【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的高速發(fā)展，首部北京的方方面面都在經(jīng)歷著改變，北京市群眾的生活也在不斷日新月異，，人們?cè)谧非笪镔|(zhì)的同時(shí)更加注重身體的健康。冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)作為冬季所特有的娛樂健身休閑方式，正被越來越多的人認(rèn)同。特別是在中國奧委會(huì)正式向國際奧委會(huì)提出了申辦2022年冬季奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的申請(qǐng)之后，北京市各級(jí)政府與相關(guān)部門對(duì)此積極響應(yīng)，同時(shí)更重要的是群眾參與冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱情高漲。作為首都北京，有著悠久的冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展歷史，擁有一大批冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者。因此，本人希望通過對(duì)北京市群眾參與冬季冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展對(duì)策進(jìn)行全面的調(diào)查研究，分析北京市群眾冬季冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀，提出相關(guān)改善建議，為冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)更好的開展提供幫助。 結(jié)合北京市群眾參與冬季冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀，本人認(rèn)真設(shè)計(jì)問卷，并通過現(xiàn)場發(fā)放，現(xiàn)場回收問卷之后統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果分析，得出以下結(jié)論：1.北京市冬季冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)群體中男性參與人數(shù)多于女性，以學(xué)生、中高經(jīng)濟(jì)收入人群為主，他們的參與動(dòng)機(jī)主要是增強(qiáng)體質(zhì)，促進(jìn)健康。2.北京市冬季冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)的群體對(duì)申辦冬奧會(huì)有極大的熱情，并且大都了解冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)，普遍認(rèn)為冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)有很好的健身性，但也存在一定的危險(xiǎn)性。3.北京市擁有豐富的冰場資源，并且以室外天然冰場為主，大都以參與民族特色滑冰活動(dòng)為主。4.目前北京市冬季冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展所面臨的困境有：部分參與者的安全意識(shí)淡薄，環(huán)境意識(shí)有待加強(qiáng)。同時(shí)，冰場資源硬件設(shè)施不夠完善、軟件有待升級(jí)、缺乏指導(dǎo)員指導(dǎo)、忽略相關(guān)安全措施、缺乏豐富多樣的冰場活動(dòng)等問題。 經(jīng)過對(duì)相關(guān)資料的查閱與有關(guān)專家的咨詢，結(jié)合研究結(jié)果分析提出了以下發(fā)展對(duì)策：冰場提供多樣化的健身服務(wù)項(xiàng)目；借助申辦冬奧會(huì)，宣傳冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)，讓群眾參與冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)常態(tài)化；增強(qiáng)冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)指導(dǎo)員相關(guān)專業(yè)能力，發(fā)揮健身指導(dǎo)作用；完善冰場軟件建設(shè)，將參與者轉(zhuǎn)化成愛好者；加強(qiáng)對(duì)冰場的正規(guī)化運(yùn)營機(jī)制，把安全保障放在第一位。同時(shí)，借鑒歐洲冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)開展好的城市經(jīng)驗(yàn)，中西合璧出一條符合我國特色的冰上運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and culture in China, all aspects of the first Beijing are undergoing changes, the life of the people in Beijing is also changing with each passing day, people pay more attention to physical health while pursuing material.Ice sports, as a special way of recreation, fitness and leisure in winter, is being recognized by more and more people.In particular, after the Chinese Olympic Committee formally submitted its application to the International Olympic Committee for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games, the Beijing municipal governments at all levels and relevant departments responded positively to this.At the same time, more important is the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in ice sports.As the capital of Beijing, has a long history of ice sports development, has a large number of ice sports enthusiasts.Therefore, I hope to make a comprehensive investigation and study on the current situation and development countermeasures of the participation of the masses in winter ice sports in Beijing, analyze the present situation of the winter ice sports of the people in Beijing, and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.Provides the help for the ice movement to carry out better.Combined with the current situation of the participation of the masses in winter ice sports in Beijing, I carefully designed the questionnaire, and through the field distribution, the statistical results of the field recovery questionnaire analysis, we can draw the following conclusions: 1.The number of men participating in winter ice sports in Beijing is more than that of women, mainly students and middle and high income groups. Their motivation of participation is mainly to strengthen their physique and promote their health. 2.Beijing winter ice sports groups have great enthusiasm for the bid for the Olympic Games, and most of the understanding of ice sports, ice sports are generally considered to have good fitness, but there is also a certain risk .3.Beijing has abundant ice rink resources, and mainly outdoor natural ice rink, mostly to participate in the national characteristics of skating activities.At present, the difficulties faced by the development of winter ice sports in Beijing include: the safety consciousness of some participants is weak, and the environmental awareness needs to be strengthened.At the same time, the hardware facilities of ice rink resources are not perfect, the software needs to be upgraded, the guidance of instructors is lacking, the relevant safety measures are ignored, and various ice rink activities are lacking.After consulting relevant materials and consulting relevant experts, the following development countermeasures are put forward: ice rink provides diversified fitness services; with the help of bidding for the Winter Olympic Games, it promotes ice sports.Let the masses participate in the regularization of ice sports; enhance the relevant professional ability of ice sports instructors, give play to the role of fitness guidance; improve ice rink software construction, turn participants into enthusiasts; strengthen the regularization operation mechanism for ice rink.Put safety and security first.At the same time, drawing lessons from the good urban experience of European ice sports, the combination of Chinese and Western sports provides a road for the development of ice sports in accordance with the characteristics of our country.
