【摘要】：北京中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館數(shù)量非常多,整體規(guī)模和質(zhì)量也排在全國(guó)其他地區(qū)的前面。北京中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館開放狀態(tài)整體不是很好,管理也不完善。管理場(chǎng)地的收入情況也將將能后維持生計(jì),有些場(chǎng)館甚至是虧損的狀態(tài)。本文主要通過對(duì)北京市34所中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的開放現(xiàn)狀、主要存在的問題和開放管理問題等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,從而為北京市中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館的開放管理上提出一些對(duì)策和建議。本文采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等,經(jīng)研究分析,得出以下結(jié)論:1.北京市主要體育場(chǎng)館大多存在學(xué)校當(dāng)中,而且場(chǎng)館種類豐富,但是利用率和開放率都是很高。2.北京市中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館管理主要以學(xué)校自己管理為主,其中主要以有償和無償兩種形式向社會(huì)開放。3.中小學(xué)體育場(chǎng)館開放的項(xiàng)目都是廣大群眾平時(shí)經(jīng)常鍛煉的項(xiàng)目,因此在群眾當(dāng)中很受歡迎,但是開放時(shí)間比較單一。4.學(xué)校體育場(chǎng)館缺乏專業(yè)的體育場(chǎng)館的管理人員,也沒有完善的管理制度,這就導(dǎo)致開放過程中出現(xiàn)很多問題,如安全問題、場(chǎng)地器材使用和維護(hù)、開放時(shí)間與正常教育教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練的沖突。
[Abstract]:The number of primary and secondary stadiums in Beijing is very large, and the overall size and quality of the stadiums are ahead of the rest of the country.The opening state of Beijing primary and middle school stadiums and gymnasiums is not very good and the management is not perfect.Revenue from managing the venue will also be able to make ends meet, with some stadiums even losing money.This article mainly through the Beijing 34 primary and middle schools sports venues opening present situation, the main existence question and the opening management question and so on aspect carries on the investigation and research.Therefore, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the opening management of Beijing primary and middle school stadiums and gymnasiums.This paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, and draws the following conclusions: 1: 1.Most of the major sports venues in Beijing exist in schools, and the variety of stadiums is rich, but the utilization rate and opening rate are both very high. 2. 2.The primary and middle school stadiums and gymnasiums in Beijing are mainly managed by the schools themselves, among which, they are mainly open to the society in the form of paid and unpaid.The opening of gymnasiums and gymnasiums in primary and secondary schools are all items that the broad masses often exercise in peacetime, so they are very popular among the masses, but the opening hours are relatively simple. 4.The lack of professional management staff and the lack of a sound management system in the school stadiums have led to many problems in the opening process, such as safety problems, the use and maintenance of site equipment,The conflict between open hours and normal education, teaching and training.
