【摘要】：籃球運動作為一項在中國競技體育項目中，職業(yè)化與市場化運作開展較早、較成功的體育項目，受到越來越多國人的關注和熱愛。伴隨著中國男子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽（CBA，下同）的不斷發(fā)展與壯大，諸多如何可以提高賽事服務質(zhì)量以及提升觀眾滿意度的說法也被多次提及。本文將通過對于如何健全并豐富CBA北京賽區(qū)的經(jīng)營模式、觀眾期望、賽事產(chǎn)品價值、服務價值、俱樂部及服務人員價值、情感價值的感知利得等方面進行調(diào)研和分析，，從而提高CBA聯(lián)賽北京賽區(qū)的觀眾對賽事本身及附加服務體驗的滿意度，并努力提高北京賽區(qū)籃球市場的活躍程度，最終助力籃球產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展。 本文主要以CBA各俱樂部及球隊賽事作為研究對象，通過文獻研究、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計等方法進行研究，研究方向總共設有四個部分：第一部分主要研究顧客滿意度、顧客價值及體育賽事營銷的相關理論；第二部分將分別介紹CBA和美國男子籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽（NBA，下同）的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其成功經(jīng)驗；第三部分通過對不同人群及北京賽事現(xiàn)場觀眾的調(diào)查進行分析，從觀眾的角度分析賽事顧客價值感知的要素，暨：服務價值、情感價值、人員價值、精神成本、形象價值、貨幣成本、產(chǎn)品價值、人力和時間成本。根據(jù)對以上因素分析和總結(jié)，為更好的開展籃球賽事策略提供依據(jù)。第四部分是在學者們研究的基礎上，從顧客價值角度提出針對性建議，從而幫助中國男子職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)賽俱樂部及北京賽區(qū)實現(xiàn)營銷觀念上的轉(zhuǎn)變，最終提高觀眾滿意度。
[Abstract]:Basketball as a sports event in China, professional and market-oriented operation of earlier, more and more successful sports, attracted more and more attention and love of Chinese people.With the continuous development and growth of CBA, many suggestions on how to improve the quality of service and the satisfaction of the audience have been mentioned many times.This paper will investigate and analyze how to improve and enrich the business model, audience expectation, event product value, service value, club and service personnel value, perceived gain of emotional value, etc.Thus, the audience of Beijing CBA league matches will be satisfied with the competition itself and the additional service experience, and will make great efforts to improve the active degree of the basketball market in Beijing. Finally, it will help the basketball industry to develop rapidly.In this paper, CBA clubs and team events as the research object, through literature research, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and other methods to study, the research direction is a total of four parts: the first part of the main research on customer satisfaction,The second part will introduce the current situation and successful experience of CBA and American Men's Basketball League respectively.The third part analyzes the factors of customer value perception, such as service value, emotional value, personnel value, spiritual cost, image value, from the point of view of audience.Money cost, product value, manpower and time cost.According to the above factors analysis and summary, for a better basketball game strategy to provide the basis.The fourth part is based on the study of scholars, from the customer value point of view, so as to help the Chinese men's professional basketball league club and the Beijing area to achieve the transformation of marketing concepts, and ultimately improve audience satisfaction.
