【摘要】：根據足弓高度指數(shù)選取9名高弓足學生為實驗組和9名正常足學生為對照組,采用KISTLER三維測力臺對兩組受試者跑步時支撐階段的力學控制特征進行分析。研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn):1)垂直方向上,高弓足者著地時的沖擊力峰值和第1載荷率顯著高于正常足者(P㩳0.05);推動力峰值和第2載荷率以及到達峰值的時間兩組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P㧐0.05)。2)前后方向上,高弓足者加速力峰值高于正常足者(P㩳0.05),其它指標在兩組間的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P㧐0.05)。3)內外方向上,高弓足者跑步時內外方向上力的最大值、最小值以及力值波動范圍均高于正常足者(P㩳0.05),其它指標兩組間無統(tǒng)計學意義(P㧐0.05)。結果說明:1)高弓足者受到較高的沖擊力(峰值)和載荷率,以及僵硬的足弓可能暗示了高弓足者著地時足弓緩沖震蕩的能力降低,是造成高弓足損傷的重要原因之一;2)高弓足者與正常足者前后和內外方向上的差異性可能是造成高弓足損傷的潛在因素之一,這些差異性可能與足弓僵硬、下肢肌肉活性較差以及肌肉做功的差異有關�？傊�,高弓足者在跑步支撐階段對動力學控制能力較差,反映了高弓足與正常足者跑步時力學控制機制的不同。
[Abstract]:According to the foot arch height index, 9 high arch foot students were selected as experimental group and 9 normal foot students as control group. The mechanical control characteristics of the two groups during running were analyzed by using KISTLER three dimensional dynamometer.The study found that in the vertical direction,The peak impact force and the first load rate of the high arch foot on landing were significantly higher than those of the normal foot, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the direction of the peak driving force, the second load rate and the time to reach the peak value.The peak value of acceleration force in the high arch foot was higher than that in the normal foot. There was no significant difference in other indexes between the two groups in the internal and external direction, and the maximum value of the internal and external force in the high arch foot was higher than that in the outside direction when the high arch foot was running.The fluctuation range of minimum value and force value were higher than that of normal foot group (P < 0.05), but there was no statistical significance between the two groups.The results show that the high arched foot is subjected to higher impact (peak) and higher load rate, and the rigid arch may indicate a decrease in the ability of the high arch foot to cushion the shock when landing on the ground.The difference between the anterior and outer directions of the high arch foot and the normal foot may be one of the potential factors to cause the high arch foot injury, and these differences may be stiff with the foot arch.The lower extremity muscle activity is poor and the difference of muscle work is related.In a word, the ability of high arch foot to control dynamics in running support stage is poor, which reflects the difference of mechanical control mechanism between high arch foot and normal foot.
