【摘要】：橄欖球是一項(xiàng)在世界范圍內(nèi)具有一定影響和群眾基礎(chǔ)的體育項(xiàng)目。美式橄欖球起源于19世紀(jì)中期的英國,是由英式橄欖球演變過來的。傳入美國后規(guī)則改變,進(jìn)而不斷地被改進(jìn),慢慢演化成了如今的競賽形式。美式橄欖球具有高強(qiáng)度與快節(jié)奏兼具、個(gè)人英雄主義與團(tuán)隊(duì)精神并重、力量性與智慧性并存等主要特征,因而深受廣大體育愛好者的喜愛和歡迎。美式橄欖球可以成為強(qiáng)身健體的手段,也可以在磨練意志、提振精神方面發(fā)揮作用,因此在我國高校中推廣美式橄欖球,一方面能夠提高青少年的身體素質(zhì),促進(jìn)青少年的智力發(fā)展,使其同時(shí)擁有強(qiáng)壯的體魄和堅(jiān)韌的意志,另一方面可以促進(jìn)我國高校體育教學(xué)的多樣性發(fā)展,豐富校園文化。本文的研究目的是通過對武漢市高校推廣美式橄欖球運(yùn)動的可行性研究,為推廣和普及美式橄欖球運(yùn)動提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法等研究方法對武漢市高校推廣美式橄欖球運(yùn)動的可行性進(jìn)行分析研究,其中主要對該項(xiàng)運(yùn)動推廣的開展現(xiàn)狀、所需設(shè)施、影響因素等基本情況作了較詳細(xì)的調(diào)查和分析。調(diào)查結(jié)論主要有:美式橄欖球運(yùn)動的推廣得到了少數(shù)體育部門和專家的支持;高校學(xué)生對該項(xiàng)運(yùn)動表現(xiàn)出較高的了解和支持程度;少數(shù)校園已具備推廣美式橄欖球運(yùn)動的場地設(shè)施、師資等客觀條件,但總體狀況還是較為薄弱;國內(nèi)某些已經(jīng)成功開展美式橄欖球運(yùn)動的體育院校為該項(xiàng)運(yùn)動的普及提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。通過以上一系列的調(diào)查研究,最后針對美式橄欖球在武漢市高校推廣的問題提出對策與建議,從而促進(jìn)美式橄欖球運(yùn)動在武漢市高校乃至全國范圍的持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rugby is a sport with a certain influence and mass base around the world. American football originated in England in the mid-19th century and evolved from rugby. After the introduction of the United States, the rules changed, and then constantly improved, slowly evolved into today's form of competition. American football has the characteristics of high intensity and fast rhythm, both individual heroism and team spirit, strength and wisdom, and so on, so it is loved and welcomed by the majority of sports enthusiasts. American football can become a means of strengthening physical fitness, it can also play a role in sharpening the will and boosting the spirit. Therefore, the promotion of American football in our country's colleges and universities, on the one hand, can improve the physical fitness of young people. On the other hand, it can promote the diversity of physical education and enrich campus culture. The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the promotion and popularization of American rugby by studying the feasibility of promoting American football in colleges and universities in Wuhan. This article mainly uses the literature method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the logic analysis method and so on research method to Wuhan university popularizes the American football movement feasibility to carry on the analysis research. Among them, this paper mainly makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the present situation, the necessary facilities, the influencing factors and other basic conditions of the promotion of the campaign. The main conclusions of the investigation are as follows: the promotion of American football is supported by a few sports departments and experts, and the college students have a high level of understanding and support for the sport; A few campuses already have the field facilities, teachers and other objective conditions to promote American football, but the overall situation is still relatively weak; Some sports academies that have successfully developed American football have provided a valuable experience basis for the popularization of American football. Through a series of investigation and research above, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of American football in colleges and universities in Wuhan, so as to promote the sustainable development of American football in colleges and universities in Wuhan and even in the whole country.
