【摘要】:職業(yè)網(wǎng)球比賽是以搶分爭位為目標(biāo),高水平網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)員幾乎每年都需參加20站左右的比賽來保持國際上靠前的名次。一般來說每兩三周就要進(jìn)行一場賽事,甚至有的時(shí)候一個(gè)多月都在持續(xù)比賽,一個(gè)星期就要進(jìn)行一場賽事。這么高強(qiáng)度的比賽不僅僅需要有良好的持續(xù)性、周期性、板塊化的身體素質(zhì)訓(xùn)練來貫穿全年比賽的整個(gè)過程以保持良好的體能,同時(shí)還要制定相應(yīng)的賽間訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃解決在比賽中暴露出的能力與技戰(zhàn)術(shù)上需要改進(jìn)的問題、使體能快速恢復(fù)與病痛的防備、治療方案,讓參賽人員在之后的賽場上發(fā)揮出最理想的比賽能力,以致使運(yùn)動(dòng)員獲得最佳的戰(zhàn)績。因此,人們也早已認(rèn)識(shí)到賽間訓(xùn)練與比賽成績的好壞呈正相關(guān)。本論文主要利用查閱相關(guān)資料、研究邏輯規(guī)律、對比研究與專家采訪等方式,將專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽周期內(nèi)的訓(xùn)練方案的制定特性做深入的了解和分析,初步構(gòu)建了職業(yè)網(wǎng)球賽間訓(xùn)練的基本理論:一.賽間訓(xùn)練的概念:指的是參加比賽的運(yùn)動(dòng)員在持續(xù)幾周比賽沒有足夠時(shí)間進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,在兩站賽事之間的調(diào)整時(shí)期內(nèi)來訓(xùn)練。二.安排賽間訓(xùn)練的主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)涵蓋:恢復(fù)訓(xùn)練、技戰(zhàn)術(shù)訓(xùn)練、心理訓(xùn)練、體能訓(xùn)練。三.賽間訓(xùn)練的類型主要有:1、儲(chǔ)備性訓(xùn)練,2、補(bǔ)充性訓(xùn)練,3、調(diào)節(jié)性訓(xùn)練,4、恢復(fù)性訓(xùn)練,5、整理性訓(xùn)練,6、適應(yīng)性訓(xùn)練,7、康復(fù)性訓(xùn)練,8、再生性訓(xùn)練,9、功能性訓(xùn)練。在具體的設(shè)計(jì)、編排過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)以體能訓(xùn)練為主。四.從具體的領(lǐng)域來看,網(wǎng)球賽間訓(xùn)練應(yīng)遵循六個(gè)原則:多元化與專項(xiàng)化相結(jié)合原則、兼顧訓(xùn)練與恢復(fù)原則、適宜負(fù)荷原則、靈活性原則、區(qū)別對待原則、時(shí)效性原則。要實(shí)施科學(xué)的賽間訓(xùn)練,就必須在充分理解網(wǎng)球這一項(xiàng)目的規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,在全面的搜集和分析運(yùn)動(dòng)員狀態(tài)的前提下,通過系統(tǒng)、合理、多元的訓(xùn)練手段來達(dá)到提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員比賽能力的目的。另外,職業(yè)化的發(fā)展趨勢要求我們樹立“比賽是訓(xùn)練的延續(xù)”這種理念。所有的訓(xùn)練和動(dòng)力都要圍繞確保實(shí)現(xiàn)能力的保持與系統(tǒng)性和有助于競技狀態(tài)的形成、提高和保持;都要圍繞著項(xiàng)目特有的賽練機(jī)制來開展。相對于平時(shí)的訓(xùn)練,賽間訓(xùn)練要具有更高的隨機(jī)性,更多的取決于項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)、比賽近期的情景以及運(yùn)動(dòng)員的技術(shù)狀態(tài)。因此,要實(shí)現(xiàn)對賽間訓(xùn)練的掌控,必然對教練員提出更高的要求。
[Abstract]:The goal of professional tennis competition is to compete for different positions. High level tennis players have to take part in about 20 matches every year to keep the top position in the world. There is usually a match every two or three weeks, sometimes for more than a month, and once a week. Such a high level of competition requires not only good physical fitness training that is sustained, periodic, and platformized throughout the year to maintain good physical fitness, At the same time, we should also draw up a corresponding inter-match training plan to solve the problems that need to be improved in terms of skills and tactics exposed in the competition, so that we can quickly recover our physical strength, prepare for illness, and treat our patients. Let the contestants play the best performance in the subsequent competition, so that the athletes can achieve the best results. Therefore, it has long been recognized that the training and performance of the competition is positively related. In this paper, by consulting relevant materials, studying logic rules, comparing research and expert interviews, the author makes a deep understanding and analysis of the characteristics of the training program in the competition cycle of professional athletes. A preliminary construction of the basic theory of professional tennis training: 1. The concept of inter-race training means that the athletes in the competition do not have enough time to train during the adjustment period between the two races for several weeks. II. The main contents of arranging interrace training should include: recovery training, technical and tactical training, psychological training and physical training. III. The types of inter-race training are mainly 1: 1, 2 reserve training, 3 supplementary training, 4 regulative training, 5 restorative training, 6 finishing training, 7 adaptive training, 8 rehabilitation training, 9 regenerative training and functional training. In the specific design, layout process should be based on physical training. IV. From the point of view of specific fields, the training between tennis matches should follow six principles: the principle of combination of diversification and specialization, the principle of training and recovery, the principle of appropriate load, the principle of flexibility, the principle of different treatment and the principle of timeliness. In order to carry out scientific inter-match training, we must, on the basis of fully understanding the rules of tennis, and on the premise of collecting and analyzing the players' status in an all-round way, adopt a systematic and reasonable approach. A variety of training methods to achieve the goal of improving athletes' ability to compete. In addition, the trend of professionalization requires us to establish the idea that competition is the continuation of training. All training and motivation should be centered around ensuring that the ability to achieve the ability to maintain and systematic and contribute to the formation, improvement and maintenance of competitive state; Compared with the usual training, the inter-match training should have a higher randomness, more depending on the characteristics of the event, the recent situation of the competition and the technical status of the athletes. Therefore, in order to achieve the control of inter-competition training, coaches must put forward higher requirements.
