核心力量訓(xùn)練對青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力影響的實(shí)驗研究

【摘要】:隨著足球運(yùn)動的不斷發(fā)展,對球員的競技能力的要求提高相應(yīng)地要求球員具備更好的體能水平。目前,如何提高足球運(yùn)動員的體能能力是當(dāng)今足球界的一個熱點(diǎn)問題。通過向外國專家學(xué)習(xí),我國教練員得到了新的體能訓(xùn)練理念及方法,特別是核心力量訓(xùn)練方法引起了教練員的巨大反響。本文對青少年足球運(yùn)動員的力量訓(xùn)練(特別是核心力量訓(xùn)練)進(jìn)行量化實(shí)施、監(jiān)控和分析,探索青少年足球運(yùn)動員力量訓(xùn)練的新方法;對快速變向移動指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測試和記錄,并對所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,確立青少年足球運(yùn)動員科學(xué)的快速變向移動能力評價指標(biāo)。通過本文的研究,希望能促進(jìn)青少年足球運(yùn)動員競技能力的不斷提高。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)驗法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,對核心力量訓(xùn)練對青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力的影響進(jìn)行實(shí)驗研究和分析。以上海盧灣高級中學(xué)校足球隊、上海申聯(lián)青訓(xùn)俱樂部為實(shí)驗對象分為實(shí)驗組和對照組進(jìn)行為期4周的實(shí)驗,通過對這兩只隊伍的跟蹤訓(xùn)練和測試,控制實(shí)驗條件,對反映青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力的5項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測試,通過對數(shù)據(jù)對進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)從實(shí)驗組組內(nèi)比較來看,通過核心力量訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗組對反映青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力的Pro測試、Nebraska測試、“T”字形跑測試的前后成績具有顯著性差異。(2)從對照組組內(nèi)比較來看,對照組經(jīng)過傳統(tǒng)力量訓(xùn)練雖然成績也有提高,但是前后成績沒有顯著性差異,說明核心力量訓(xùn)練對提高青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力效果明顯。(3)組間比較來看,實(shí)驗后實(shí)驗組對反映青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力的5項成績4項均有提高且具有顯著性差異;實(shí)驗組和對照組比較,五項成績的差異都有非常顯著性差異,說明核心力量訓(xùn)練對青少年足球運(yùn)動員快速變向移動能力影響大,對照組前后成績并無顯著性差異。
[Abstract]:With the development of football, the requirement of players' competitive ability is improved and the players are required to have better physical ability. At present, how to improve the physical ability of football players is a hot issue in the field of football. By learning from foreign experts, Chinese coaches have got new ideas and methods of physical training, especially the core strength training method, which has caused a great reaction of coaches. In this paper, the strength training of young football players (especially the core strength training) is quantitatively implemented, monitored and analyzed, and a new method of strength training for young football players is explored. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the evaluation index of the scientific ability of juvenile football players to move in a fast direction is established. Through the research of this paper, we hope to improve the competitive ability of young football players. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an experimental study and analysis on the influence of core strength training on the ability of juvenile football players to move quickly. The football team of Shanghai Luwan Senior Middle School and the Shanghai Association for Youth training Club were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group for a period of four weeks. The experimental conditions were controlled by following up and testing the two teams. This paper tests five indexes that reflect the ability of young football players to move quickly. Through the statistical analysis of the data pair, the following conclusions are drawn: 1) from the comparison within the experimental group, through the core strength training, In the experimental group, there was a significant difference between before and after the "T" zigzag running test on the Pro test, which reflected the ability of young football players to move in a fast direction. (2) from the comparison between the control group and the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups. Although the results of traditional strength training in the control group were also improved, there was no significant difference between the results before and after, indicating that the core strength training had a significant effect on improving the ability of young football players to move quickly. After the experiment, the experimental group showed significant differences in 5 items of performance reflecting the ability of juvenile football players to move quickly, and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group, the differences between the five items were very significant, and there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. The results showed that the core strength training had a great influence on the young football players' ability to move quickly, but there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group.
