【摘要】：籃球方向碩士研究生就業(yè)的情況是對(duì)中國(guó)籃球界目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的一個(gè)直接體現(xiàn),當(dāng)前由于種種原因所致籃球方向碩士研究生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻,了解北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生就業(yè)規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀,研究影響其的因素,無(wú)疑對(duì)北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生的就業(yè)會(huì)有積極的促進(jìn)作用。本論文在調(diào)查研究與理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生就業(yè)規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀,找到他們?cè)诰蜆I(yè)規(guī)劃的一般特點(diǎn)、存在問(wèn)題以及影響他們就業(yè)規(guī)劃的因素。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、田野調(diào)查法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、特爾菲專(zhuān)家調(diào)查法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法深入分析2014級(jí)至2016級(jí)北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向的219名碩士研究生的就業(yè)規(guī)劃,調(diào)查研究結(jié)果如下:(1)北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生對(duì)他們的興趣、能力、性格不夠了解的人分別占14.3%、18.6%、15.2%;北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生有53.3%的人都特別喜愛(ài)自己所學(xué)的專(zhuān)業(yè),有63.3%的人考研的動(dòng)機(jī)和工作有關(guān)。(2)北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生中75.2%的人是應(yīng)屆直接考研并沒(méi)有真正的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);他們中40.4%的人找工作時(shí)認(rèn)為專(zhuān)業(yè)對(duì)口是無(wú)所謂的;他們中不夠了解本專(zhuān)業(yè)未來(lái)就業(yè)發(fā)展方向、自己就業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)劣勢(shì)和自己最喜愛(ài)的職業(yè)的人分別占15.7%、23.4%和46.2%。(3)北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生中有32.4%人沒(méi)有認(rèn)真考慮過(guò)自己的就業(yè)規(guī)劃,有36.2%的人不夠清楚自己研究生期間的發(fā)展計(jì)劃,有11.4%的人認(rèn)為就業(yè)規(guī)劃不重要;就業(yè)是他們大多數(shù)人畢業(yè)后的首選,并且超過(guò)半數(shù)人是研究生期間考慮自己畢業(yè)后的目標(biāo),薪金水平是他們考慮就業(yè)單位的主要因素。(4)北京地區(qū)體育院校籃球方向碩士研究生制定就業(yè)規(guī)劃和就業(yè)遇到困惑時(shí)由自己來(lái)解決的人數(shù)最多;他們對(duì)學(xué)校提供就業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)滿意程度不高,并且有67.6%的人對(duì)就業(yè)規(guī)劃相關(guān)知識(shí)不夠了解,但是有93.8%的人是希望參加就業(yè)規(guī)劃方面的講座或者指導(dǎo)。(5)北京地區(qū)體育院�；@球方向碩士研究生制定就業(yè)規(guī)劃的主要影響因素按照影響程度大小依序是:專(zhuān)業(yè)素質(zhì)、供需關(guān)系、人際交往、外在環(huán)境、現(xiàn)有條件,貢獻(xiàn)率大小依次為14.143%、12.528%、12.281%、11.368%、9.248%累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到59.568%。
[Abstract]:The employment situation of basketball direction master graduate students is a direct embodiment of the current situation of basketball development in China. At present, due to various reasons, the employment problem of basketball direction master graduate students is becoming more and more serious. To understand the present situation of the employment planning of basketball direction master graduate students in sports colleges in Beijing and to study the factors influencing it will undoubtedly promote the employment of basketball direction master graduate students in Beijing area sports colleges and universities. On the basis of investigation and theoretical analysis, this paper probes into the present situation of the employment planning of the postgraduates of basketball orientation in the sports colleges in Beijing, and finds out the general characteristics of their employment planning. Problems and factors affecting their employment planning. Through the methods of literature, field investigation, questionnaire investigation, Delphi expert investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the employment planning of 219 graduate students with master's degree in the basketball direction of Beijing sports colleges and universities from 2014 to 2016. The results of the investigation and research are as follows: 1) the interest and ability of the master's degree students in the direction of basketball in sports colleges and universities in Beijing, People who do not have a good understanding of their character account for 14.3B / 18.6and 15.2respectively; 53.3% of the graduate students of basketball orientation in Beijing sports colleges and universities are particularly fond of what they have studied. There are 63.3% of the students' motivation and work related to their work.) 75.2% of the graduate students of basketball direction in Beijing area physical education colleges have no real work experience, 40.4% of them think that the professional counterpart is indifferent when they apply for a job. They do not have enough knowledge of the future employment direction of their major. The advantages and disadvantages of their own employment and their favorite occupations accounted for 15.774% and 46.2% respectively) 32.4% of the graduate students of basketball orientation in Beijing sports colleges did not seriously consider their own employment plans. 36.2 percent were not aware of their post-graduate development plans, while 11.4 percent thought employment planning was not important; employment was the first choice for most of them after graduation, and more than half considered their post-graduate goals. Salary level is the main factor for them to consider employment units. They were not satisfied with the job guidance services provided by schools, and 67.6 percent of the people did not know enough about employment planning. However, 93.8% of the people wish to participate in lectures or guidance on employment planning.) the main factors influencing the formulation of employment planning for basketball direction master's graduate students in Beijing sports colleges and universities are: professional quality, supply and demand relationship, according to the degree of influence. The contribution rate of interpersonal communication, external environment, existing conditions and contribution rate was 14.1430.12.528% and 12.281%, 11.368%, 9.248% respectively, and the cumulative contribution rate reached 59.568%.
