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練具有訓(xùn)練過程強(qiáng)調(diào)連續(xù)性及階段性、訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容重視整體性及互補(bǔ)性、訓(xùn)練方法突出針對(duì)性及復(fù)合性等特征。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, expert interview and case study, this paper analyzes the characteristics of special physical fitness training of elite female pole vaulters in China in time and space. Results: the special physical fitness training of elite female pole vaulters in our country has single cycle, double cycle and plate cycle in the process arrangement, and attaches importance to the comprehensiveness of the special physical fitness training of the athletes in the training content arrangement. At the same time, it also emphasizes the close combination of physical fitness training and special skills, and emphasizes the combination and transfer of quality and the innovation of training methods and means in the training method arrangement. Conclusion: the special physical fitness training of elite female pole vaulters in China is characterized by the emphasis on continuity and phase in the training process, the emphasis on the integrity and complementarity of the training contents, and the emphasis on pertinence and compounding in the training methods.
