西安FY健身俱樂(lè)部教練激勵(lì)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活節(jié)奏非?,工作壓力也非常大,一切以經(jīng)濟(jì)為主。人們也漸漸意識(shí)到健康是革命的本錢,人們對(duì)于健身的熱情空前高漲,人們健身的需求逐漸增加,促進(jìn)了健身俱樂(lè)部的發(fā)展。但是我國(guó)健身俱樂(lè)部的發(fā)展依然處于初級(jí)階段,在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了諸多不可忽視的問(wèn)題,比如缺乏行業(yè)規(guī)范和市場(chǎng)管理,健身俱樂(lè)部對(duì)教練的管理水平也有待提高,俱樂(lè)部對(duì)教練的激勵(lì)體系存在很多的問(wèn)題,影響了教練的職業(yè)發(fā)展以及健身俱樂(lè)部的發(fā)展。本文以西安FY健身俱樂(lè)部教練的激勵(lì)體系為研究對(duì)象。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查法、觀察法、跨學(xué)科研究法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)法等研究方法對(duì)西安FY健身俱樂(lè)部教練的激勵(lì)體系進(jìn)行研究。首先,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外健身俱樂(lè)部教練的激勵(lì)體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析。然后對(duì)激勵(lì)理論、激勵(lì)體系及其作用、健身俱樂(lè)部的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行研究。緊接著對(duì)西安FY健身俱樂(lè)部教練激勵(lì)體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,通過(guò)調(diào)查法和訪談法對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入了解,并總結(jié)其現(xiàn)狀,如薪酬激勵(lì)、考核激勵(lì)和培訓(xùn)激勵(lì)等方面的現(xiàn)狀。然后深入分析,總結(jié)西安FY健身俱樂(lè)部教練激勵(lì)體系存在的問(wèn)題,并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)這些問(wèn)題的原因。最后,針對(duì)這些原因,設(shè)計(jì)了俱樂(lè)部激勵(lì)體系,同時(shí)為西安FY健身俱樂(lè)部教練激勵(lì)體系實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題提出更加現(xiàn)實(shí)可靠的對(duì)策建議,并給出確保激勵(lì)體系的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country, people's life rhythm is very fast, work pressure is also very great, everything is mainly economy. People also gradually realize that health is the capital of revolution, people's enthusiasm for fitness is unprecedented, and the demand for fitness is increasing gradually, which promotes the development of fitness club. However, the development of fitness clubs in our country is still in the primary stage. In the process of development, there are many problems that can not be ignored, such as the lack of industry norms and market management, and the improvement of the management level of fitness clubs to coaches. There are many problems in the incentive system of coaches, which affect the professional development of coaches and the development of fitness clubs. This paper takes the incentive system of Xi'an FY fitness club as the research object. Through the methods of literature research, investigation, observation, interdisciplinary research, statistical analysis and system science, the incentive system of Xi'an FY fitness club coach was studied. First of all, the paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign fitness club coaches' incentive system through literature research. Then the motivation theory, incentive system and its role, the relevant theoretical knowledge of fitness club are studied. Then the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of the coach incentive system of Xi'an FY fitness club and makes a deep understanding of it through the methods of investigation and interview and sums up its present situation such as salary incentive examination incentive and training incentive and so on. Then, the problems existing in the coach incentive system of Xi'an FY fitness club are summarized, and the reasons for these problems are summarized. Finally, aiming at these reasons, the paper designs the incentive system of the club, at the same time, puts forward more realistic and reliable countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the implementation of the incentive system of Xi'an FY fitness club coach, and gives the guarantee measures to ensure the incentive system.
