世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打運動員技戰(zhàn)術特征的研究

【摘要】:羽毛球女子項目是中國羽毛球隊優(yōu)勢項目,2008年北京奧運會后張寧、謝杏芳相繼退役,當今主力的幾位年輕隊員雖處于國際羽壇優(yōu)勢地位,但是狀態(tài)起伏較大。本文在前人研究的基礎上,運用文獻資料法、錄像分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,從拍數(shù)頻數(shù)特征、發(fā)/接發(fā)球技戰(zhàn)術運用特征、全場技戰(zhàn)術運用特征、得失分率規(guī)律等角度,對當今世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打運動員技戰(zhàn)術運用特征進行了研究,結(jié)果表明: 世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打比賽競技過程拍數(shù)頻數(shù)特征:當今羽毛球女子單打比賽攻防轉(zhuǎn)換節(jié)奏快,單元競技過程決出勝負發(fā)拍數(shù)降低。發(fā)接階段和發(fā)接后攻防階段競爭激烈,是爭奪比賽主動權的重要階段,而相持階段是決定比賽勝負的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。 世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打運動員發(fā)球技戰(zhàn)術特征:發(fā)球以穩(wěn)為主,變化不多。落點在前、后場的的比例較均衡,在不同位置時選擇的發(fā)球落點區(qū)域不同。發(fā)球以正手為主,且網(wǎng)前小球所占比例較高,高遠球次之。 世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打運動員接發(fā)球技戰(zhàn)術特征:接發(fā)球以攻為主,采取積極下壓、推后場、控底線的戰(zhàn)術。接發(fā)球落點以后場為主,接發(fā)球方以殺、推為主要技術開始組織進攻。 世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打運動員全場擊球技術的運用特征:以控制后場為主,通過拉吊、下壓控制網(wǎng)前,,在控制與反控制過程中尋機進攻,爭得主動。后場技術在女單比賽中占有重要地位,以高、吊、殺為主;前場次之,以前挑球和搓放、推球為主;中場使用最多的是擋、抽。 世界優(yōu)秀羽毛球女子單打運動員得失分規(guī)律:失分率高于得分率,攻守不平衡。發(fā)接段和相持段的失分率高,發(fā)接后攻防段的得分率高。場區(qū)方面:前、中場失分率高,后場得分率高。技術方面:殺、吊既是主要的得分技術也是主動失誤率較高的技術,受迫失誤率較高的技術是搓放、抽、擋等。
[Abstract]:Badminton women's event is an advantage event of Chinese badminton team. After the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Zhang Ning and Xie Xingfang have retired one after another. Although several young players of the main force are in the dominant position in the international feather world the state is quite fluctuating.On the basis of previous studies, this paper uses the methods of literature, video analysis, mathematical statistics, from the angle of the characteristics of beat number frequency, the characteristics of shooting / receiving ball techniques and tactics, the characteristics of full-court techniques and tactics, the law of gain and loss rate, and so on.In this paper, the characteristics of the techniques and tactics used by the world's elite badminton singles players are studied. The results show that:The characteristics of the world outstanding badminton women's singles competition competitive process racket frequency characteristic: nowadays badminton women's singles competition attack-defense conversion rhythm is fast, the unit athletics process decides the victory or defeat to play the number to reduce.The competition between the starting stage and the attack and defense stage is fierce, which is the important stage of the competition initiative, and the holding stage is the key link to decide the result of the competition.World elite badminton women singles players serve technical and tactical characteristics: serve mainly to stable, not much change.At the front, the proportion of the backcourt is more balanced, in different positions when the choice of serve point area is different.Serve to forehand, and the net in front of the ball accounted for a higher proportion, high-distance ball followed.The technical and tactical characteristics of the world's outstanding badminton women singles players in receiving serve are as follows: receiving serve mainly by attacking, adopting the tactics of actively pressing down, pushing the back field, and controlling the bottom line.Receiving the ball after the landing field, receiving the ball to kill, push as the main technology to organize the attack.The application characteristics of the world elite badminton female singles players' full-court batting techniques are as follows: to control the backcourt, to take the initiative in the process of control and counter-control by pulling and hoisting and pressing down the control net.The backcourt technique occupies an important position in the women's singles competition, with high, hanging, killing as the main; in the front court, the second is picking and rubbing, pushing the ball; the most used in midfield is blocking and pumping.The world elite badminton women singles athletes gain and lose the law: the loss rate is higher than the scoring rate, attack and defense imbalance.The loss rate of the starting and holding section is high, and the scoring rate of the attack and defense section is high.Field area: before, the midfield loss rate is high, the back court score rate is high.Technical aspects: killing, hanging is not only the main scoring technology, but also the high rate of active error technology, forced error rate is higher technology is rubbing, pulling, blocking and so on.
