錄像—反饋在高校體育教育專業(yè)排球普修課技術(shù)教學(xué)中的實驗研究

【摘要】:教學(xué)方法是教學(xué)過程的重要組成部分,也是教師和學(xué)生為共同完成教學(xué)任務(wù),實現(xiàn)教學(xué)目標(biāo),教學(xué)過程中教與學(xué)相互活動的總稱。隨著人們對教學(xué)方法研究的深入,教學(xué)方法與現(xiàn)代工具的結(jié)合越來越多,教學(xué)方法也得到了較多形式的創(chuàng)新和改革。諸多形式的體育教學(xué)方法和手段也不斷地涌現(xiàn)出來,更替和發(fā)展了傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方式,使教學(xué)方法更加適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代教育發(fā)展的改革要求。錄像—反饋教學(xué)就是將現(xiàn)代化教育媒體技術(shù)工具融入到體育教學(xué)活動中,憑借媒體工具的功能和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的特點,促進教學(xué)任務(wù)和教學(xué)目標(biāo)完成。錄像反饋教學(xué)在體育技能教學(xué)中已有較多應(yīng)用,,其在技能教學(xué)中發(fā)揮出獨特的實用性。錄像反饋教學(xué)是依靠錄像媒體設(shè)備的錄像和回放功能,將其作為教學(xué)反饋信息聯(lián)系教師的教和學(xué)生的學(xué)。教師技能教學(xué)中,教師可將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)錄像教學(xué)剪輯視頻作為動作示范講解的補充,細化和清晰學(xué)生對新學(xué)動作的認識。學(xué)生技能練習(xí)時,可利用錄像將學(xué)生的技術(shù)動作完成情況記錄下來,作為教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)反饋信息對其動作進行分析、評價,針對問題提出技術(shù)動作糾正的具體針方法。學(xué)生根據(jù)自己存在問題再次進行練習(xí),再次錄像記錄,再次對其動作進行分析、評價,再次對錯誤點在練習(xí)錄像反饋信息中進行糾正。 本文將錄像反饋教學(xué)手段應(yīng)用到高校體育教育專業(yè)排球普修課技術(shù)教學(xué)中,以山東師范大學(xué)2014級體育教育專業(yè)排球普修課四個自然班的學(xué)生為研究實驗對象。研究過程中應(yīng)用了文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和教學(xué)實驗法多種科研方法。經(jīng)實際教學(xué)實驗研究,將錄像反饋教學(xué)與傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)在排球普修課技術(shù)教學(xué)中應(yīng)用的結(jié)果進行了相關(guān)技能數(shù)據(jù)測試成績統(tǒng)計對比,結(jié)合調(diào)查、分析,得出如下結(jié)果: 1.錄像反饋教學(xué)手段在排球技能教學(xué)中技術(shù)動作初始學(xué)習(xí)階段的應(yīng)用,教學(xué)剪輯視頻對技術(shù)動作圖片定格或慢放式的示范講解,學(xué)生易于形成正確清晰的動作表象,能夠更加形象直觀的理解教師講解的動作概念、動作要領(lǐng)、難點和易犯錯誤等技術(shù)動作問題。 2.錄像反饋教學(xué)手段在排球技能教學(xué)中學(xué)生技術(shù)動作練習(xí)提高階段的應(yīng)用,使學(xué)生能夠利用視頻錄像反饋的信息,及時、具體的發(fā)現(xiàn)個人學(xué)習(xí)情況的不足和錯誤。傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)中教師單純依靠語言描述或示范規(guī)范正確技術(shù)動作對學(xué)生出現(xiàn)的動作錯誤問題進行講解,易導(dǎo)致學(xué)生對自身具體動作問題認識模糊不清,致使技術(shù)動作錯誤問題長期存在和反復(fù)糾正現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。錄像反饋教學(xué)手段利用攝像機的錄放功能將學(xué)生練習(xí)時的實時表現(xiàn)反饋到具體個人,并將技術(shù)動作問題視頻或圖像式的清晰展現(xiàn)于學(xué)生眼前,利于學(xué)生對錯誤問題的理解和糾正,加快了正確技術(shù)動作的形成和提高。 3.錄像反饋教學(xué)手段在排球技能教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,新穎的教學(xué)工具和教學(xué)組織形式激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)排球技能的興趣。錄像視頻反饋的個人具體學(xué)習(xí)反饋信息能培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)者形成自我學(xué)習(xí)狀況認識,自我學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)設(shè)置,自我目學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)達成監(jiān)控、自我學(xué)習(xí)方法調(diào)整的意識,學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力得到提升。 4.整體技能教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)過程中,錄像反饋來的教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)信息作為有效的教學(xué)反饋信息,共享于教師與學(xué)生之間,增加了教師與學(xué)生對教學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的關(guān)注和交流,促進了教學(xué)形式的互動性,學(xué)生主體性得到充分發(fā)揮,實現(xiàn)了教學(xué)雙邊關(guān)系的融洽,提高了整體教學(xué)滿意度。

Many forms of sports teaching methods and means have been constantly emerging, the traditional teaching methods have been replaced and developed to adapt to the reform requirements of modern education development. The video feedback teaching is to integrate modern educational media technology tools into sports teaching activities, with the function of media tools. The characteristics of the teaching content promote the teaching task and the goal of teaching. The video feedback teaching has been more applied in the teaching of sports skills. It plays a unique and practical role in the skill teaching. The video feedback teaching is based on the video and playback functions of the video media equipment, and it is used as the teaching feedback information to the teacher's teaching and learning. In the teaching of teacher skills, the teacher can add the standard video teaching clip video as a supplement to the demonstration and explanation of the action, refine and clear the students' understanding of the action of the new learning. This paper applies the method of video feedback to the technical teaching of the general volleyball course of physical education major in Colleges and universities, taking the students of the four natural classes of the 2014 class of physical education in Shandong Normal University as the research subjects. The literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and teaching experiments are used in the study process. Research methods. Through practical teaching experiments, the results of the application of video feedback teaching and traditional teaching in the technical teaching of volleyball course are compared, and the results are as follows:
1. the application of the video feedback teaching method in the initial stage of the technical action in the volleyball skill teaching, the teaching clip video on the picture setting or the slow release of the technical action, the students are apt to form the correct and clear action imagery, and can be more visualized and intuitively comprehend the concept of the action of the teacher's explanation, the essentials of the action, the difficulty and the easy offense. 2. the application of the teaching method of video feedback in the stage of high school students' technical action practice in volleyball skill teaching, so that students can make use of the information of video recordings, timely and concretely discover the shortcomings and mistakes of the individual learning situation. In traditional teaching, the teachers simply rely on the language description or demonstration and standard correct technical movements to students. The problem of action error is explained, which leads to the confusion of students' understanding of their own specific action problems, which leads to the long existence of errors in technical movements and the occurrence of repeated correction. The video feedback teaching means using video recording function of the camera to feed back the real time performance of the students to the specific individual and ask the technical movements to ask the specific individual. 3. the application of video feedback teaching methods in volleyball skill teaching, new teaching tools and teaching organization forms stimulate students' interest in learning volleyball skills. The personal specific learning feedback information feedback of video and video feedback can cultivate the learners to form self learning condition, self study goal setting, and self target learning goals. Monitoring, self adjustment of learning methods and students' autonomous learning ability were improved.
4. in the course of teaching and learning of overall skills, the teaching and learning information feedback from video is used as an effective teaching feedback information, which is shared between teachers and students, increasing the attention and communication between teachers and students on the content of teaching and learning, promoting the interaction of teaching forms, giving full play to the students' subjectivity and realizing the bilateral relationship of teaching.
