【摘要】：北京時間2015年7月31日,北京繼成功舉辦第29屆夏季奧林匹克運動會之后,再一次獲得了第24屆冬季奧林匹克運動會的舉辦權(quán)。不僅重燃了國民對體育的熱情,也促進著冬季項目的加速發(fā)展。冰球運動作為冬季項目中唯一的球類集體項目,以項目速度快、對抗性強和極具觀賞性的特點為發(fā)展前提,成為在北京申奧成功背景下在我國具有極大發(fā)展價值的冬季運動項目�；仡櫛蜻\動在我國的發(fā)展歷史,有高潮也有低谷,這樣波浪式的發(fā)展與我國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等因素的制約不無關(guān)系,本文通過梳理冰球運動在我國的發(fā)展歷史,整理曾經(jīng)制約我國冰球發(fā)展的各方面因素,根據(jù)當(dāng)前形勢歸納、分析、判斷2022年冬奧會申辦成功對曾經(jīng)制約我國冰球運動發(fā)展因素的影響。得出曾經(jīng)制約我國冰球運動發(fā)展的因素,在北京申辦冬奧會成功的影響下制約程度都有改善,一部分制約因素已經(jīng)消除,一部分因素仍然制約著我國冰球運動的發(fā)展。每個運動項目的發(fā)展都離不來國民的關(guān)注與支持,本著以人為本的原則,本文作者以發(fā)放問卷的形式對北京申奧成功背景下我國國民的冰球態(tài)度進行了調(diào)查。調(diào)查分為三個部分,一是對專業(yè)運動員和教練員的冰球態(tài)度調(diào)查;二是對冰球愛好者的冰球態(tài)度調(diào)查;三是對大眾冰球態(tài)度的調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,申奧成功對這三類人群的冰球態(tài)度都有著積極向上的影響,不同人群的受影響程度和被影響形式不同。北京申辦冬奧會成功本身對于我國冰球運動的發(fā)展就是一個大事件,本文作者通過整理由這一事件引起的一系列事件,結(jié)合這一系列事件所產(chǎn)生的效應(yīng)對我國冰球運動未來的發(fā)展進行了展望。依托昆侖鴻星俱樂部登陸大陸冰球聯(lián)賽這一重大事件,對外宣傳我國的冰球?qū)嵙?對內(nèi)重建冰球運動群眾基礎(chǔ),使更多社會組織參與到冰球運動發(fā)展一線工作中,使更多群眾以各種形式參與冰球運動;借助外援力量打通國際交流渠道,培養(yǎng)本土運動員競技能力,在國際交流中不斷提升冰球隊伍的綜合實力,達(dá)到能夠與國際高水平對手抗衡的目的;使冰球運動發(fā)展的先驅(qū)省份擴大自身優(yōu)勢,踐行冰球運動的“北冰南展”計劃,以合理為前提在全國范圍內(nèi)進行冰球場館建設(shè),使冰球運動成為助力完成3億人上冰雪的重要項目;完成現(xiàn)有運動員的梯隊建設(shè),培養(yǎng)后備人才力量,開辟我國冰球運動可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,實現(xiàn)中國男子冰球隊獲得2022年冬奧會參賽資格,女子冰球隊爭奪獎牌的愿景;最終使冰球運動走上具有中國特色的職業(yè)化道路。
[Abstract]:On July 31, 2015, Beijing won the right to host the 24th Winter Olympic Games after successfully hosting the 29th Summer Olympic Games. Not only rekindled the national enthusiasm for sports, but also promote the accelerated development of winter events. As the only collective event in winter, ice hockey is developed on the basis of its fast speed, strong adversarial and appreciative characteristics. It has become a winter sport with great development value in China under the background of Beijing's successful Olympic bid. Reviewing the development history of ice hockey in our country, there are ups and downs, so the development of wave style has something to do with the restriction of politics, economy, culture and so on. This paper combs the development history of ice hockey in our country, According to the analysis of the current situation, the influence of the successful bid for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games on the development of ice hockey in China has been judged by sorting out the factors that have restricted the development of China's ice hockey. It is concluded that the factors that have restricted the development of ice hockey in China have been improved under the influence of Beijing's successful bid for the Winter Olympic Games, some of the constraints have been eliminated, and some factors are still restricting the development of China's ice hockey. The development of each sport is inseparable from the national concern and support. Based on the principle of people-oriented, the author investigated the Chinese people's ice hockey attitude in the context of Beijing's successful Olympic bid. The investigation is divided into three parts: one is to investigate the hockey attitude of professional athletes and coaches; the other is to investigate the hockey attitude of hockey enthusiasts; and the third is to investigate the public ice hockey attitude. The results showed that the successful bid had a positive effect on the hockey attitude of the three groups. The success of Beijing's bid to host the Winter Olympic Games itself is a major event for the development of China's ice hockey movement. The author of this article collates a series of events caused by this event. Combined with the effects of these events, the future development of ice hockey in China is prospected. Relying on the major event of the Kunlun Hong Star Club landing in the Continental Ice Hockey League, to publicize our country's hockey strength, to rebuild the mass base of the hockey sport internally, and to enable more social organizations to participate in the first-line work of ice hockey development. To enable more people to participate in ice hockey in various forms; to open up international channels of communication with foreign aid forces; to cultivate the competitive ability of local athletes; and to continuously enhance the comprehensive strength of the ice hockey team in international exchanges. To achieve the goal of being able to compete with international high-level rivals; to expand the advantages of the provinces that pioneered the development of ice hockey; to carry out the "North Ice South Exhibition" program of ice hockey; and to carry out the nationwide ice hockey stadium construction on the premise of reasonableness. To make ice hockey become an important project for 300 million people to complete the ice and snow, to complete the echelon construction of the existing athletes, to train the reserve talents, and to open up the sustainable development road of the ice hockey sport in our country. China's men's hockey team will qualify for the 2022 Winter Olympics and the women's hockey team will compete for medals. Finally, the Chinese hockey team will embark on a professional road with Chinese characteristics.
