【摘要】：德國"體育促進(jìn)社會整合計(jì)劃"旨在促進(jìn)人際交流和社會融合,并在執(zhí)行多年后取得了良好的社會效果。結(jié)合筆者在德國體育俱樂部中的參與式觀察,分析該政策的成功之道,以及承載該政策的德國體育俱樂部傳統(tǒng)及其社會性基礎(chǔ)。德國的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明了體育在社會轉(zhuǎn)型過程中所具有的社會整合功能。同時(shí),在理論和政策層面討論了德國以體育愛好為紐帶的社團(tuán)化體育組織形式在中國社會的適用性和借鑒價(jià)值,提出加強(qiáng)基層社區(qū)體育團(tuán)隊(duì)的自治性和完善體育競賽體系的政策建議。
[Abstract]:German Sports for Social Integration Program aims to promote interpersonal communication and social integration, and has achieved good social results after many years of implementation.Combined with the author's participatory observation in German sports clubs, this paper analyzes the successful ways of this policy, and the tradition and social basis of German sports clubs carrying the policy.German experience has proved the social integration function of sports in the process of social transformation.At the same time, at the theoretical and policy level, the applicability and reference value of the sports organization form in China, which is linked by sports hobby, is discussed.Some policy suggestions on strengthening the autonomy of community sports teams and perfecting the sports competition system are put forward.
