【摘要】：我國社會快速發(fā)展,人們除了對基本的物質(zhì)生活有要求之外,她們更多地對生活品質(zhì)有了要求,體育休閑活動就是其中的一種。職業(yè)女性作為現(xiàn)代城市的一個重要群體,也都參與到體育休閑體育活動中了,從而滿足自身對健康、美麗、減壓等方面的不同需求。研究她們對體育鍛煉的態(tài)度和參與具有比較重要的意義。本研究基于職業(yè)分層理論視角,選取長春市從事政府系統(tǒng)、教育系統(tǒng)、衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)、商業(yè)服務業(yè)系統(tǒng)的500個職業(yè)女性的健身行為作為調(diào)研對象,運用了文獻資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法進行調(diào)查研究。采用SPSS16.0軟件對長春市不同職業(yè)女性體育休閑活動的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,結(jié)果表明:從總體上看,不同職業(yè)層次的職業(yè)女性體育休閑活動的參與程度不同,包括活動次數(shù)、活動時間段、活動時間長度、活動地點、參與活動項目和參與活動的組織形式。在職業(yè)女性體育休閑活動的消費觀和認識觀方面,主要因素包括體育休閑活動的花費、對體育價值的認識、興趣程度和制約因素等。從體育休閑活動的年均消費、參與體育休閑活動項目和消費用處方面來看,不同職業(yè)女性的差別很大。此外,針對研究結(jié)果,給出了更有效、具體的參考意見和措施,促進更多的職業(yè)女性參與到體育休閑活動中,從而不斷推進城市全面健身計劃的實施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our society, in addition to the basic material life requirements, they have more requirements on the quality of life, sports and leisure activities is one of them.As an important group of modern cities, professional women also participate in sports and leisure sports activities, so as to meet their own health, beauty, decompression and other aspects of different needs.It is of great significance to study their attitude and participation in physical exercise.Based on the theory of occupational stratification, this study selects 500 professional women's fitness behaviors in the government system, education system, health system and business service system as the research objects, and applies the literature method and interview method to study the fitness behavior of the 500 professional women who are engaged in the government system, the education system, the health system and the commercial service industry system.Questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics to investigate and study.The research data of sports leisure activities of different professional women in Changchun are analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. The results show that the participation degree of sports leisure activities of professional women in different professional levels is different, including the number of sports activities, as a whole, the number of sports and leisure activities of different professional women is different, including the number of sports and leisure activities.Activity time, activity duration, activity location, participation in the project and participation in the form of activities.In the aspect of consumption and cognition of professional women's sports leisure activities, the main factors include the expense of sports leisure activities, the understanding of sports value, the degree of interest and the restrictive factors, etc.In terms of average annual consumption of sports and leisure activities, participation in sports leisure activities and consumption use, the difference between different professional women is very great.In addition, according to the results of the study, more effective and concrete suggestions and measures are given to promote more professional women to participate in sports and leisure activities, so as to continuously promote the implementation of the overall fitness plan in the city.
