【摘要】：籃球運動傳入我國已經(jīng)有120年的歷史,經(jīng)過戰(zhàn)爭歲月的洗禮直至21世紀初,籃球運動取得了飛速的發(fā)展,并且逐漸走上了職業(yè)化進程。但是在我國舉行的眾多籃球賽事中,無論是中國男子職業(yè)籃球聯(lián)賽(CBA)還是眾多全國的青少年的比賽,很少見到陜西省代表隊的身影。究其根源,這與我省籃球后備人才的欠缺,教練員隊伍的不穩(wěn)定有直接關系。因此,調(diào)查我省青少年教練員隊伍現(xiàn)狀,分析制約我省教練員隊伍發(fā)展的因素,對促進我省青少年籃球運動的發(fā)展,教練員隊伍的建設、提高我省教練員隊伍的質(zhì)量,以及對我省籃球運動的長期發(fā)展都具有重要意義。本文運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法和邏輯分析法,通過對陜西省青少年籃球教練員隊伍的基本情況、訓練情況、知識結(jié)構(gòu)、專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的認知度以及教練員隊伍的管理等現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查,分析找出制約我省青少年教練員隊伍發(fā)展的因素及原因,并得出以下結(jié)論:1.我省青少年教練員隊伍年齡結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,年輕化特點比較明顯,有利于教練員隊伍的發(fā)展,但缺乏高學歷人才與高職稱教練員。2.我省青少年教練員科學化訓練水平不高,制定的訓練計劃與培養(yǎng)目標目標相互間不協(xié)調(diào)。在訓練過程中,訓練方法單一,訓練效果一般,運動員恢復效果不明顯。3.教練員獲得知識途徑較多,基礎知識掌握較差,對籃球裁判知識重視度不夠,對專業(yè)素養(yǎng)認知度不高,導致訓練水平不高。4.我省大部分單位教練員選撥不合理。培訓體制不完善,培訓消息來源少,培訓內(nèi)容針對性不強,效果不明顯。
[Abstract]:Basketball has been introduced into China for 120 years. After the baptism of war years until the beginning of the 21st century, basketball has made rapid development, and gradually embarked on the process of professionalization.However, in many basketball events held in China, whether it is the Chinese Men's Professional Basketball League (CBA) or a large number of national youth competitions, rarely seen the figure of Shaanxi Province team.Investigate its root, this with our province basketball reserve talented person's lack, the coach troop is unstable have direct relation.Therefore, by investigating the present situation of our province's youth coaches, analyzing the factors restricting the development of our province's coaches, we can improve the quality of our province's coaches by promoting the development of our province's youth basketball, building our coaches' ranks, and improving the quality of our province's coaches.As well as the long-term development of basketball in our province are of great significance.Based on the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, this paper analyzes the basic situation, training situation and knowledge structure of youth basketball coaches in Shaanxi Province.The recognition of professional quality and the management of coaches are investigated to find out the factors and reasons that restrict the development of youth coaches in our province and draw the following conclusions: 1.The age structure of the youth coaches in our province is reasonable and the characteristics of young coaches are obvious, which is beneficial to the development of the coaches, but it lacks the talents with high academic qualifications and the coaches with high titles.The scientific training level of youth coaches in our province is not high, and the training plan and training goal are not in harmony with each other.In the training process, the training method is single, the training effect is average, the athlete recovery effect is not obvious. 3.Coaches have more ways to acquire knowledge, poor mastery of basic knowledge, insufficient attention to basketball referee knowledge, and low recognition of professional literacy, resulting in a low level of training. 4.It is unreasonable to select coaches in most units in our province.The training system is not perfect, the training information source is few, the training content is not strong, the effect is not obvious.
