7~9歲兒童高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)后短時(shí)恢復(fù)特征研究

【摘要】:研究目的:兒童在運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)具有間歇性高強(qiáng)度活動(dòng)特征,如間歇性跑、跳等。本研究通過對(duì)兒童多組6×10m間歇跑全過程的心率與主觀疲勞指數(shù)的跟蹤測(cè)試,試圖探索兒童在高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)后的短時(shí)恢復(fù)特征。研究方法:選取7~9歲年齡階段男女兒童各45名作為測(cè)試對(duì)象。在文獻(xiàn)資料調(diào)研、專家訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,采用測(cè)試法,對(duì)被試兒童進(jìn)行3組6×10m間歇跑過程中心率及主觀疲勞自評(píng)指數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量,按年齡進(jìn)行分組測(cè)試及分析。研究結(jié)果:1、7~9歲兒童在3組6×10m高強(qiáng)度間歇跑運(yùn)動(dòng)中,心率恢復(fù)與主觀疲勞感受指數(shù)均呈現(xiàn)倒“U”特征,在運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min內(nèi),心率能夠較快地恢復(fù)到安靜狀態(tài),主觀疲勞感受指數(shù)則接近運(yùn)動(dòng)前水平。2、7歲兒童中安靜心率均值,男童為88.6b/min,女童為87.6b/min。運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min心率平均心率男童為86.7b/min,女童為91.8b/min。3組6×10m間歇跑結(jié)束后1min的男童心率恢復(fù)△HRR均值為48.1 b/min,恢復(fù)率為68.5%;女童△HRR均值為60.3 b/min,恢復(fù)率為68%。7歲兒童在運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min,心率分別恢復(fù)至安靜心率的100%和95.4%。3、8歲兒童中安靜心率均值,男童為84.7b/min,女童為85.7b/min。運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min心率平均心率男童為85b/min,女童為85.8b/min。3組6×10m間歇跑結(jié)束后1min的男童心率恢復(fù)△HRR均值為39 b/min,恢復(fù)率為55.4%;女童△HRR均值為38.1b/min,恢復(fù)率為57.8%。7歲兒童在運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min,心率分別恢復(fù)至安靜心率的99.6%和99.9%。4、9歲兒童中安靜心率均值,男童為84b/min,女童為83.2b/min。運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min心率平均心率男童為82.5b/min,女童為83.9b/min。3組6×10m間歇跑結(jié)束后1min的男童心率恢復(fù)△HRR均值為70.7b/min,恢復(fù)率為71.3%;女童△HRR均值為68b/min,恢復(fù)率為64.9%。9歲兒童在運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min,心率分別恢復(fù)至安靜心率的100%和99.1%。5、7~9歲兒童能量代謝水平、心臟迷走神經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)能力、疲勞心理認(rèn)知等是造成高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)后心率恢復(fù)特征的主要影響因素。研究結(jié)論:1、7~9歲兒童在多組高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)束后的1min,心率恢復(fù)程度最高,恢復(fù)速度最快,運(yùn)動(dòng)后3-5min心率恢復(fù)速度呈遞減特征,運(yùn)動(dòng)后5min均能夠恢復(fù)至安靜狀態(tài)。2、7~9歲兒童在多組高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)束后,心率恢復(fù)速度與程度具有性別和年齡特征。總體上,隨年齡增長(zhǎng),男童心率恢復(fù)程度快于女童。3、7~9歲兒童多組高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中,主觀疲勞感受指數(shù)在性別上無顯著性差異。4、7~9歲兒童疲勞心理認(rèn)知是造成高強(qiáng)度間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)后心率恢復(fù)特征的主要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics of intermittent and high-intensity activities in children during exercise, such as intermittent running, jumping, etc. In this study, the heart rate and subjective fatigue index of children during 6 脳 10 m interval running were measured. The purpose of this study was to explore the short-time recovery characteristics of children after high-intensity intermittent exercise. Methods: 45 male and female children aged 7 to 9 years old were selected as test subjects. Based on literature research and expert interviews, the test method was used. Heart rate and subjective fatigue self-assessment index were measured in 3 groups of 6 脳 10 m interval running, and were tested and analyzed in groups according to age. The results showed that children aged 7 years old were in 3 groups of 6 脳 10 m high intensity intermittent running. The recovery of heart rate and subjective fatigue perception index both showed inverted "U" characteristics. In 5min after exercise, the heart rate could recover to quiet state quickly, while the subjective fatigue feeling index was close to the mean of quiet heart rate in children aged 7 years old before exercise. The average heart rate of 5min after exercise was 86.7 b / min for boys, and for boys after 6 脳 10 m interval running in 91.8b/min.3 group, the average recovery of heart rate for boys with 1min was 48.1 b / min, the recovery rate was 68.5; the mean value of HRR for girls was 60.3 b / min, and the recovery rate was 68.7 years old. At 5 min after exercise, the heart rate returned to 100% of that of quiet heart rate and 95. 4% to 95. 4% of the mean of quiet heart rate in 8 years old children. After exercise, the average heart rate of 5min was 85 b / min for boys, 39 b / min for boys with 1min after 6 脳 10 m interval running in 85.8b/min.3 group, and 55.4 for girls, and 38.1 b / min for girls, and 57.8.7 years old for girls. At 5 min after exercise, the heart rate returned to 99.6% of the rest heart rate and 99.9% of the rest heart rate in the children aged 99.9. 4 years old. After exercise, the average heart rate of 5min was 82.5 b / min for boys, 70.7 b / min for boys with 1min after 6 脳 10 m interval running in 83.9b/min.3 group, and 71.3% for girls, and 68 b / min for girls, and 64.9.9 years old children in 83.9b/min.3 group. At 5 min after exercise, the heart rate returned to 100% of that of quiet heart rate and 99.1% to energy metabolism level of 79-year-old children. The ability of regulating cardiac vagus nerve and fatigue psychological cognition were the main influencing factors of heart rate recovery after high intensity intermittent exercise. Conclusion the recovery degree of heart rate in 79-year-old children was the highest at 1 min after the end of high intensity intermittent exercise. The recovery rate of 3-5min was the fastest and the heart rate of 3-5min decreased after exercise. After exercise, 5min was able to recover to a quiet state. All the children aged 7 years old were able to recover after several groups of high intensity intermittent exercise. The rate and degree of heart rate recovery were of gender and age characteristics. In general, the recovery rate of heart rate in boys was faster than that in girls. There was no significant gender difference in subjective fatigue perception index. The psychological cognition of fatigue in children aged 7 years old was the main influencing factor of heart rate recovery after high intensity intermittent exercise.
