【摘要】：在教育部頒布的《特殊教育學校暫行規(guī)程》中規(guī)定:各學校要結合學生實際,積極開展多種形式的體育活動,增強學生體質,學校應保證學生每天至少進行一小時的體育活動。然而目前我國大多數學校很難達到這一要求,因此就需要大力發(fā)展課外體育活動,通過課外體育活動來滿足學生鍛煉身體的需要。而殘疾學生作為特殊的社會群體,更需要通過體育活動來促進他們身心的康復,幫助他們克服因身體殘疾而造成的自卑心理,幫助其塑造積極樂觀的人生態(tài)度,增強其社會交往能力,從而更好地融入社會生活。本研究以遼寧特殊教育師范高等專科學校殘疾學生課外體育活動為主要研究對象,通過文獻資料法、問卷調查法、訪談法、和數理統(tǒng)計法對該校殘疾學生的課外體育活動情況進行調查研究,從而了解其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,并針對存在的問題提出相關建議。經過研究,本論文得出以下結論:1.遼寧特殊教育師范高等�？茖W校殘疾學生主要分為聽力障礙學生、視力障礙學生和肢體殘疾學生。該校體育教師的年齡結構較為年輕化,以本科學歷為主。遼寧特殊教育師范高等�？茖W校的場地器材能夠基本滿足學生的需求。2.在體育活動的興趣方面,聽力障礙學生對于體育活動的興趣較高,視力障礙及肢體殘疾學生由于自身身體狀況的限制對體育活動的熱情不夠。在殘疾學生參與的課外體育活動項目上,遼寧特殊教育師范高等�？茖W校的三種殘疾類別學生存在著一定的共性,同時也有著一定的差異。同時不同性別之間也存在著一定的區(qū)別。3.在殘疾學生參與課外體育活動時間方面,聽力障礙和視力障礙學生的情況要好于肢體殘疾學生。另外在參與課外體育活動頻率方面,視力障礙學生的頻率最高,每周為3-4次,而聽力障礙和肢體殘疾學生都是以每周進行1-2次為主。不同殘疾等級學生在課外體育活動時間方面差別不大,活動頻率方面殘疾程度越輕頻率越高。4.在課外體育活動的形式方面,三種不同殘疾類別學生都以與同學、朋友一起參與課外體育活動為主。在課外體育活動的指導情況方面,遼寧特殊教育師范高等�？茖W校以偶爾指導為主。5.影響遼寧特殊教育師范高等專科學校殘疾學生參與課外體育活動的主要因素有:沒有時間進行課外體育活動、沒有適合自己的運動項目和行動不便。
[Abstract]:In the interim regulations of Special Education Schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education, it is stipulated that all schools should actively carry out various forms of physical activities and strengthen students' physique in combination with students' actual conditions, and schools should ensure that students have at least one hour of physical activity every day. However, it is very difficult for most schools in our country to meet this requirement at present. Therefore, it is necessary to develop extracurricular sports activities to meet the needs of students' physical exercise through extracurricular sports activities. As a special social group, students with disabilities need to promote their physical and mental recovery through physical activities, help them overcome the inferiority complex caused by their physical disability, and help them develop a positive and optimistic attitude towards life. Enhance their social interaction ability, thus better integration into social life. This study takes the extracurricular sports activities of disabled students in Liaoning Special Education Teachers College as the main research object, through the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, etc. This paper investigates and studies the extracurricular sports activities of the disabled students in this school by means of mathematical statistics, so as to understand the present situation and problems of their development, and puts forward some relevant suggestions for the existing problems. After studying, this paper draws the following conclusion: 1. The disabled students in Liaoning Special Education Teachers College are mainly divided into hearing impaired students, visually impaired students and physically disabled students. The age structure of PE teachers in this school is younger, mainly with undergraduate education. Liaoning Special Education Teachers College, the site equipment can basically meet the needs of students. 2. In terms of interest in sports activities, students with hearing impairment have a higher interest in sports activities, and students with visual impairment and physical disabilities are not enthusiastic about sports activities due to their own physical conditions. In the extracurricular sports activities in which the disabled students participate, there are some similarities and differences among the three kinds of students with disabilities in Liaoning Special Education Teachers College. At the same time, there are also some differences between different genders. In terms of the time of participation of disabled students in extracurricular sports activities, the students with hearing impairment and visual impairment were better than those with physical disability. In addition, the frequency of participation in extracurricular sports activities, visual impairment students are the highest frequency, 3-4 times a week, while hearing impairment and physical disability students are mainly 1-2 times a week. Students with different levels of disability in extracurricular sports activities in the time difference, activity frequency the lighter the degree of disability, the higher the frequency. 4. In the form of extracurricular sports activities, students with three different types of disability mainly participate in extracurricular sports activities with their classmates and friends. In the guidance of extracurricular sports activities, Liaoning special education colleges and universities with occasional guidance. 5. The main factors influencing the disabled students' participation in extracurricular sports activities in Liaoning Special Education Teachers College are as follows: there is no time for extracurricular sports activities, no suitable sports items and inconvenient movement.
