【摘要】：在過(guò)去的三十五年里,中國(guó)女排一路走來(lái)似蹣跚而行。中國(guó)女排曾創(chuàng)造屬于自己五連冠的輝煌,也曾走下神壇,跌入低谷,飽受來(lái)自各界的質(zhì)疑,但中國(guó)女排始終在追趕也一直在拼搏。在三十五年后的今天,中國(guó)女排在里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)女排決賽中戰(zhàn)勝塞爾維亞女排勇奪奧運(yùn)冠軍。中國(guó)女排從輝煌到低迷,又經(jīng)歷了彷徨與迷茫,終于再次將女排精神詮釋的淋漓盡致。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、比較分析法和案例分析法,對(duì)2016里約奧運(yùn)會(huì)中國(guó)女排與前四強(qiáng)的技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析與研究,通過(guò)研究,探究中國(guó)女排各項(xiàng)技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果的特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢(shì),了解把握中國(guó)女排各項(xiàng)技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果的總體情況。在總體研究的基礎(chǔ)上,又分別對(duì)中國(guó)女排VS荷蘭女排和中國(guó)女排VS塞爾維亞女排不同階段的比賽進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)研究,以進(jìn)一步探明中國(guó)女排在小組賽、半決賽和決賽的技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果情況及制勝和失利的因素。通過(guò)總體研究和部分研究,意在探明中國(guó)女排各項(xiàng)技術(shù)運(yùn)用效果的特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢(shì),發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)女排比賽中各項(xiàng)技術(shù)運(yùn)用存在的問(wèn)題和薄弱環(huán)節(jié),為中國(guó)女排今后的科學(xué)訓(xùn)練提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)參考,為中國(guó)女排能在今后的比賽中繼續(xù)保持優(yōu)勢(shì),克服不足,提升整體水平提供一定的依據(jù)和參考。研究主要結(jié)論是:1發(fā)球運(yùn)用效果上,中國(guó)女排以發(fā)飄球?yàn)橹?發(fā)球穩(wěn)定,發(fā)球失誤率低,但發(fā)球攻擊性差,發(fā)球得分率不高。2扣球運(yùn)用效果上,中國(guó)女排扣球穩(wěn)定,扣球失誤率低,但得分率不高,中國(guó)女排朱婷扣球得分實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁,其她隊(duì)員扣球得分實(shí)力一般。3攔網(wǎng)運(yùn)用效果上,中國(guó)女排攔網(wǎng)失誤率較低,攔起、攔回次數(shù)多,攔死次數(shù)少,攔網(wǎng)得分率不高,對(duì)重點(diǎn)進(jìn)攻隊(duì)員攔防不明確。4傳球運(yùn)用效果上,中國(guó)女排傳球失誤率高,到位率低,且中國(guó)女排兩名二傳手與其他三隊(duì)主力二傳傳球質(zhì)量上有一定差距。5 一傳運(yùn)用效果上,中國(guó)女排一傳表現(xiàn)較好,一傳到位率高,但一傳起伏較大,一傳失誤率不低。6后排防守運(yùn)用效果上,中國(guó)女排后排防守成功率低,防守失誤率高,后排防守效果差。7中國(guó)女排在半決賽中戰(zhàn)勝對(duì)手很重要的原因是中國(guó)女排的扣球效果、傳球效果、后排防守效果均優(yōu)于小組賽,小組賽負(fù)于對(duì)手主要原因是關(guān)鍵球沒(méi)有把握好。8中國(guó)女排在決賽中戰(zhàn)勝對(duì)手很重要的原因是中國(guó)女排的扣球效果、傳球效果均優(yōu)于小組賽,小組賽負(fù)于對(duì)手主要原因是扣球效果差。建議:1在保證成功率的基礎(chǔ)上,提高發(fā)球攻擊力和跳發(fā)球比例。2提高隊(duì)員強(qiáng)攻實(shí)力和一攻的能力。3提高隊(duì)員之間的攔網(wǎng)配合默契,加強(qiáng)對(duì)重點(diǎn)進(jìn)攻人的盯防訓(xùn)練。4在一傳到位的情況下,合理分配球,豐富整體進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù)。5提高一傳到位率和后排防守成功率。
[Abstract]:In the past thirty-five years, the Chinese women's volleyball team has been staggering all the way.
