【摘要】：為了進(jìn)一步了解越南太原外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)校體育開展現(xiàn)狀,為有關(guān)部門決策提供依據(jù)和建議。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,專家訪談法,實(shí)地考察法與數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,主要對(duì)太原外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)校體育的體育教師隊(duì)伍,體育場(chǎng)地器材與經(jīng)費(fèi)、體育教學(xué)、課外體育活動(dòng)、行政管理等方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明,太原外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)校體育活動(dòng)整體開展不容樂(lè)觀,受到多方面因素的制約。學(xué)校體育教師隊(duì)伍教齡不長(zhǎng),缺乏教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),教師的專業(yè)及業(yè)務(wù)能力得不到培訓(xùn)和提高;體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容不合理,課時(shí)少;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不重視課外體育活動(dòng),學(xué)校每年舉行體育比賽少,影響學(xué)生課外體育的興趣;學(xué)校起步晚,現(xiàn)缺少學(xué)校體育管理機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)校體育工作任務(wù)與職能的相關(guān)規(guī)定;學(xué)校場(chǎng)地器材配套不完整甚至缺乏,滿足不了實(shí)際需求。因此,太原外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)地器材難以滿足學(xué)生等諸多問(wèn)題亟待解決。為了促進(jìn)越南太原外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)校體育順利開展的提高,提出未來(lái)太原外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院學(xué)校體育發(fā)展的對(duì)策:(1)提高師生對(duì)學(xué)校體育工作作用及地位的認(rèn)識(shí);(2)提高體育教師的專業(yè)能力;(3)增強(qiáng)學(xué)校體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)及資金;(4)改善體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容和方法;(5)多樣化學(xué)校課外體育活動(dòng);(6)學(xué)校體育組織管理機(jī)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In order to further understand the present situation of school physical education in Taiyuan Foreign language Institute of Vietnam, and provide basis and suggestions for relevant departments. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation and mathematical statistics are used to analyze the physical education teachers, sports facilities and funds, and physical education teaching in Taiyuan Foreign language University. Extracurricular sports activities, administration and other aspects of the investigation. The results show that the overall development of school sports activities in Taiyuan Institute of Foreign Studies is not optimistic and restricted by many factors. The teaching age of school physical education teachers is not long, lack of teaching experience, teachers' professional and professional ability can not be trained and improved, physical education teaching content is unreasonable, class hours are less, school leaders do not attach importance to extracurricular sports activities, Schools hold fewer sports competitions every year, which affects the interest of students in extracurricular sports; the school starts late and lacks relevant regulations on school sports management agencies and school sports work tasks and functions; school venues and equipment are incomplete or even lacking, It is not enough to meet the actual demand. Therefore, Taiyuan Institute of Foreign languages school sports facilities are difficult to meet the students and many other problems to be solved. In order to promote the smooth development of physical education in the school of Taiyuan Institute of Foreign Studies in Vietnam, This paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of school physical education in Taiyuan Institute of Foreign Studies in the future: (1) to raise the understanding of teachers and students on the role and status of school physical education work; (2) to improve the professional ability of physical education teachers; (3) to strengthen the material foundation and capital of the school sports industry. Improvement of physical Education contents and methods 5) diversification of extracurricular physical activities in schools 6) improvement of school sports organization and management.
