【摘要】：2009年“全國青少年校園足球活動”正式啟動,昆明市的“校園足球”活動也隨之開展,至今已經(jīng)有5個年頭。2009年全國首批的“校園足球”布點(diǎn)城市僅有44個,目前已增至49個布點(diǎn)城市。國家體育總局劉鵬局長曾說:“開展青少年校園足球活動絕不僅僅在于擴(kuò)大足球人口、培養(yǎng)青少年足球后備人才,更在于促進(jìn)廣大青少年全面發(fā)展”[1]。再者在《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于加強(qiáng)青少年體育增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)意見》中也明確指出:增強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì),促進(jìn)青少年健康成長,是關(guān)系國家和民族未來的大事[2]。昆明市是我國校園足球首批的重點(diǎn)布點(diǎn)城市,其“校園足球”活動的開展對整個云南省“校園足球”活動開展具有一定的影射作用。本文選定了昆明市五華區(qū)、盤龍區(qū)、高新區(qū)、官渡區(qū)及安寧的32所“校園足球”布點(diǎn)小學(xué)為研究對象;運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法,問卷調(diào)查法,實地考察法,訪談法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法及對比分析法對昆明市現(xiàn)階段小學(xué)校園足球開展進(jìn)程中的課內(nèi)外足球課程開展概況、場地設(shè)施、師資配備、校園足球聯(lián)賽、校園足球活動開展經(jīng)費(fèi)來源及不同人群對開展校園足球活動的認(rèn)識等進(jìn)行研究分析。根據(jù)分析的結(jié)果,結(jié)合昆明市地方特色,構(gòu)建出一條昆明市校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的具體途徑,以期為昆明市地區(qū)校園足球的發(fā)展提供依據(jù)和參考。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)制約昆明市校園足球開展的若干因數(shù),其制約因素具體是:體育制度不健全;體育氛圍不濃烈、“校園足球”管理機(jī)制不合理、宣傳力度不足;無足球課程;場地設(shè)施欠缺;經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視度不高;家長積極性不高;足球教練員整體素養(yǎng)水平偏低。(2)昆明市“校園足球”可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對策是:健全昆明市“校園足球”管理制度;增設(shè)小學(xué)足球課程;加大資金投入,改善場地、設(shè)施欠缺現(xiàn)狀;改變布點(diǎn)小學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、學(xué)生家長對“校園足球”活動的認(rèn)識;加大足球教師隊伍建設(shè);加強(qiáng)昆明市“校園足球”布點(diǎn)小學(xué)已開展的定時定點(diǎn)的足球訓(xùn)練。
[Abstract]:In 2009, "National Youth Campus Football" was officially launched, and Kunming's "Campus Football" has been launched for five years. In 2009, there were only 44 "campus football" spots in the first batch of cities in the country.It has now increased to 49 distribution cities.Liu Peng, director of the State Sports Administration, once said: "the development of youth campus football activities is not only to expand the football population, train youth football reserve talent, but also to promote the overall development of young people" [1].Furthermore, in the opinion of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on strengthening the physical Education of teenagers and strengthening their physique, it is pointed out that strengthening the physical fitness of teenagers and promoting the healthy growth of young people is a major event related to the future of the country and the nation [2].Kunming is the first priority city of campus football in our country. Its "campus football" has a certain insinuating effect on the whole "campus football" in Yunnan province.In this paper, 32 "campus football" primary schools in Wuhua District, Panlong District, High-tech Zone, Guandu District and Anning are selected as the research objects, and the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation and interview are used.Mathematical statistics and comparative analysis of Kunming primary school campus football development process in the course of in-class football curriculum development overview, site facilities, teachers, campus football league,The source of funds for campus football activities and the understanding of different people to carry out campus football activities were studied and analyzed.According to the results of the analysis, combined with the local characteristics of Kunming City, a concrete way of sustainable development of campus football in Kunming City is constructed in order to provide the basis and reference for the development of campus football in Kunming City.The research results are as follows: (1) some factors restricting the development of campus football in Kunming, the specific factors are: the sports system is not perfect, the sports atmosphere is not strong, the management mechanism of "campus football" is unreasonable, the propaganda is not enough, there is no football curriculum;Lack of site facilities; insufficient investment of funds; low level of leadership attention; low enthusiasm of parents;The countermeasures of the sustainable development of "campus football" in Kunming are as follows: perfecting the management system of "campus football" in Kunming; establishing the football curriculum in primary school; increasing the investment of funds, improving the site and lacking the facilities;To change the leaders of primary schools and parents of students to understand the activities of "campus football"; to increase the construction of football teachers; to strengthen the regular and fixed football training that has been carried out in "campus football" primary schools in Kunming.
