【摘要】：社會(huì)不斷進(jìn)步,競(jìng)技體育快速發(fā)展,競(jìng)技體育背后隱藏著某些巨大的問題越發(fā)明顯,如公平競(jìng)賽、興奮劑、運(yùn)動(dòng)員道德、科技手段濫用等問題,這些問題對(duì)體育運(yùn)動(dòng),對(duì)人類社會(huì)長(zhǎng)期以來所持有的真、善、美的道德價(jià)值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)帶來了挑戰(zhàn),也使得體育自身的發(fā)展面臨轉(zhuǎn)折。本文從倫理學(xué)的角度出發(fā),在深入分析中國(guó)女排的光輝歷程和發(fā)展模式的基礎(chǔ)上,提煉出“女排精神”所折射的倫理價(jià)值,為包括競(jìng)技體育在內(nèi)的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)健康良性發(fā)展提供有價(jià)值的借鑒和指導(dǎo)。第一章針對(duì)存在的屢見不鮮的不良比賽現(xiàn)象,對(duì)其成因做深入的分析,闡述研究競(jìng)技體育倫理思考的重要性和緊迫性。歸納了競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展面臨的問題和體育倫理學(xué)的研究?jī)r(jià)值、介紹了本課題的研究目的、意義以及研究方法。同時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述,為后續(xù)的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。第二章在已有成果的基礎(chǔ)上,明確競(jìng)技體育的概念,并對(duì)其內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。對(duì)體育文化中的倫理道德內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行歸納,梳理了我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,介紹了中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的歷史。第三章對(duì)“女排精神”展開了重點(diǎn)的研究,通過對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)女排的發(fā)展歷程的梳理,總結(jié)“女排精神”及其影響,并重點(diǎn)研究了“女排精神”的倫理內(nèi)涵,即自強(qiáng)不息、集體主義、無私奉獻(xiàn)、艱苦奮斗、愛國(guó)主義。第四章對(duì)公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)精神的內(nèi)涵和發(fā)展、及競(jìng)技精神缺失的原因進(jìn)行剖析。分析過度商業(yè)化與體育“善”流失關(guān)系。科技發(fā)展與人在競(jìng)技體育中關(guān)系對(duì)競(jìng)技體育的影響和人的影響。興奮劑所引發(fā)的相關(guān)倫理問題進(jìn)行歸納,從公平、人道、貴生、無傷的原則入手維護(hù)競(jìng)技體育的精髓和尊嚴(yán)。通過分析競(jìng)技體育參與人的體育道德問題,呼吁全面提升參與人體育道德,從而促使競(jìng)技體育良性發(fā)展。第五章在前文對(duì)“女排精神”的倫理思考和競(jìng)技體育面臨問題的倫理思考基礎(chǔ)上,提出了借鑒“女排精神”的倫理內(nèi)涵,為體育精神提供導(dǎo)向,倡導(dǎo)體育倫理價(jià)值內(nèi)化,結(jié)合儒家思想和體育道德及體育制度,樹立體育精神道德典范,完善輿論監(jiān)督機(jī)制和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)機(jī)制。對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),通過對(duì)“女排精神”倫理內(nèi)涵和實(shí)質(zhì)全面剖析和中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育精神匱乏分析,啟示中國(guó)競(jìng)技體育。探索中國(guó)體育文化和體育道德的發(fā)展方向,激發(fā)競(jìng)技體育從業(yè)者實(shí)現(xiàn)自我,通過公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)達(dá)到共同進(jìn)步,促進(jìn)我國(guó)體育精神的良好傳承。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of competitive sports, there are more and more obvious problems behind competitive sports, such as fair play, doping, athletes' morality, misuse of scientific and technological means, and so on. The moral values of truth, goodness and beauty, which have been held by human society for a long time, have brought challenges and made the development of sports itself face a turning point. On the basis of deep analysis of the glorious course and development mode of Chinese women's volleyball team, the ethical value reflected by the spirit of "women's volleyball team" is extracted. To provide valuable reference and guidance for the healthy development of sports, including competitive sports. This paper expounds the importance and urgency of studying the ethical thinking of competitive sports, sums up the problems facing the development of competitive sports and the research value of sports ethics, and introduces the research purpose of this subject. Significance and research methods. At the same time, the research results in related fields are summarized, which lays a foundation for further research. Chapter two defines the concept of competitive sports on the basis of existing achievements. It advocates the internalization of sports ethics value, combines Confucianism, sports morality and sports system, sets up the model of sports spirit morality, consummates the supervision mechanism and reward mechanism of public opinion, and summarizes the full text. Through the comprehensive analysis of the ethical connotation and essence of "Women's Volleyball Spirit" and the analysis of the lack of Chinese competitive sports spirit, this paper enlightens China's competitive sports, explores the development direction of Chinese sports culture and sports morality, and stimulates the sports practitioners to realize themselves. Through fair competition to achieve common progress, promote the good inheritance of Chinese sports spirit.
