【摘要】：吉林省冰雪文化和冰雪民俗文化的傳承是在我國(guó)冰雪文化大發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)下結(jié)合吉林省獨(dú)特的地域民俗文化、民族、經(jīng)濟(jì)等因素所形成的具有吉林省特色的冰雪民俗文化形式。傳承與發(fā)展是弘揚(yáng)吉林省冰雪文化的重要手段,大力弘揚(yáng)吉林省的傳統(tǒng)文化對(duì)于吉林省區(qū)域文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及社會(huì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。吉林省的冰雪民俗文化經(jīng)歷了數(shù)百年的發(fā)展形成了具有地方民族特色的文化形式。現(xiàn)階段,在繼承和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,充分的發(fā)掘和開(kāi)發(fā)冰雪民俗文化資源,提高知名度和影響力是我們的重要任務(wù)。本文正是在吉林省冰雪民俗文化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以吉林省冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)、冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為依托,以明確吉林省的冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀、促進(jìn)其更好的發(fā)展為目的,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、實(shí)地考察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法以及邏輯分析等方法對(duì)吉林省冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀等相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果:吉林省冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)正處于快速發(fā)展中,各組成要素呈現(xiàn)出相對(duì)積極健康的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì);其中政府因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、文化因素以及冰雪運(yùn)動(dòng)等因素影響著吉林省冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)的發(fā)展;所以現(xiàn)階段,吉林省的冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)可謂發(fā)展機(jī)遇與困境并存。由于“兩會(huì)”關(guān)于發(fā)展傳統(tǒng)文化的政策、《全民健身?xiàng)l例》、非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)等相關(guān)政策為吉林省的冰雪民俗文化的發(fā)展提供了契機(jī)。建議:提高政府對(duì)冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)的重視程度,通過(guò)政策導(dǎo)向和資金投入來(lái)促進(jìn)冰雪民俗文化市場(chǎng)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展;積極改造和完善冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)發(fā)展環(huán)境,將冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)納入學(xué)校教育中來(lái);對(duì)參與冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、全面的培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo),建立一支能力強(qiáng)、素質(zhì)高、文化底蘊(yùn)厚重的冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)隊(duì)伍;通過(guò)行政和商業(yè)渠道加大對(duì)吉林省冰雪民俗文化活動(dòng)的宣傳力度,提高其品牌影響力和知名度。
[Abstract]:The inheritance of ice and snow culture and snow folklore culture in Jilin Province is a form of ice and snow folklore culture with the characteristics of Jilin Province, which is formed by the unique regional folklore culture, nationality and economy of Jilin Province under the trend of the great development of snow and ice culture in our country. Inheritance and development is an important means to carry forward the ice and snow culture of Jilin Province. It is of great significance for the regional culture, economy and social development of Jilin Province to carry forward the traditional culture of Jilin Province. The ice and snow folklore culture of Jilin Province has experienced hundreds of years of development and has formed a cultural form with local national characteristics. At present, on the basis of inheritance and development, it is our important task to fully explore and develop the cultural resources of snow and ice folklore, and to improve our popularity and influence. On the basis of the development of snow and ice folklore culture in Jilin Province, this paper is based on the present situation of ice and snow sports and ice and snow folklore cultural activities in Jilin Province, in order to make clear the present situation of ice and snow folklore culture activities in Jilin Province. For the purpose of promoting its better development, this paper studies the current situation of ice and snow folklore culture activities in Jilin Province by means of literature, interview, field investigation, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. The results show that the ice and snow folklore cultural activities in Jilin Province are developing rapidly, and each component element presents a relatively positive and healthy development trend, among which the government factor, the economic factor, the government factor, the economic factor, the government factor, the economic factor, Cultural factors, ice and snow sports and other factors affect the development of ice and snow folk cultural activities in Jilin Province, so at this stage, the ice and snow folk cultural activities in Jilin Province can be described as opportunities and difficulties. Because of the policies of the "two sessions" on developing traditional culture, the regulations of National Fitness for all, the protection of intangible cultural heritage and other related policies, it provides an opportunity for the development of snow and ice folklore culture in Jilin Province. Suggestions: the government should pay more attention to snow and ice folklore cultural activities, promote the development of ice and snow folk culture market and industry through policy guidance and capital investment, actively reform and perfect the development environment of snow and ice folklore cultural activities, Bring snow and ice folklore cultural activities into school education, systematically train and guide the personnel involved in ice and snow folklore cultural activities, and establish a team of ice and snow folklore cultural activities with strong ability, high quality and heavy cultural background. Through administrative and commercial channels to enhance the promotion of ice and snow folk cultural activities in Jilin Province, improve its brand influence and visibility.
