【摘要】:研究目的排球作為三大球之一,在我國(guó)擁有廣泛的群眾基礎(chǔ)。高校排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開(kāi)展在我國(guó)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展中起到了不可或缺的作用,高校排球隊(duì)伍建設(shè)更是體現(xiàn)了我國(guó)排球事業(yè)的群體發(fā)展水平。在世界排球運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)技水平逐漸提高的大環(huán)境下,我國(guó)排球運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)技水平是否能夠繼續(xù)保持領(lǐng)先,這是當(dāng)前值得我們探究的問(wèn)題。排球作為隔網(wǎng)對(duì)抗性項(xiàng)目,技戰(zhàn)術(shù)復(fù)雜多變、攻防節(jié)奏快、對(duì)體能的消耗極大。本文主要探討核心穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練對(duì)高校男子排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì)的影響,通過(guò)對(duì)訓(xùn)練組實(shí)施核心穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練,與接受傳統(tǒng)力量訓(xùn)練的對(duì)照組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,探討核心穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練對(duì)改善高校男子排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員靈敏素質(zhì)的作用。研究方法本研究以首都體育學(xué)院2013、2014級(jí)排球?qū)_x班的學(xué)生作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)專(zhuān)家訪談與咨詢(xún),選取五項(xiàng)靈敏素質(zhì)作為測(cè)試指標(biāo),以實(shí)驗(yàn)前對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象靈敏素質(zhì)的測(cè)試成績(jī)進(jìn)行分組(分為訓(xùn)練組與對(duì)照組),經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)檢驗(yàn),P0.05分組無(wú)顯著性差異,說(shuō)明分組合理有效。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)訓(xùn)練組進(jìn)行核心訓(xùn)練,對(duì)照組進(jìn)行普通的力量性訓(xùn)練,8周試驗(yàn)后再次測(cè)試各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)成績(jī),最后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析處理。研究結(jié)果1、8周訓(xùn)練后,訓(xùn)練組與對(duì)照組靈敏素質(zhì)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均有提高。訓(xùn)練組指標(biāo)與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比有顯著性差異(P0.05),而對(duì)照組雖有所提高但差異不具有顯著性意義(P0.05)。2、8周訓(xùn)練后,訓(xùn)練組各項(xiàng)靈敏素質(zhì)指標(biāo)均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。研究結(jié)論1、核心穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練可有效提高排球?qū)m?xiàng)學(xué)生的靈敏素質(zhì)。2、核心穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練可提高排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員掌握(傳球、墊球、扣球、發(fā)球、攔網(wǎng)、移動(dòng))等六大專(zhuān)項(xiàng)技術(shù)的能力。3、核心穩(wěn)定性訓(xùn)練可有效預(yù)防排球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的運(yùn)動(dòng)損傷的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective Volleyball, as one of the three big balls, has a broad mass base in our country. The development of volleyball in colleges and universities plays an indispensable role in the development of volleyball in our country, and the construction of volleyball team in colleges and universities reflects the level of group development of volleyball in our country. Under the circumstances of the gradual improvement of the competitive level of volleyball in the world, whether the competitive level of volleyball in our country can continue to maintain the leading position is a question worth exploring at present. Volleyball is a confrontational project with complex techniques and tactics, fast rhythm of attack and defense, and great consumption of physical ability. This paper mainly discusses the effect of core stability training on the sensitive quality of male volleyball players in colleges and universities. By carrying out core stability training in the training group, it is compared with the indexes of the control group receiving traditional strength training. This paper discusses the effect of core stability training on improving the sensitive quality of male volleyball players in colleges and universities. Methods in this study, the students of the selective volleyball class of class 20132014 in Capital Institute of physical Education were selected as the experimental objects, and five sensitive qualities were selected as the test indexes after the interview and consultation with the experts. According to the test results of sensitive quality of the subjects before the experiment (divided into the training group and the control group), there was no significant difference between the two groups by statistical test, which showed that the grouping was reasonable and effective. On this basis, the training group for core training, the control group for ordinary strength training for 8 weeks after the test re-test of the results of each index, and finally statistical analysis. Results 1 after 8 weeks training, the sensitive quality indexes of training group and control group were improved. The indexes of the training group were significantly different from those before the experiment (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the control group (P 0.05) and the control group (P 0.05). After 8 weeks of training, the sensitive quality index of the training group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion 1, the core stability training can effectively improve the sensitive quality of volleyball special students. The core stability training can improve volleyball players' mastery (passing, padding, spiking, serving, blocking, etc.) The core stability training can effectively prevent volleyball players' sports injury.
