我國優(yōu)秀女子鐵餅運(yùn)動(dòng)員投擲關(guān)鍵技術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析

【摘要】:根據(jù)近幾年我國田徑長投項(xiàng)目中女子鐵餅發(fā)展態(tài)勢,順應(yīng)中國田徑協(xié)會(huì)“1516計(jì)劃”、“東京登峰計(jì)劃”的布局和實(shí)施,對(duì)應(yīng)當(dāng)前我國新一代優(yōu)秀女子鐵餅運(yùn)動(dòng)員(陳揚(yáng)、馮彬、蘇欣悅)技術(shù)特征,在比賽中應(yīng)用同步攝像法,通過賽后圖片影像分析、數(shù)據(jù)處理得出三名優(yōu)秀女子鐵餅運(yùn)動(dòng)員試擲最好一次的技術(shù)參數(shù)指標(biāo),同時(shí)運(yùn)用運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練學(xué)及運(yùn)動(dòng)生物力學(xué)運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)分析方法,對(duì)其三人投擲關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)客觀評(píng)定診斷,探究技術(shù)差異紕漏,力求把運(yùn)動(dòng)員技術(shù)個(gè)性與技術(shù)原理相融合,為奮斗在競技一線的鐵餅教練員、運(yùn)動(dòng)員、科研工作者提供可借鑒的方法理論依據(jù),促進(jìn)提高我國競技鐵餅的實(shí)際教訓(xùn)水平。論文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、攝像法、圖像解析法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行研究,其中攝像法是使用兩臺(tái)高清攝像機(jī)進(jìn)行定點(diǎn)同步攝像,采用美國Peak立體標(biāo)定框架,圖像解析法采用運(yùn)動(dòng)生物力學(xué)錄像解析軟件3-DSignal Tec進(jìn)行圖像解析,人體模型采用亞洲日本的松井秀治人體模型。研究結(jié)論如下:(1)雙腿支撐起轉(zhuǎn)階段,蘇欣悅預(yù)擺起轉(zhuǎn)站位在中心線偏左位置,有其獨(dú)特的雙支撐起轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)風(fēng)格,陳揚(yáng)在起轉(zhuǎn)階段有高重心、左膝外轉(zhuǎn)不明顯等細(xì)節(jié)問題,馮彬、蘇欣悅雙支撐階段具有擺動(dòng)幅度大特點(diǎn),三人在預(yù)擺起轉(zhuǎn)階段用時(shí)較長。(2)單支撐旋轉(zhuǎn)階段,陳揚(yáng)單支撐旋轉(zhuǎn)速度略慢,兩腳距離偏大影響單旋轉(zhuǎn)速度;蘇欣悅單支撐旋轉(zhuǎn)加速趨勢明顯,陳揚(yáng)、蘇欣悅單支撐旋轉(zhuǎn)階段右臂沒有很好留在身后,不利于單支撐旋轉(zhuǎn)加速和后面的超越器械。(3)騰空階段,陳揚(yáng)騰空高度高,重心起伏大,騰空時(shí)間長,旋轉(zhuǎn)節(jié)奏有點(diǎn)亂,馮彬騰空階段左側(cè)身體受單支撐旋轉(zhuǎn)影響過早打開,影響身體向前性,蘇欣悅騰空時(shí)間、右腳著地速度均快于其他兩人,屬于后速型加速。(4)銜接階段,陳揚(yáng)、蘇欣悅非投擲臂伸展打開不夠,沒有充分形成以左帶右的發(fā)力形式,馮彬、蘇欣悅肩髖角偏小,身體扭轉(zhuǎn)度不夠,蘇欣悅的左腿非支撐腿落地角度稍大不利于最后用力和左側(cè)支撐。(5)最后用力階段,蘇欣悅最后初始加速階段身體傾角度較大,上體抬起過早,陳揚(yáng)、蘇欣悅重心高度稍低,左膝關(guān)節(jié)彎曲角度偏大,影響最后發(fā)力的左側(cè)支撐;陳揚(yáng)出手高度較低,左側(cè)支撐問題明顯,馮彬采用跳投出手,出手高度達(dá)到1.96m,但沒能完全發(fā)揮出旋轉(zhuǎn)的快速用力,且出手時(shí)機(jī)過早導(dǎo)致鐵餅出手后飛行偏右;三人的鐵餅出手角度基本符合理論要求;三人的鐵餅出手初速度與世界優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員相比仍有差距。
[Abstract]:According to the development situation of women discus in the long term project of track and field in China in recent years, the layout and implementation of "1516 Plan" and "Tokyo Dengfeng Plan" of China Athletics Association correspond to the new generation of excellent female discus athletes (Chen Yang, Feng Bin, Chen Yang, Feng Bin). The technical characteristics of Su Xinyue, by using the synchronous camera method in the competition, through the analysis of the pictures and images after the match, the data processing obtained the best technical parameter index of the three excellent women discus athletes, and at the same time, the kinematics was used. The evaluation and analysis method of sports training science and sports biomechanics sports technology, the scientific and objective evaluation and diagnosis of the three key throwing techniques, the exploration of technical differences, and the integration of athletes' technical personality and technical principles, are discussed in this paper. In order to provide theoretical basis for discus coaches, athletes and scientific researchers who struggle in the first line of competition, and to promote the improvement of the actual lesson level of competitive discus in China. In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, photography, image analysis and mathematical statistics are used to study. Among them, two high-definition cameras are used for fixed point synchronous camera, and the United States Peak stereoscopic calibration framework is used. The method of image analysis is based on the motion biomechanical video analysis software 3-DSignal Tec, and the human body model is based on the Matsui model of Asia and Japan. The conclusion of the study is as follows: 1) at the stage of leg support and turning, Su Xinyue's pre-swing position is on the left side of the central line, with his unique technical style of double bracing and turning. Chen Yang has a high center of gravity in the starting stage, and the left knee does not turn out obviously. Feng Bin, Su Xinyue's double bracing stage has the characteristics of large swing amplitude. In the stage of pre-swing and rotation, the rotation speed of Chen Yang's single support is a little slow, and the distance between two feet affects the speed of single rotation. The trend of single support rotation acceleration is obvious, Chen Yang, Su Xinyue single support rotation phase right arm is not well left behind, which is not conducive to single support rotation acceleration and the rear transcendental equipment. 3) in the empty stage, Chen Yang's height is high and the center of gravity fluctuates greatly. The flight time was long, and the rotation rhythm was a little chaotic. Feng Bin's left body was prematurely opened under the influence of single support rotation, which affected the forward movement of the body. So Hsin Yuet took off the air time, and the speed of landing of the right foot was faster than that of the other two people. Belonging to the post-speed acceleration stage, Chen Yang, Su Xinyue did not open enough to open the throwing arm, and did not fully form the form of left and right power. Feng Bin, Su Xinyue's shoulder hip angle was small, and the body torsion was not enough. Su Hsin Yuet's left leg unsupported leg landing angle slightly larger than the final force and left support. 5) the final force stage, Suhin Yuet's final initial acceleration phase of the body tilting angle is larger, the upper body is too early, Chen Yang, Su Xinyue center of gravity height is slightly lower, The bending angle of the left knee joint is on the large side, which affects the left support of the final force; Chen Yang's release height is low, and the left side support problem is obvious. Feng Bin used the jumper shot to reach 1.96 m, but he failed to give full play to the rapid force of rotation. And the early timing of discus after the discus flight to the right; three of the discus angle basically in line with the theoretical requirements; the discus of the three of the initial speed and the world's outstanding athletes still have a gap.
