【摘要】：何為競技體育的核心競爭力?研究表明:一是需全社會形成推崇運動的文化氛圍,并成為兒童青少年的積極生活方式;二是有源流不斷的運動后備人才、長盛不衰的優(yōu)勢項目和不斷涌現(xiàn)的運動明星;三是有系統(tǒng)、科學、合理的賽制安排與符合各學段兒童青少年教育教學及身心發(fā)展規(guī)律的訓練方式;四是有一批慧眼識英才的高水平基層教練員及其不急于求成的、重在夯實基礎的奠基訓練;五是有一支具有良好專業(yè)背景的"訓科醫(yī)"保障團隊并善于"走出去"接受名帥托管訓練模式。中國游泳"浙江現(xiàn)象"的出現(xiàn),就是以上核心要素經(jīng)過數(shù)十年的優(yōu)化、創(chuàng)新和完善所結下的碩果,也是形成"中國游泳看浙江"的機制所在。
[Abstract]:What is the core competitiveness of competitive sports?The research shows that: first, it is necessary for the whole society to form a cultural atmosphere that values sports and become an active life style for children and adolescents; second, there is a continuous stream of sports reserve talents, an enduring advantage of projects and emerging sports stars;Third, there are systematic, scientific and reasonable competition system arrangements and training methods that conform to the laws of education, teaching, and physical and mental development of children and adolescents of all levels; fourth, there are a group of high-level grass-roots coaches who have a good sense of wisdom and are not eager to achieve success.The fifth is that there is a "training team" with good professional background and is good at "going out" to accept the training mode.The emergence of "Zhejiang phenomenon" in swimming in China is not only the result of the optimization, innovation and perfection of the above core elements for decades, but also the mechanism of the formation of "China Swimming and looking at Zhejiang Province".
