【摘要】：老年人是一個特殊的群體,隨著我國經濟社會的發(fā)展,人口老齡化越來越嚴重,隨之帶來的一系列問題直接影響著全民生活質量。老年人的生活質量成為了社會的一個大問題,保障這一特殊群體的晚年生活已經成為國家必須解決的問題。體育鍛煉可以增強體質、提高免疫力、延緩衰老,是預防疾病的有效方法之一。在老齡化進程中,老年人的體育生活方式越來越受到人們的關注,良好的體育生活方式是老年人生活質量的象征,是實現老年人安度晚年的基本保證。本文以官渡區(qū)、五華區(qū)、西山區(qū)、盤龍區(qū)四個區(qū)的老年公寓為研究對象,以昆明市四個區(qū)老年公寓中的老年人為調查對象,運用問卷調查法、文獻資料法、訪談法、數據統計法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,針對昆明市老年公寓中老年人的體育生活方式現狀進行調查,主要從老年人的基本信息、體育價值觀及動機、體育行為、體育消費和老年公寓的組織管理五個方面進行全面調查分析,發(fā)現存在的問題及相關影響因素,針對問題提出合理的建議,為昆明市老年公寓中老年人的體育生活發(fā)展提供參考,為今后相關方面的研究奠定理論基礎。研究表明:昆明市出臺了老年人體育鍛煉的相關政策法規(guī),為老年人參加體育活動提供了保障;昆明市的經濟條件為老年公寓中老年人的體育鍛煉提供了有利條件;昆明市獨特的社會環(huán)境為老年人體育鍛煉奠定了基礎,使老年人更能積極的融入到體育活動中。通過對昆明市城區(qū)老年公寓中老年人體育生活方式的研究,結合實際情況,提出了完善昆明市老年公寓中老年人體育生活方式的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The elderly are a special group. With the development of our country's economy and society, the aging of population is becoming more and more serious, and a series of problems have a direct impact on the quality of life of the whole people. The quality of life of the elderly has become a major problem in the society, and the protection of the life of this special group in old age has become a problem that must be solved by the state. Physical exercise can enhance physique, improve immunity, delay aging, is one of the effective methods to prevent diseases. In the process of aging, people pay more and more attention to the sports life style of the elderly. A good sports life style is the symbol of the quality of life of the elderly and the basic guarantee to realize the elderly to spend their old age safely. This paper takes the elderly apartment of Guandu District, Wuhua District, Xishan District and Panlong District as the research object, and takes the old people in the four districts of Kunming as the investigation object, applies the questionnaire method, the literature method, the interview method, Data statistics, logic analysis and other research methods are used to investigate the present situation of sports life style of the elderly in the old apartment in Kunming, mainly from the basic information of the elderly, sports values and motivation, sports behavior, Five aspects of sports consumption and the organization and management of the elderly apartment were investigated and analyzed, and the problems and related influencing factors were found, and some reasonable suggestions were put forward to solve the problems. It provides a reference for the development of sports life of the middle-aged and elderly in Kunming apartment and lays a theoretical foundation for the related research in the future. The research shows that Kunming has issued the related policies and regulations of physical exercise for the elderly, which provides the guarantee for the elderly to participate in physical activities, and the economic conditions of Kunming City provide favorable conditions for the physical exercise of the elderly in the apartment. The unique social environment in Kunming lays the foundation for physical exercise of the elderly and makes the elderly more active in sports activities. Based on the study of the sports life style of middle-aged and elderly people in urban apartment of Kunming City and the actual situation, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the sports life style of middle-aged and elderly people in the apartment of old people in Kunming City.
