【摘要】：面對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代日益紛繁的傳播渠道,媒體體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)成為新的命題。信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的傳媒革命,單純依靠報(bào)紙、廣播、電視等傳統(tǒng)媒體已經(jīng)不能滿足人們的日常消費(fèi)需求,新媒體的崛起使傳播手段日趨多樣化。與此同時(shí),國(guó)家逐步開放了媒體的體育賽事轉(zhuǎn)播權(quán),伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代媒體集團(tuán)資本市場(chǎng)的興盛,當(dāng)下我國(guó)媒體體育賽事版權(quán)的運(yùn)營(yíng)發(fā)展到了一個(gè)新的節(jié)點(diǎn)。面對(duì)水漲船高的體育賽事版權(quán)價(jià)格,如何運(yùn)營(yíng)體育賽事版權(quán)成為我國(guó)媒體要面對(duì)的新問(wèn)題。本文從體育賽事版權(quán)的興起開始,結(jié)合傳播技術(shù)的發(fā)展過(guò)程,研究我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段全媒體體育賽事版權(quán)的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,分析當(dāng)下媒體對(duì)于體育賽事版權(quán)的運(yùn)營(yíng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),主要表現(xiàn)在投資內(nèi)容向體育賽事版權(quán)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上游遷移和媒體對(duì)體育賽事版權(quán)內(nèi)容開發(fā)程度不斷精細(xì)。文章首先從宏觀角度研究當(dāng)下我國(guó)媒體對(duì)于體育賽事版權(quán)的布局狀況,其次通過(guò)對(duì)以央視為代表的傳統(tǒng)媒體和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體中較為典型的騰訊體育及樂(lè)視體育等典型體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的研究,分析中觀層面我國(guó)媒體體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng),總結(jié)歸納當(dāng)下我國(guó)媒體體育賽事版權(quán)的主要運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。文章從媒體視角出發(fā)討論體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中法律保護(hù)不足的問(wèn)題。主要體現(xiàn)在法律保護(hù)內(nèi)容規(guī)定的不明確以及不能適應(yīng)技術(shù)手段日益升級(jí)的新傳播方式。然后,通過(guò)研究國(guó)外最大的體育資訊運(yùn)營(yíng)商ESPN的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,尋找對(duì)于我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段媒體體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)的可借鑒之處,同時(shí)對(duì)當(dāng)下體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)及戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃等相關(guān)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和討論,總結(jié)我國(guó)媒體在體育賽事版權(quán)全媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的困境與問(wèn)題。最后,針對(duì)研究出的問(wèn)題,給出關(guān)于我國(guó)全媒體體育賽事版權(quán)運(yùn)營(yíng)的個(gè)人意見與建議。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly complicated communication channels in the Internet era, the copyright operation of media sports events has become a new proposition. The rapid development of information technology has brought a new media revolution, relying solely on newspapers, radio, television and other traditional media can no longer meet people's daily consumer needs, the rise of new media makes the means of communication increasingly diversified. At the same time, the country has gradually opened the media sports broadcasting right, with the prosperity of the capital market of the media group in the Internet era, the copyright operation of the media sports events in our country has developed to a new node. In the face of the rising copyright price of sports events, how to operate the copyright of sports events has become a new problem to be faced by Chinese media. Starting from the rise of the copyright of sports events and the development process of communication technology, this paper studies the operation of copyright of all media sports events in China at present, and analyzes the operation and development trend of the copyright of sports events in the current media. It is mainly reflected in the migration of the investment content to the upstream of the sports copyright industry chain and the continuous fine development of the copyright content of the sports events by the media. First of all, from a macro point of view, the article studies the distribution of the copyright of sports events in the media of our country. Secondly, through the research on the copyright operation mode of typical sports events, such as Tencent Sports and Letv Sports, which are typical of the traditional media and Internet media represented by CCTV, this paper analyzes the copyright operation activities of Chinese media sports events on the medium level. Summarize and sum up the main operating mode of the copyright of media sports events in our country. This paper discusses the problem of inadequate legal protection in the process of copyright operation of sports events from the perspective of media. Mainly reflected in the legal protection of the content of unclear and unable to adapt to the upgrading of technical means of new communication. Then, by studying the operation mode of ESPN, the biggest sports information operator in foreign countries, the author tries to find some reference points for the copyright operation of media sports events in China at the present stage. At the same time, this paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the current copyright operation and strategic planning of sports events, and summarizes the difficulties and problems of Chinese media in the whole media operation process of sports events copyright. Finally, in view of the problems, the author gives personal opinions and suggestions on the copyright operation of all media sports events in China.
