【摘要】：氣排球運(yùn)動是由6人制排球運(yùn)動衍生出來的一項(xiàng)群眾性體育項(xiàng)目。由于這個運(yùn)動項(xiàng)目安全系數(shù)高、場地設(shè)施簡單、集健身娛樂于一體,在廣西備受青睞,成為廣大群眾喜聞樂見的重要體育活動形式。在廣西氣排球盛行的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步提升氣排球運(yùn)動的層次和水平需要高校體育教育與之相適應(yīng),如何為社會培養(yǎng)具備相關(guān)體育能力的大學(xué)生是廣西高校氣排球運(yùn)動發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。本文就廣西高校氣排球運(yùn)動的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)調(diào)查,針對從高校氣排球開展的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題方面進(jìn)行分析,找出其中存在的問題,并通過走訪、調(diào)研、請教氣排球方面的專家,提出合理化的發(fā)展對策,力圖促進(jìn)這項(xiàng)運(yùn)動在廣西得到可持續(xù)化的發(fā)展。同時,通過研究廣西高校氣排球運(yùn)動的開展現(xiàn)狀和問題,從學(xué)校體育層面發(fā)現(xiàn)氣排球運(yùn)動在推廣中需要關(guān)切的問題,有助于氣排球運(yùn)動的整體推廣。經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究得知,在整個廣西氣排球運(yùn)動蓬勃發(fā)展的環(huán)境下,廣西高校的氣排球課程教學(xué)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。具體表現(xiàn)為:場地基本能夠滿足課程教學(xué)需要、課程體系基本合理、課程目標(biāo)多元、教學(xué)時數(shù)穩(wěn)定、教學(xué)方法多樣、教學(xué)內(nèi)容豐富、教學(xué)評價結(jié)構(gòu)合理、師資力量基本能夠滿足教學(xué)需要、教學(xué)過程中積極進(jìn)行教學(xué)實(shí)踐探索、課余活動形式多樣、積極進(jìn)行氣排球運(yùn)動宣傳推廣。與此同時,廣西高校氣排球運(yùn)動在發(fā)展過程中還存在著課程設(shè)置仍需進(jìn)一步完善、培訓(xùn)體系不夠完善、學(xué)生參與積極性有待提高、學(xué)校硬件保障不夠到位、管理理念有待更新、教師觀念有待改善、教師教學(xué)能力需要進(jìn)一步提升等問題。針對廣西高校氣排球運(yùn)動開展過程中存在的問題,本文提出以下建議:首先,高校發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用,一方面,積極探索并完善氣排球運(yùn)動規(guī)律,提高該項(xiàng)目的專業(yè)化水平,另一方面,合理開設(shè)課程,改變觀念,提升教學(xué)效果,同時,組織教師進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。其次,協(xié)會積極引導(dǎo),在高校成立氣排球協(xié)會、加強(qiáng)高校協(xié)會之間的交流、開展系統(tǒng)的裁判培訓(xùn)。再次,學(xué)生積極參與,分層次開展比賽、加強(qiáng)與社區(qū)、各行業(yè)的交流。
[Abstract]:Air volleyball is a mass sports event derived from 6-person volleyball.Because of the high safety factor, simple site and facilities, fitness and entertainment in one, this sport is popular in Guangxi, and has become an important form of sports activities that the masses like to see.On the basis of the prevalence of air volleyball in Guangxi, it is necessary to improve the level and level of air volleyball in colleges and universities.How to cultivate college students with relevant sports ability for the society is an urgent matter for the development of air volleyball in Guangxi colleges and universities.This article has carried on the detailed investigation to the Guangxi university air volleyball development present situation, has carried on the analysis from the university air volleyball development present situation and the existence question aspect, finds out the existence question, and through the visit, the investigation, the investigation,Consult the experts in the field of qi volleyball, put forward the rational development countermeasure, try hard to promote the sustainable development of this sport in Guangxi.At the same time, by studying the present situation and problems of the development of air volleyball in Guangxi colleges and universities, it is found from the school sports level that the air volleyball should be concerned in the promotion, which is helpful to the overall promotion of the air volleyball.Through investigation and study, it is found that under the circumstances of the vigorous development of Guangxi gas volleyball, the teaching of gas volleyball in Guangxi colleges and universities is developing steadily.The concrete manifestation is: the site basically can satisfy the course teaching need, the curriculum system is basically reasonable, the curriculum goal is multivariate, the teaching time is stable, the teaching method is diverse, the teaching content is abundant, the teaching evaluation structure is reasonable,Teachers can basically meet the needs of teaching. In the process of teaching, the teaching practice is actively explored, the extracurricular activities are diversified, and the air volleyball sports are actively propagated and popularized.At the same time, there are still some problems in the development of air volleyball in Guangxi colleges and universities, such as the further improvement of curriculum, the imperfect training system, the improvement of students' enthusiasm for participation, the insufficient guarantee of school hardware, and the renewal of management concept.Teachers' ideas need to be improved and teachers' teaching ability should be further improved.In view of the problems existing in the process of developing air volleyball in Guangxi colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first, colleges and universities play a leading role, on the one hand, actively explore and improve the rules of air volleyball, and improve the specialization level of the project.On the other hand, set up the course reasonably, change the idea, improve the teaching effect, at the same time, organize the teacher to carry on the systematic business training.Secondly, the association actively guides, establishes the air volleyball association in the university, strengthens the exchange between the university association, carries out the systematic referee training.Thirdly, the students actively participate in the competition and strengthen the communication with the community and various industries.
