【摘要】：羽毛球場(chǎng)館是羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)開展所必須的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),是開展這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)所必備的硬件設(shè)施,良好的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和場(chǎng)館的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)對(duì)羽毛球運(yùn)動(dòng)市場(chǎng)化的發(fā)展,起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。通過本文的調(diào)查研究,試圖找出淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館顧客對(duì)于球場(chǎng)的不同滿意程度及需求,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的問題,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,以便在提高羽毛球場(chǎng)館消費(fèi)者的滿意度的基礎(chǔ)上,為場(chǎng)館的經(jīng)營(yíng)者創(chuàng)造更多的盈利和社會(huì)效益,達(dá)到雙贏的效果。對(duì)淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館滿意度的調(diào)查研究,是以淄博市多所具有一定規(guī)模的羽毛球場(chǎng)館中參與運(yùn)動(dòng)的消費(fèi)人群為調(diào)查的主要對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和實(shí)地調(diào)查法對(duì)羽毛球館的參與運(yùn)動(dòng)者的滿意度進(jìn)行了深入的分析,參考CroninTayer和ChangLee對(duì)于顧客服務(wù)滿意的研究成果,設(shè)計(jì)出了淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館顧客服務(wù)滿意度研究調(diào)查表,建立了簡(jiǎn)單的服務(wù)滿意度的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,同時(shí)運(yùn)用spss等數(shù)據(jù)處理方法對(duì)淄博市的羽毛場(chǎng)館關(guān)于顧客滿意度的指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的分析研究。通過對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)的分析,得出淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館顧客較高學(xué)歷、穩(wěn)定工作的年輕人為主的明顯特征以及巨大的潛在消費(fèi)能力,并通過3.80的綜合滿意度評(píng)分得出淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館顧客對(duì)于淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館總體上比較滿意,但在球場(chǎng)配套設(shè)施中的浴室、更衣室、候場(chǎng)區(qū)以及場(chǎng)館急救人員配備方面有待提高。根據(jù)所得到的結(jié)論,建議淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館相關(guān)經(jīng)營(yíng)者增加專業(yè)性的急救服務(wù)設(shè)施,提高浴室及更衣室的普及情況,完善和合理利用候場(chǎng)區(qū)設(shè)施配備并增加顧客反饋機(jī)制,這樣一來(lái),既能使得淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館顧客享受到更加專業(yè)的、更加高端的羽毛球場(chǎng)館服務(wù),同時(shí)又能為淄博市羽毛球場(chǎng)館的經(jīng)營(yíng)者贏得更多利益,從而促進(jìn)淄博市羽毛球產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Badminton stadiums and gymnasiums are the necessary material basis for the development of badminton and the necessary hardware facilities for the development of badminton sports. The good infrastructure and the excellent service of the stadiums and gymnasiums play a positive role in promoting the development of badminton market. Through the investigation and research in this paper, the author tries to find out the different satisfaction degree and demand of the badminton venue customers for the court in Zibo City, find out the problems, and put forward the corresponding solutions. In order to improve the satisfaction of badminton venues on the basis of consumers, for the venue operators to create more profit and social benefits, to achieve win-win results. The investigation and research on the satisfaction degree of badminton venues in Zibo City is mainly based on the consumers who participate in the sport in many badminton venues of Zibo City, through the method of literature, experts and interviews. The mathematical statistics and field investigation are used to analyze the satisfaction of the participants in the badminton arena, and the results of CroninTayer and ChangLee research on customer service satisfaction are referred to. This paper designs a questionnaire of customer service satisfaction of badminton venues in Zibo city, and establishes a simple evaluation index system of service satisfaction. At the same time, using spss and other data processing methods, the index of customer satisfaction of feather venues in Zibo is analyzed and studied. Through the analysis of the obtained data, we can draw the conclusion that the customers of the badminton venues in Zibo have higher education, the young people who work stably mainly have the obvious characteristics and the huge potential consumption ability. And through the comprehensive satisfaction rating of 3.80, Zibo badminton venue customers are generally satisfied with Zibo badminton venue, but in the stadium facilities in the bathroom, changing room, Waiting area and venue emergency personnel need to be improved. According to the conclusions, it is suggested that the operators of badminton venues in Zibo should increase the professional emergency service facilities, improve the popularity of bathrooms and dressing rooms, improve and rationally utilize the facilities in the waiting area and increase the customer feedback mechanism. In this way, it will not only enable customers of badminton venues in Zibo City to enjoy more professional and high-end badminton venue services, but also win more benefits for the operators of badminton venues in Zibo City. So as to promote the healthy development of Zibo badminton industry.
