高校氣虛質(zhì)大學(xué)生的體育課程教學(xué)改革與實踐

【摘要】:近年來我國大學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)持續(xù)下降,大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)狀況令人堪憂,改善大學(xué)生體質(zhì)已刻不容緩。雖然各高校以及政府的相關(guān)部門在積極努力的制定相關(guān)措施來改善大學(xué)生體質(zhì)下滑這一趨勢,但是目前大學(xué)生體質(zhì)卻并未得到根本性的改變。其主要問題在于:一是忽視了學(xué)生的體質(zhì)狀況,只是單方面根據(jù)學(xué)生的興趣、愛好去開設(shè)課程與教學(xué),沒有區(qū)別對待;二是未能形成具有本土特色的、完整的體育教學(xué)理論體系。因此,本研究堅持“健康第一”的指導(dǎo)思想,將中醫(yī)體質(zhì)學(xué)理論作為高校體育課程教學(xué)改革的理論指導(dǎo),以高校氣虛質(zhì)大學(xué)生為研究對象,主要采用實驗方法、統(tǒng)計法進(jìn)行研究。目的在于探索中醫(yī)體質(zhì)學(xué)理論對高校體育課程教學(xué)的指導(dǎo)價值,開發(fā)出適合氣虛體質(zhì)類型大學(xué)生的體育課程、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、課堂教學(xué)環(huán)境,從而使氣虛質(zhì)學(xué)生體質(zhì)得到改善。同時,還能夠使學(xué)生掌握體質(zhì)辨識和體育鍛煉的方法、手段,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身體育意識,還能夠進(jìn)一步豐富高校體育課程教學(xué)的理論,為其他偏頗體質(zhì)在體育課程教學(xué)方面的改革與實踐提供參考依據(jù)。研究結(jié)果:BMI指數(shù)變化不明顯,肺活量得到了提高分別是400ml和390ml;50米男女生都提高了0.1S;立定跳遠(yuǎn)男生提高了10cm,女生變化不明顯;1000/800米方面提高較大,男生提高了14s,女生提高了20s;引體向上男生較實驗前較大進(jìn)步,仍處于不及格狀態(tài),由原來的2.88個提升到5.88個;,仰臥起坐變化較明顯,由35個提升到52個;坐位體前屈得到了提高,成績提升了8cm,中醫(yī)氣虛質(zhì)分值有較明顯變化,氣虛質(zhì)分值明顯下降,下降13分。研究結(jié)論:氣虛質(zhì)學(xué)生通過對其體育課程進(jìn)行改革和教學(xué),身體形態(tài)變化不明顯,在身體機(jī)能、身體素質(zhì)中的柔韌性和腰腹核心力量變化最顯著;八段錦、游戲、身體素質(zhì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,對氣虛質(zhì)可以起到改善作用;溫暖的教學(xué)環(huán)境比較適合氣虛質(zhì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)。同時,表明中醫(yī)體質(zhì)學(xué)理論可以用來指導(dǎo)高校體育課程教學(xué)改革,建議設(shè)置不同偏頗體質(zhì)的體育課程和教學(xué)內(nèi)容,使學(xué)生能夠認(rèn)識自我體質(zhì),通過教學(xué)改善自我體質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the physical quality of college students in China continues to decline, the physical condition of college students is worrying, so it is urgent to improve the physique of college students. Although universities and government departments are actively working out relevant measures to improve the decline of college students' physique, but the current physical fitness of college students has not been fundamentally changed. The main problems lie in: first, ignoring the students' physical condition, but unilaterally offering courses and teaching according to the students' interests and hobbies, without distinction; second, failing to form something with local characteristics. A complete theoretical system of physical education. Therefore, this study adheres to the guiding ideology of "health first", regards the theory of TCM physique as the theoretical guidance of the teaching reform of physical education course in colleges and universities, and takes college students with deficiency of qi as the research object, and mainly adopts the experimental method. A statistical study is carried out. The purpose of this paper is to explore the guiding value of TCM physique theory to the teaching of physical education course in colleges and universities, and to develop the physical education course, teaching content and classroom teaching environment suitable for the students with qi-deficiency constitution, so as to improve the physique of the students with qi-deficiency. At the same time, it can enable students to master the methods and means of physique identification and physical exercise, train students' consciousness of lifelong physical education, and further enrich the theory of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. To provide reference for the reform and practice of other biased physique in physical education course teaching. The results of the study showed that there was no obvious change in the ratio of 400ml to BMI. The increase in vital capacity was found in 400ml and 390 ml / 50 meters for both male and female students respectively. The male students in standing long jump increased by 10 cm, while the female students did not change significantly in the aspect of 1000 / 800 meters. Boys improved by 14s and girls by 20s, boys were more advanced than before experiment, they were still in the state of failing, from 2.88 to 5.88, and sit-ups were obviously changed from 35 to 52; The sitting position forward flexion was improved, the achievement was increased by 8 cm, the TCM Qi deficiency score was obviously changed, and the Qi deficiency quality score was obviously decreased by 13 points. Conclusion: through the reform and teaching of physical education curriculum, the students with deficiency of qi have the most obvious changes in body function, physical quality, flexibility and core strength of waist and abdomen. The content of physical quality teaching can improve the quality of qi deficiency, and the warm teaching environment is more suitable for students with qi deficiency. At the same time, it shows that the theory of TCM physique can be used to guide the teaching reform of physical education course in colleges and universities, and suggests setting up different physical education courses and teaching contents of biased physique, so that students can understand their own physique and improve their self-physique through teaching.
