對(duì)哈爾濱體育學(xué)院田徑專(zhuān)修學(xué)生教學(xué)技能的調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:教學(xué)技能是教師工作的基本技能,整個(gè)教學(xué)過(guò)程的實(shí)施就是依靠教師的各種教學(xué)技能來(lái)展開(kāi),教學(xué)技能對(duì)于想從事體育教師的大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)是即將面對(duì)的教學(xué)工作中必不可少的教學(xué)工具。哈爾濱體育學(xué)院田徑專(zhuān)修學(xué)生就業(yè)方向主要是體育教師。對(duì)此,本文采取文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,通過(guò)對(duì)哈爾濱體育學(xué)院2013級(jí)田徑專(zhuān)修實(shí)習(xí)生實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校指導(dǎo)老師的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)體育教學(xué)技能的各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,經(jīng)調(diào)查得出以下結(jié)論:1.哈爾濱體育學(xué)院田徑專(zhuān)修學(xué)生教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)技能、教案書(shū)寫(xiě)技能、看評(píng)課技能、課堂教學(xué)技能總體上一般,相較而言項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)技能較好一些。2.田徑專(zhuān)修學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)技能里的指導(dǎo)思想理解的較為準(zhǔn)確,但是對(duì)教學(xué)流程的把握和教材的分析還不夠準(zhǔn)確。在教案書(shū)寫(xiě)時(shí),教學(xué)目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容主題、教師學(xué)生活動(dòng)、安全保障、教學(xué)要求、密度強(qiáng)度這幾方面的設(shè)計(jì)相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較合理,在教案書(shū)寫(xiě)其他方面表現(xiàn)一般,只能做到最基本的書(shū)寫(xiě)教案的任務(wù)。在看、評(píng)課技能方面,大部分學(xué)生基本上都可以總結(jié)出教學(xué)過(guò)程中存在的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),但能對(duì)優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)原因進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析和提出改進(jìn)措施的學(xué)生較少。3.在專(zhuān)項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能方面,田徑專(zhuān)修學(xué)生本專(zhuān)項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能較好;在以三大球類(lèi)為例的球類(lèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)中,整體上籃球和排球技能稍好一些,足球技能相對(duì)較差。4.在課堂教學(xué)方面,學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出了一定的課堂教學(xué)能力。學(xué)生在教學(xué)內(nèi)容技能方面,總體可以說(shuō)是中規(guī)中矩,相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)較為傳統(tǒng);而在教學(xué)方法技能方面,學(xué)生并沒(méi)有運(yùn)用更深層次的教學(xué)方法,只是用一些基本的教學(xué)方法如示范法、講解法,教學(xué)方法總體來(lái)說(shuō)較為單調(diào);在教學(xué)組織與管理方面,實(shí)習(xí)生能夠很好的控制運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷并有一定的控班能力,但其他方面還有待提高;學(xué)生在教學(xué)過(guò)程中時(shí)做出學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確;在教學(xué)的其他細(xì)節(jié)方面,學(xué)生的教態(tài)、口令、預(yù)防和糾錯(cuò)能力都不錯(cuò),但是吹哨技能距離一名優(yōu)秀的教師還有明顯的差距。5.哈爾濱體育學(xué)院田徑專(zhuān)修實(shí)習(xí)生的教育實(shí)習(xí)存在多方面的問(wèn)題,其中包括形式單一,時(shí)間不足等,實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容也不夠豐富。實(shí)習(xí)生的教育實(shí)習(xí)缺乏相對(duì)充足、穩(wěn)定的實(shí)習(xí)基地。
[Abstract]:Teaching skills are the basic skills of teachers' work. The implementation of the whole teaching process depends on the teachers' various teaching skills. Teaching skills are an indispensable teaching tool for college students who want to engage in physical education. Harbin Institute of physical Education track and field students in the direction of employment is mainly physical education teachers. In order to solve this problem, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics to analyze all aspects of PE teaching skills through the questionnaire survey to the guidance teachers of track and field intern practice school in Harbin physical Education Institute of Grade 2013. The following conclusion was drawn from the investigation: 1. Harbin Institute of physical Education track and field students' teaching design skills, teaching plan writing skills, reading and evaluation skills, classroom teaching skills in general, compared with the sports skills are better. 2. Track and field students understand the guiding ideology of teaching design skills more accurately, but the understanding of teaching flow and the analysis of teaching materials are not accurate enough. In the writing of teaching plans, the design of teaching objectives, content themes, teacher and student activities, safety and security, teaching requirements, density and intensity are relatively reasonable. Can only do the most basic task of writing teaching plans. In view of the evaluation of skills, most students can basically sum up the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching process, but the reasons for the advantages and disadvantages of the students can be carefully analyzed and proposed improvement measures. 3. In terms of specific sports skills, track and field students have better specific sports skills; in ball games with three ball classes, the overall basketball and volleyball skills are slightly better, and football skills are relatively poor. 4. In the classroom teaching aspect, the student has displayed the certain classroom teaching ability. In terms of teaching content and skills, students in general can be said to be regular and relatively more traditional. In terms of teaching methods and skills, students do not use deeper teaching methods, but only use some basic teaching methods such as the Model Law. In teaching organization and management, interns can control sports load well and have certain ability of controlling class, but other aspects still need to be improved. In other details of teaching, the students' ability of teaching, command, prevention and error correction are all good, but whistling skills are still far from a good teacher. There are many problems in the teaching practice of track and field intern in Harbin Institute of physical Education, including single form, lack of time and so on, and the content of practice is not rich enough. The intern's education practice lacks the relative adequacy, the stable practice base.
