【摘要】:在競技體育比賽中,現(xiàn)在的大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員隊已經(jīng)成為了一個亮點(diǎn),在省運(yùn)會和市運(yùn)會中為大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員提供了展示自我的舞臺。而在全國大學(xué)生運(yùn)動隊會以及世界大學(xué)生運(yùn)動會等比賽中,大學(xué)生運(yùn)動員成為一道絢麗的風(fēng)景。如今高等院校也開始加大力量建設(shè)屬于自己的高水平運(yùn)動隊培養(yǎng)自己的高水平運(yùn)動員。然而高校高水平運(yùn)動員作為國內(nèi)高校中的特殊群體,具有雙重身份及兩種角色:大學(xué)生和高水平運(yùn)動員,同時兼顧著體育和專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的雙重任務(wù)。排球作為一個集體項目,想要在比賽中爭取優(yōu)異的成績,不僅需要隊員們在比賽中的頑強(qiáng)拼搏,還需要隊員們在平時中刻苦訓(xùn)練、齊心協(xié)力。角色定位的不同對其個人行為有著非常重要的影響。其不同的角色認(rèn)同將直接影響到運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動動機(jī)和自我效能,進(jìn)而影響到訓(xùn)練效果和訓(xùn)練的效率以及會對比賽成績產(chǎn)生影響。因此,對高校高水平排球運(yùn)動員角色認(rèn)同與運(yùn)動動機(jī)和自我效能的研究,找出運(yùn)動員真正的認(rèn)同以提高的訓(xùn)練效率就具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本研究通過對高校高水平排球運(yùn)動員角色認(rèn)同與自我效能和運(yùn)動動機(jī)之間的研究,找出高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員的角色認(rèn)同與自我效能和運(yùn)動動機(jī)之間關(guān)系。為高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動隊提高訓(xùn)練效率、提高比賽水平以及提高自我認(rèn)識提供一些參考。選取2015-2016年全國大學(xué)生排球聯(lián)賽(總決賽)女子12支隊伍的全體隊員為調(diào)查對象。利用《大學(xué)生角色認(rèn)同》量表、《運(yùn)動員角色認(rèn)同》量表、《一般自我效能》量表和《運(yùn)動動機(jī)》量表,對高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員的角色認(rèn)同與自我效能、動機(jī)水平的現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)性進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果顯示:1高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員對運(yùn)動員角色的認(rèn)同高于對大學(xué)生角色認(rèn)同,說明在兩者角色認(rèn)同上,高校高水平運(yùn)排球動員更偏向運(yùn)動員這個角色。在高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員中,126人是運(yùn)動隊角色認(rèn)同,26人是大學(xué)生角色認(rèn)同。2高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員的隨著年限的增長,運(yùn)動員認(rèn)同也會隨著提高。高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員的運(yùn)動員角色認(rèn)同越高,其運(yùn)動動機(jī)的也會提高。3在高校高水平女子排球運(yùn)動員中發(fā)現(xiàn),北京體育大學(xué)、北京航空航天大學(xué)、山東師范大學(xué)以及南京信息工程大學(xué),這四所高校中運(yùn)動員全部都偏向運(yùn)動員角色認(rèn)同,而這四所高校的成績也是全國比賽中的佼佼者,由此可以推測運(yùn)動員角色認(rèn)同程度越高,對運(yùn)動隊的成績也會有所影響。
[Abstract]:In the competitive sports competition, the current college athletes team has become a bright spot, in the provincial sports meeting and the city sports meeting provides the stage for the university student athletes to show themselves. In the national college sports team and the World Universiade, college athletes become a beautiful scenery. Now colleges and universities are also increasing their efforts to build their own high-level sports teams to train their own high-level athletes. However, as a special group in domestic colleges and universities, the high-level athletes in colleges and universities have two roles: college students and high-level athletes, as well as the dual tasks of physical education and professional study. Volleyball as a collective project, in order to win excellent results in the game, not only need the team members in the game tenacious struggle, but also need the members in peacetime hard training, concerted efforts. Different roles have a very important impact on their personal behavior. Their different role identity will directly affect the athletes' sports motivation and self-efficacy, and then affect the training effect and training efficiency, as well as the results of the competition. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the role identity, sports motivation and self-efficacy of high-level volleyball players in colleges and universities, and to find out the athletes' real identity in order to improve the training efficiency. Based on the study of the relationship between the role identity, self-efficacy and sports motivation of the high-level volleyball players, the relationship between the role identity and self-efficacy and sports motivation of the high-level female volleyball players in colleges and universities was found out. It provides some references for improving the training efficiency, improving the competition level and raising the self-awareness of the high level women volleyball team in colleges and universities. A total of 12 women's teams in the 2015-2016 National College Volleyball League (Finals) were selected as the objects of investigation. The role identification and self-efficacy of high-level female volleyball players in colleges and universities were studied by using the "College students' role identity" scale, "athlete's role identity" scale, "General Self-efficacy" scale and "Sports motivation > scale". The present situation and relevance of motivation level were studied. The results show that the high-level female volleyball players in colleges and universities have higher recognition of the players' roles than the college students, which indicates that the mobilization of high-level college volleyball players is more biased towards the athlete's role. Among the high-level female volleyball players in colleges and universities, 126 are the role identity of the sports team and 26 are the college students. The number of years of the high-level female volleyball players in colleges and universities will increase with the increase of the athletes' identity. The higher the athletes' role identity, the higher the sports motivation of the high-level female volleyball players in colleges and universities will also be increased. 3. Among the high-level women volleyball athletes in colleges and universities, it is found that Beijing physical Education University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shandong normal University and Nanjing University of Information Engineering, the athletes of these four universities are all biased towards athletes' role identity, and the achievements of these four universities are also the best in the national competition. Therefore, it can be inferred that the higher the level of player's role identity, the more the results of the sports team will be affected.
