【摘要】：現(xiàn)代社會文明高度重視人的全面發(fā)展,身心健康是人們?nèi)姘l(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容和衡量指標。體育作為平衡身心的優(yōu)勢項目,全民健身現(xiàn)己成為時代的潮流,并在全國各地蓬勃興起。健康體育,教育先行,我國高等院校的游泳教學(xué)在其中也起到了十分重要的作用。教育的必經(jīng)手段是教學(xué),教學(xué)的有效形式就是課程,而課程的不斷優(yōu)化是培養(yǎng)人才的具體途徑,在教學(xué)中有著至關(guān)重要的地位。課程的自我更新與教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)是相輔相成的,在其教學(xué)內(nèi)容中得以體現(xiàn)與詮釋。它是按具體專業(yè)培養(yǎng)目標制定的,是實現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的基本教學(xué)內(nèi)容之一。教學(xué)是課程的具體體現(xiàn),課程的改革與優(yōu)化是教學(xué)改革的核心,為滿足社會對人才培養(yǎng)方式的渴求,從根本上對課程設(shè)置進行改革,對教學(xué)目標、方案進行優(yōu)化,不失為一種最為有效的方法和手段。本文將以九所高等院校游泳課程作為研究對象,綜合運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方面展開研究。通過對長春市高等院校游泳選修課專業(yè)的游泳體育教師的實證調(diào)研,充分考慮到游泳課程作為一項實際需要的本領(lǐng),得出如下主要結(jié)論:一、長春市高等院校游泳選修課在考核方式中,普遍存在技術(shù)考核比重過大,在一定程度上忽視了理論的重要性,這必然造成教學(xué)中的“重技術(shù),輕理論”現(xiàn)象。二、長春市70%的高等院校游泳教學(xué)課時在50學(xué)時以下,不利于學(xué)生對游泳技術(shù)的整體掌握。三、對長春市高等院校游泳選修課教學(xué)內(nèi)容進行相關(guān)性分析后得出4個主因子,分別為游泳技術(shù)因子、游泳理論因子、游泳身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練因子以及游泳運動氛圍因子,為后續(xù)的課程優(yōu)化找準了方向。
[Abstract]:Modern social civilization attaches great importance to the all-round development of human beings, and physical and mental health is an important content and measurement index of people's all-round development. As an advantage of balancing body and mind, sports has become the trend of the times and flourished all over the country. Health sports, education, swimming teaching in colleges and universities in China has also played a very important role. The necessary means of education is teaching, the effective form of teaching is curriculum, and the continuous optimization of curriculum is the concrete way to train talents, which plays an important role in teaching. The self-renewal and teaching links of the curriculum complement each other and can be embodied and interpreted in its teaching content. It is one of the basic teaching contents to realize the cultivation of high-quality talents. Teaching is the concrete embodiment of the course, and the reform and optimization of the curriculum is the core of the teaching reform. It is one of the most effective ways and means. In this paper, nine swimming courses in colleges and universities will be taken as the research object, the comprehensive use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires and mathematical statistics and other aspects of the study. Based on the empirical investigation of swimming PE teachers majoring in elective swimming courses in Changchun, this paper fully considers the ability of swimming courses as a practical need, and draws the following main conclusions: 1. In the examination mode of swimming elective course in Changchun, there is a great proportion of technical examination, which ignores the importance of theory to a certain extent, which inevitably leads to the phenomenon of "attaching importance to technology and neglecting theory" in teaching. Secondly, 70% of colleges and universities in Changchun have less than 50 hours in swimming teaching, which is not good for students to master swimming technology as a whole. Thirdly, through the correlation analysis of the teaching content of elective swimming course in Changchun, four main factors are obtained, which are swimming technical factor, swimming theory factor, swimming physical quality training factor and swimming sports atmosphere factor. The direction for further curriculum optimization is found.
