健美操教學(xué)中運(yùn)用街舞手段的效果研究

【摘要】:健美操以其健身、健美、健心的特殊魅力,一直以來深受廣大學(xué)生們的喜愛,但是隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,學(xué)生們?cè)絹碓讲粷M足當(dāng)前單一的健美操課堂上的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。近幾年來街舞發(fā)展突發(fā)猛進(jìn),這項(xiàng)誕生于美國(guó)的運(yùn)動(dòng),20世紀(jì)80年代引進(jìn)我國(guó),很快以其多樣化及其動(dòng)作中隨性、熱情奔放的情緒和其強(qiáng)烈節(jié)奏感的特點(diǎn),受到了各個(gè)年齡段人們的追捧,在北京市各種街舞比賽也日益增多。然而目前中小學(xué)生,乃至高校中都很少有街舞專業(yè),選修課也是極少的。為了讓學(xué)生們?cè)诮∶啦僬n上多樣的學(xué)習(xí),滿足當(dāng)代學(xué)生們追求個(gè)性、展現(xiàn)自我的心理需求,因此將街舞中的元素融入到健美操教學(xué)中是十分必要的。 本文分別從兩所高校49名大學(xué)生、健美操街舞培訓(xùn)班75名中小學(xué)生,,課外興趣班40名中小學(xué)生,總計(jì)164名學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象。從街舞元素在健美操教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用出發(fā),分別從健美操教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,學(xué)生對(duì)街舞的認(rèn)識(shí),街舞元素加入健美操教學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)健美操的影響,以及健美操教學(xué)中融入街舞元素存在的問題及針對(duì)問題的解決對(duì)策等方面,使用問卷調(diào)查法、觀察法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),同時(shí)根據(jù)在教學(xué)實(shí)踐中遇到的問題及解決經(jīng)驗(yàn),通過系統(tǒng)的分析研究,提出一套行之有效的教學(xué)方法,使今后街舞元素在健美操教學(xué)中的運(yùn)用可以得到更好的發(fā)展。研究表明: (1)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)健美操的同時(shí),學(xué)習(xí)多樣化的技能特長(zhǎng),因此表明街舞元素融入健美操課堂中滿足了學(xué)生的個(gè)性化需求。 (2)很多學(xué)生未接觸過街舞練習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)意愿強(qiáng)烈,這表明健美操教學(xué)中加入街舞元素的發(fā)展?jié)摿薮螅枰匾暫图訌?qiáng)。 (3)街舞元素融入健美操教學(xué)后,通過比賽成績(jī)來看,提高了健美操課的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,證明街舞對(duì)健美操教學(xué)產(chǎn)生了積極影響。 (4)街舞元素加入健美操教學(xué)中,符合學(xué)生們的興趣需要,也提高了學(xué)生各方面的能力,有利于學(xué)生朝多樣化方向發(fā)展。 (5)健美操教學(xué)引入街舞元素有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生終身體育興趣和愛好,進(jìn)而積極自覺地、主動(dòng)地參加體育鍛煉,有助于學(xué)生對(duì)健身習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成。
[Abstract]:Aerobics, with its special charm of fitness, bodybuilding and good heart, has always been loved by students, but with the development of society, Students are increasingly dissatisfied with the current teaching content of the single aerobics class. In recent years, the development of hip-hop dance has made a sudden development. This sport, which was born in the United States, was introduced into China in the 1980s. The enthusiastic emotion and the characteristic of its strong sense of rhythm have been sought after by people of all ages, and the number of street dance competitions in Beijing is increasing day by day. However, at present, there are few hip-hop majors in primary and middle school students, and even in colleges and universities. In order to make students study in aerobics classes and meet the psychological needs of contemporary students in pursuit of individuality and self-expression, it is necessary to incorporate the elements of hip hop dance into aerobics teaching. In this paper, 49 college students in two colleges, 75 primary and middle school students in aerobics and hip hop dance training course, 40 primary and middle school students in extracurricular interest class and 164 students in total are taken as the research objects. Starting from the application of hip-hop dance elements in aerobics teaching, From the aspects of the present situation of aerobics teaching, the students' understanding of hip-hop dance, the influence of adding aerobics elements into aerobics teaching on students' study of aerobics, the problems existing in the integration of the elements of aerobics into the teaching of aerobics, and the solutions to the problems, etc. The methods of questionnaire, observation, literature and statistics are used to carry out the investigation and statistics. At the same time, according to the problems encountered in teaching practice and the solving experience, a set of effective teaching methods are put forward through systematic analysis and research. So that the application of hip hop dance elements in aerobics teaching can be better developed. 1) students learn aerobics at the same time, learning a variety of skills, so the integration of hip hop dance elements into aerobics class to meet the students' individual needs. 2) many students have not been in contact with hip-hop practice and have strong willingness to learn, which indicates that the development potential of adding hip-hop elements in aerobics teaching is great and needs to be paid attention to and strengthened. 3) after the element of hip-hop dance is integrated into aerobics teaching, the teaching quality of aerobics course is improved through the result of competition, which proves that the hip hop dance has a positive influence on aerobics teaching. Hip-hop dance elements in aerobics teaching meet the interests of students, but also improve the ability of students in all aspects, which is conducive to the diversification of students. 5) the introduction of hip-hop dance elements in aerobics teaching is conducive to cultivating students' lifelong sports interests and hobbies, and then taking part in physical exercise actively and consciously, which is helpful to the cultivation of students' fitness habits.
