【摘要】:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、專(zhuān)家訪(fǎng)談、實(shí)地考察、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,以南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容主要包括排球課程設(shè)置、師資隊(duì)伍、場(chǎng)地與器材設(shè)施、學(xué)生對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的認(rèn)知與學(xué)習(xí)情況以及課余排球活動(dòng)情況等方面。該研究通過(guò)對(duì)南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)進(jìn)行全面深入的調(diào)查分析,目的在于全面了解南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)開(kāi)展的情況,探討制約排球教學(xué)的因素,并針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題提出建議與措施,為南京市初中排球教學(xué)的改進(jìn)提供理論依據(jù)與參考,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)南京市初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)更好的發(fā)展。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下:1.從總體上看,南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球課程開(kāi)課率較低。2.教材使用上整體符合體育課程改革“一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),多本教材”的要求;教學(xué)內(nèi)容以基本的墊球、發(fā)球、準(zhǔn)備姿勢(shì)與移動(dòng)步法為主,其它技術(shù)涉及較少;教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)偏少;教學(xué)方法多以傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法為主,新穎的、有創(chuàng)造性的教學(xué)方法運(yùn)用的相對(duì)比較少;教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容以達(dá)標(biāo)成績(jī)和身體素質(zhì)為主,未能兼顧到學(xué)生在全面發(fā)展和社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力等方面上所能發(fā)揮的作用,不能很好地體現(xiàn)出新課標(biāo)的指導(dǎo)思想。3.南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教師的年齡、學(xué)歷、職稱(chēng)、教學(xué)年限等結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)比較合理;從事排球?qū)m?xiàng)的教師比較缺乏,且參與相關(guān)培訓(xùn)的次數(shù)比較少,整體上教師所具備的排球技能水平不高,排球技能仍需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)提高。4.南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)的排球場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施比較欠缺,雖然大多數(shù)學(xué)校能夠配備一定數(shù)量的排球場(chǎng)地器材,但與《中小學(xué)體育器材設(shè)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》還有差距,且多數(shù)教師與學(xué)生對(duì)排球場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施持不滿(mǎn)意態(tài)度。5.排球傳統(tǒng)校學(xué)生喜愛(ài)程度整體上高于非排球傳統(tǒng)校,而非傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校中已開(kāi)設(shè)學(xué)校高于未開(kāi)設(shè)學(xué)校學(xué)生的喜愛(ài)程度;大多數(shù)學(xué)生對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)不太了解;多數(shù)學(xué)生只是粗略掌握墊、發(fā)、傳等基本技術(shù),能夠熟練掌握并運(yùn)用到實(shí)戰(zhàn)比賽的學(xué)生較少。6.學(xué)生參與排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的動(dòng)機(jī)比較明確,但課余排球活動(dòng)次數(shù)偏少;除排球傳統(tǒng)學(xué)校之外,絕大多數(shù)學(xué)校沒(méi)有成立排球隊(duì),排球隊(duì)建設(shè)整體上呈現(xiàn)不均衡趨勢(shì);多數(shù)學(xué)生愿意參加排球比賽,但排球比賽組織較少。7.制約南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)及開(kāi)展的因素是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度、場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施、師資力量水平、排球項(xiàng)目自身特點(diǎn)、排球比賽、排球課程設(shè)置與學(xué)生排球興趣等幾個(gè)方面。針對(duì)南京市主城區(qū)初級(jí)中學(xué)排球教學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題,提出以下發(fā)展對(duì)策:一、轉(zhuǎn)變領(lǐng)導(dǎo)觀念,加強(qiáng)對(duì)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的重視;二、完善排球場(chǎng)地器材設(shè)施,并提高利用率;三、強(qiáng)化排球師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),逐步完善培訓(xùn)體系;四、適當(dāng)弱化排球競(jìng)技性特點(diǎn);五、開(kāi)展多層次、多形式的排球比賽;六、健全排球課程設(shè)置體系;七、積極加強(qiáng)宣傳力度,努力營(yíng)造校園排球氛圍。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, field investigation, mathematical statistics and so on, this paper investigates the present situation of volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in Nanjing. The contents of the investigation mainly include volleyball curriculum, teaching staff, venues and facilities, students' knowledge and learning of volleyball, and extracurricular volleyball activities. Through the comprehensive investigation and analysis of volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in main urban areas of Nanjing, the purpose of this study is to understand the situation of volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in Nanjing, and to explore the factors restricting volleyball teaching. Suggestions and measures are put forward to provide theoretical basis and reference for the improvement of junior high school volleyball teaching in Nanjing, and then to promote the better development of volleyball teaching in Nanjing junior middle school. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. On the whole, the volleyball curriculum rate of junior middle school in Nanjing is low. 2. 2. The use of teaching materials is in line with the requirements of "one standard, more textbooks" in the reform of physical education curriculum, the teaching content is based on basic ball cushion, serve, preparation posture and moving footwork, other techniques are less involved, teaching hours are less; Most of the teaching methods are based on traditional teaching methods, but relatively few are used in new and creative teaching methods, and the contents of teaching evaluation are mainly to meet the standards of achievement and physical quality. Failed to give consideration to the students in the overall development and social adaptability and other aspects can not play a good role in the new curriculum standards can not reflect the guiding ideology. 3. The structure of volleyball teachers in Nanjing junior middle school is relatively reasonable, such as age, academic background, professional title, teaching years, etc. On the whole, the level of volleyball skills of teachers is not high, volleyball skills still need to be further strengthened and improved. The volleyball facilities of junior middle schools in Nanjing's main urban area are relatively short. Although most schools can provide a certain number of volleyball facilities, there is still a gap with the "Standard of Sports equipment facilities in Primary and Middle Schools". And most teachers and students are dissatisfied with volleyball facilities. The students in the traditional school of volleyball are generally higher than those in the traditional school of volleyball, and the students who have opened the school in the non-traditional school have a higher degree of affection than the students who have not opened the school; most of the students do not know much about volleyball; most of the students only have a rough grasp of the mats. Hair, transmission and other basic skills, can be proficient and can be applied to the actual game of students are less. 6. The motivation of students to participate in volleyball is clear, but the number of extracurricular volleyball activities is on the low side; in addition to traditional volleyball schools, most schools do not set up volleyball teams, volleyball team construction on the whole presents an unbalanced trend; Most students are willing to take part in volleyball matches, but volleyball matches are less organized. The factors restricting the teaching and development of volleyball in junior middle schools in Nanjing are the degree of leadership attention, the facilities and facilities of the site, the level of teachers' strength, the characteristics of volleyball items themselves, the volleyball match, the volleyball curriculum and the students' interest in volleyball, and so on. In view of the problems existing in volleyball teaching in junior middle schools in Nanjing's main urban areas, the following countermeasures are put forward: first, to change the concept of leadership, and to pay more attention to volleyball; second, to improve the facilities of volleyball venues and equipment and to improve the utilization ratio; third, Strengthen the construction of volleyball teachers and gradually improve the training system; fourth, appropriately weaken the characteristics of volleyball competition; fifth, carry out multi-level, multi-form volleyball matches; sixthly, improve the volleyball curriculum system; seventh, actively strengthen publicity, Strive to create a campus volleyball atmosphere.
