【摘要】：籃球運動是世界上職業(yè)化與普及程度均較高的運動項目之一,深受各國人們喜愛。在我國,隨著全民健身運動的興起,越來越多的人投身到籃球運動中來。在高等學(xué)校,籃球運動也有廣泛的群眾基礎(chǔ)�；@球不僅作為大學(xué)生體育選項課之一,在課余時間,籃球運動也是廣大高校學(xué)生所喜聞樂見的運動。于此同時,幾乎所有的高校每年都會組織一到兩次全校籃球賽。在相當(dāng)一部分高校,籃球賽已成為必不可少的一項賽事。除此之外,教育部學(xué)生體協(xié),各省、市、自治區(qū)也會舉辦籃球賽事,其中以大學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽(CUBA)和大學(xué)生籃球超級聯(lián)賽(CUBS)為代表,該賽事通過電視傳媒的傳播,影響力逐年提高。籃球裁判員培養(yǎng)是籃球運動發(fā)展的助推力、是籃球比賽價值的保障、是學(xué)生全面提高籃球認識的重要途徑。因此,本文以西安市普通高�；@球俱樂部為依托,以提高學(xué)生裁判員能力培養(yǎng)培養(yǎng)為最終目的,探究西安市普通高校籃球俱樂部學(xué)生裁判員培養(yǎng)模式的研究。在研究高校籃球俱樂部學(xué)生裁判員培養(yǎng)模式,旨在培養(yǎng)等級以外學(xué)生為主體的籃球裁判員,對于在高校推廣籃球運動、基層籃球裁判員力量的補充以及基層籃球運動的有序開展提供儲備力量。本文采用文獻資料、問卷調(diào)查、訪談法、邏輯分析、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方法探究西安市高�；@球俱樂部學(xué)生裁判員培養(yǎng)得出以下結(jié)論:1、當(dāng)前西安地區(qū)高校具有接受過一定培訓(xùn)的大學(xué)生籃球裁判員,高級別、高素質(zhì)、基礎(chǔ)過硬的籃球裁判指導(dǎo)教師,有機會參與到市級、省級以及全國比賽,具備培養(yǎng)高水平籃球裁判員的條件。2、學(xué)校的師資隊伍建設(shè)以及學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度決定了學(xué)生籃球裁判員的培養(yǎng)。由于師資隊伍及學(xué)校的認知不同,高校間學(xué)生籃球裁判員師資差異性較大,資源配置不均衡。3、學(xué)生裁判員存在經(jīng)驗缺乏、急于求成、忽視理論學(xué)習(xí)、臨場發(fā)揮差等缺點,無法做到獨立控制比賽的能力,但是學(xué)習(xí)能力以及英語能力較強有利于其制裁能力的快速成長。4、西安市籃球裁判員等級考試制度不健全,打擊了部分學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,使得學(xué)生裁判員較少有機會參與高水平籃球賽事,不利于學(xué)生籃球裁判遠的快速成長。并提出以下建議:通過交流學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生裁判員在應(yīng)提高自身水平的同時借助高校的師資以及學(xué)生的自治逐步發(fā)展完善并形成學(xué)生籃球裁判培養(yǎng)體系;西安市高校或西安市定期組織籃球裁判培訓(xùn)班,解決當(dāng)前西安市高�；@球裁判導(dǎo)師分布不均衡的問題;西安市主管體育的政府部門完善當(dāng)前籃球裁判的考級制度,使西安市高校學(xué)生籃球裁判隊伍走上一個更為合理的良性循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Basketball is one of the most professional and popular sports in the world, which is loved by people all over the world. In our country, with the rise of national fitness, more and more people throw themselves into basketball. In colleges and universities, basketball also has a broad mass base. Basketball is not only one of the elective courses for college students, but also a favorite sport for college students in their spare time. At the same time, almost all colleges and universities organize one or two basketball games a year. Basketball has become an essential event in a considerable number of colleges and universities. In addition, the Ministry of Education Student Sports Association, provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions will also host basketball events, including the University Basketball League (CUBA) and the University Basketball Super League (CUBS) as representatives, the event through the television media spread, the influence has increased year by year. The training of basketball referees is a boost to the development of basketball, a guarantee of basketball game value, and an important way for students to improve their understanding of basketball. Therefore, based on the basketball club of ordinary universities in Xi'an city, and taking the cultivation of students' referees' ability as the ultimate goal, this paper probes into the training mode of the students' referees in the basketball clubs of colleges and universities in Xi'an city. This paper studies the training model of college basketball club student referees, which aims to train basketball referees who are not students of different grades, in order to promote basketball in colleges and universities. The supplement of basic basketball referees and the orderly development of basic basketball provide reserve strength. This paper uses literature, questionnaire, interview, logic analysis, Mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the Xi'an University Basketball Club student referee training can be drawn the following conclusions: 1, the current Xi'an colleges and universities have received certain training of college basketball referees, high level, high quality, Basic basketball referees guide teachers, have the opportunity to participate in municipal, provincial and national competitions, The training of basketball referees is determined by the construction of teachers and the learning attitude of students. Because of the different cognition of the teaching staff and the school, the college students basketball referees are different in teachers, unbalanced in the allocation of resources, lack of experience, eager for success, neglect of theoretical study, poor performance on the spot, and so on. Unable to independently control the competition, but learning ability and strong English ability is conducive to its rapid growth of sanctions ability. Xi'an basketball referee level examination system is not perfect, which has hit the enthusiasm of some students to learn. So that the student referees have less opportunity to participate in high-level basketball games, which is not conducive to the rapid growth of student basketball referees. And put forward the following suggestions: through the exchange of learning students referees should improve their own level at the same time with the help of college teachers and students' autonomy to gradually develop and improve and form a student basketball referee training system; Colleges and universities in Xi'an or Xi'an city regularly organize basketball referee training courses to solve the problem of uneven distribution of basketball referees in colleges and universities in Xi'an at present, and the government departments in charge of sports in Xi'an have improved the current examination system of basketball referees. Make Xi'an college students basketball referee team on a more reasonable virtuous circle.
