【摘要】：近兩年,戰(zhàn)后的利比亞政府和人民越來(lái)越重視體育運(yùn)動(dòng),而舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)場(chǎng)地和器材要求比較低,技術(shù)動(dòng)作易于掌握,規(guī)則簡(jiǎn)單易懂,對(duì)觀眾有很強(qiáng)的吸引力,對(duì)于處于特殊時(shí)期的利比亞來(lái)說(shuō),舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)的大力推廣和開(kāi)展將有利于利比亞整個(gè)體育事業(yè)的復(fù)蘇和振興,并將取得顯著的社會(huì)效益。舉重項(xiàng)目是中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,中國(guó)舉重隊(duì)在國(guó)際各類(lèi)大賽中取得了輝煌的成績(jī),在世界舉壇占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。現(xiàn)代舉重興起于西方歐美國(guó)家,自19世紀(jì)傳入中國(guó)這個(gè)東方文明大國(guó)以來(lái),從觀摩學(xué)習(xí)到積極引進(jìn)再到后來(lái)的大力發(fā)展,直至今天成為中國(guó)競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,金牌大戶,中國(guó)舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)自有一套成熟的發(fā)展體系。因此,深入研究中國(guó)競(jìng)技舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)利比亞舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展具有很大的借鑒意義。正是基于以上考慮,本人利用在中國(guó)留學(xué)的機(jī)會(huì),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法等研究方法,試圖從運(yùn)動(dòng)員選材、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練、運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽和運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)管理等四個(gè)方面對(duì)中國(guó)競(jìng)技舉重的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),具體分析研究了中國(guó)競(jìng)技舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合利比亞的實(shí)際情況提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策,旨在為利比亞舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展提供理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。同時(shí)也希望能藉由本研究來(lái)更好地傳承與發(fā)揚(yáng)奧林匹克精神,對(duì)促進(jìn)舉重項(xiàng)目在全球范圍內(nèi)的推廣能起到一定的積極作用。通過(guò)研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論:1.中國(guó)舉重隊(duì)在奧運(yùn)會(huì)和世錦賽中是名副其實(shí)的金牌大戶,在世界舉壇具有絕對(duì)的優(yōu)勢(shì),尤其是中國(guó)女子舉重隊(duì)整體實(shí)力非常強(qiáng)大,中國(guó)男子舉重隊(duì)在小級(jí)別比賽中處于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。2.中國(guó)在舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展過(guò)程中非常注重運(yùn)動(dòng)員的科學(xué)選材,并且建立了完善的初級(jí)、中級(jí)和高級(jí)三個(gè)層次的選材體系。3.中國(guó)舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們舉重訓(xùn)練是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的、科學(xué)的和系統(tǒng)的過(guò)程,包括運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)診斷、制定訓(xùn)練目標(biāo)、實(shí)施訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃、選擇合適的訓(xùn)練方案并且實(shí)施有效的監(jiān)控和調(diào)整等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。4.中國(guó)舉重運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目在競(jìng)賽方面具有健全的競(jìng)賽體制,豐富的競(jìng)賽組織經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及恰當(dāng)?shù)膮①惙椒ā?.中國(guó)舉重隊(duì)所取得的一系列輝煌成績(jī)離不開(kāi)舉國(guó)體制的全方位保駕護(hù)航,以及總教練負(fù)責(zé)制下的復(fù)合型團(tuán)隊(duì)管理模式。
[Abstract]:In the last two years, the Libyan government and people have paid more and more attention to sports after the war, and weightlifting has relatively low requirements for venues and equipment, easy to master technical movements, easy to understand rules, and has a strong appeal to the audience.For Libya in a special period, the promotion and development of weightlifting will be conducive to the recovery and revitalization of the entire Libyan sports, and will achieve significant social benefits.Weightlifting is a traditional advantage in China. The Chinese weightlifting team has made brilliant achievements in international competitions and occupies a pivotal position in the world.Modern weightlifting has risen in western countries, Europe and the United States. Since it was introduced into China, a large eastern civilization country in the 19th century, from watching and studying, to actively introducing and then developing vigorously, it has become a dominant sports event in China and a major gold medal holder.China's weightlifting sports have a mature development system.Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of Libyan weightlifting to deeply study the successful experience of Chinese competitive weightlifting.Based on the above considerations, I made use of the opportunity of studying in China, using the methods of literature, expert interviews, field investigation, and so on, to try to select athletes and train them.This paper summarizes the experience of Chinese sports weightlifting in four aspects, such as sports competition and team management, analyzes and studies the successful experience of China's competitive weightlifting sports, and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures in light of the actual situation in Libya.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of weightlifting in Libya.At the same time, it is hoped that the Olympic spirit can be passed on and carried forward better by this research, which will play a positive role in promoting the promotion of weightlifting in the world.In this paper, we draw the following conclusion: 1: 1.The Chinese weightlifting team is a true gold medalist in the Olympic Games and the World Championships, and has an absolute advantage in the world arena. In particular, the overall strength of the Chinese women's weightlifting team is very strong.The Chinese men's weightlifting team is in a dominant position in small level competitions.China attaches great importance to the scientific selection of athletes in the development of weightlifting, and has established a perfect selection system at the three levels of primary, intermediate and advanced.The successful experience of weightlifting in China tells us that weightlifting training is a long-term, scientific and systematic process, including the diagnosis of sports status, the formulation of training objectives, and the implementation of training plans.Select appropriate training programs and implement effective monitoring and adjustment. 4.Chinese weightlifting sports have a sound competition system, rich competition organization experience and appropriate method. 5.A series of brilliant achievements made by Chinese weightlifting team can not be separated from the all-directional escort of the national system and the compound team management model under the general coach responsibility system.
