“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法在廣州體育學(xué)院排球普修課的實驗研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法在學(xué)生的技能學(xué)習(xí)中取得了顯著的效果,但是也存在一定的不足,由于組織方式過于單一,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣不高,進(jìn)而影響了教學(xué)效果。針對傳統(tǒng)體育教學(xué)存在的不足,本文借鑒網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動項目的教學(xué)方法,構(gòu)建了“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法!芭徘螂S心課程”教學(xué)方法是通過在排球比賽時改變球飛行速度、場地大小、比賽規(guī)則來提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和動機(jī),使學(xué)生更快、更好的掌握排球的基本技術(shù)和理論知識。本文詳細(xì)闡述了“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法的理論基礎(chǔ),了解國內(nèi)高校排球教學(xué)方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合高校排球普修的教學(xué)特點(diǎn),設(shè)計“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法的實驗內(nèi)容、方法及研究程序。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、教學(xué)實驗法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等多種科研方法相結(jié)合,以廣州體育學(xué)院排球普修課學(xué)生為實驗對象,對“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法在廣州體育學(xué)院排球普修課教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行實驗研究,通過對實驗班和對照班的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析,實驗結(jié)果表明:(1)“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法比傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法更能提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的動機(jī)。(2)“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法和傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法在提高學(xué)生的身體素質(zhì)方面沒有明顯的差異。(3)雖然“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法和傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方法在提高學(xué)生排球技術(shù)上都有一定的效果,但是使用“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法提高的效果更加明顯,尤其是在發(fā)球和傳球技術(shù)方面,并且學(xué)生理論成績也優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)方法。(4)“排球隨心課程”教學(xué)方法通過比賽貫穿整個教學(xué)充分挖掘排球運(yùn)動的競爭性和趣味性,調(diào)動了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性和主動性,讓學(xué)生由被動變主動,從而提高排球教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The traditional teaching method has achieved remarkable results in the students' skill learning, but there are also some shortcomings. Because of the organization way is too single, the students' interest in learning is not high, thus affecting the teaching effect.In view of the deficiency of the traditional physical education, this paper draws lessons from the teaching method of tennis sport, and constructs the teaching method of "Volleyball with the mind course".The teaching method of the course of following the mind of Volleyball is to improve students' interest and motivation by changing the speed of the ball, the size of the field and the rules of the game during the volleyball match, so that the students can master the basic technical and theoretical knowledge of volleyball faster and better.This paper expounds in detail the theoretical basis of the teaching method of "volleyball with heart", understands the present research situation of volleyball teaching method in colleges and universities in China, and designs the experimental content of the teaching method of "volleyball with heart" combining with the teaching characteristics of the general course of volleyball in colleges and universities.Methods and research procedures.In this study, many scientific research methods, such as literature, questionnaire, teaching experiment, expert interview, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and so on, were adopted. The students of volleyball general course in Guangzhou Institute of physical Education were taken as the experimental objects.This paper makes an experimental study on the application of the teaching method of "Volleyball with heart course" in the volleyball general course teaching of Guangzhou Institute of physical Education, and makes a comparative analysis of the data between the experimental class and the control class.The result of the experiment shows that the teaching method of "Volleyball with mind course" is more effective than the traditional teaching method in improving students' interest in learning."Volleyball with heart" teaching method and traditional teaching method have no obvious difference in improving students' physical quality, although "volleyball with heart course" teaching method and traditional teaching methodThe method has certain effect in improving students' volleyball skills.But the use of the "Volleyball with heart" teaching method is more effective, especially in serving and passing skills.And the students' theoretical achievement is also better than the traditional teaching method. 4) the teaching method of "Volleyball with heart course" fully excavates the competition and interest of volleyball sport through the whole teaching through the competition, thus arousing the students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning.Let students change from passive to active, so as to improve the quality of volleyball teaching.
