【摘要】：全國排球聯(lián)賽是除了全國運動會以外我國最高水平的比賽,所以各省隊伍都非常重視。隨著現(xiàn)代排球的日益發(fā)展,各個球隊都在引入高水平的外籍排球運動員在全國排球聯(lián)賽中幫助球隊取得優(yōu)異的成績。然而在全國女子排球聯(lián)賽的12支隊伍中,河南女子排球隊是一支老牌球隊,曾在全國甲A女子排球聯(lián)賽中獲得過第三名,全國女子排球錦標賽第四名的優(yōu)異成績,并為我國女子排球隊和國家青年隊,國家少年隊輸送了多名優(yōu)秀運動員。最近幾年,隨著楊爽、霍萱等一批老隊員退役,河南女子排球隊的競技水平遠遠不如以前,球隊逐漸開始走下坡路,困境越來越大。由于隊伍人員青黃不接,球隊在全國排球聯(lián)賽中再也沒有進入過前八,一直在保級中艱難徘徊。因此,面對下一屆全國女子排球聯(lián)賽,河南女子排球隊需要積極探索改進方法,走出低谷,不再為聯(lián)賽保級而苦苦掙扎,爭取在下一屆全國排球聯(lián)賽取得理想的成績。本文采用文獻資料法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、觀察法等研究方法,對河南女子排球隊在15-16賽季全國甲A女子排球聯(lián)賽小組賽主場比賽中的表現(xiàn)和主要的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)風格進行了分析,以及與主要對手在反攻系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)的對比研究,分析目前河南女子排球隊低迷狀態(tài)的原因,探討河南女子排球隊如何改變技戰(zhàn)術(shù)打法,提高技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平,如何才能重新回到全國八強之列。找出其制約河南女子排球隊發(fā)展的主要問題及原因,為備戰(zhàn)下一屆全國女子排球聯(lián)賽提供一定的參考。研究結(jié)果表明:1、河南女排四號位攔網(wǎng)效果相對較好,經(jīng)常能夠形成雙人攔網(wǎng),在二、四號位的定點的單人攔網(wǎng)也能夠給對手壓力。但是隊員在移動攔網(wǎng)的效果不理想,移動速度偏慢,有時會判斷失誤導致取位不準。2、河南女排在取位準確的前提下防重扣球的效果較好,但是在防對方無進攻的球與輕球時腳步偏慢,有時思想不集中,機會球把握不好。3、二傳手在反擊調(diào)整傳球的思路過于單調(diào),與副攻隊員的配合相對較少,主要是依賴強攻位置,但是穩(wěn)定性與準確性相對較高。4、反擊進攻相比其他隊伍來說不夠穩(wěn)定,出現(xiàn)失誤較多。并提出以下建議:1、以賽代練,在比賽中總結(jié)自身出現(xiàn)的問題,針對性的進行訓練。2、在常規(guī)訓練中狠抓基本功,提出訓練要求。3、合理有效減輕隊員壓力,在訓練中多模擬比賽場景。4、在平時加強技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的配合與創(chuàng)新,增加進攻手段。
[Abstract]:The National Volleyball League is the highest level in our country other than the National Games, so the provincial teams attach great importance to it. With the development of modern volleyball, Various teams are bringing in high-level foreign volleyball players to help the teams achieve excellent results in the National Volleyball League. However, out of the 12 teams in the National Women's Volleyball League, the Henan Women's Volleyball team is an established team. She has won the third place in the National Women's Volleyball League and the fourth place in the National Women's Volleyball Championships. In recent years, he has sent many excellent athletes to the Chinese women's volleyball team, the national youth team, and the national youth team. With Yang Shuang, Huo Xuan, and other older players retired, the competitive level of the Henan women's volleyball team was far lower than before, and the team gradually began to go downhill, and the difficulties were getting bigger and bigger. The team has never entered the top eight in the National Volleyball League and has been struggling to relegate. Therefore, in the face of the next National Women's Volleyball League, the Henan Women's Volleyball team needs to actively explore ways to improve and get out of the trough. No longer struggling for league relegation, striving for the ideal results in the next National Volleyball League. This paper adopts the methods of literature, mathematical statistics, observation and so on. This paper analyzes the performance and main technical and tactical style of Henan Women's Volleyball team in the National A Women's Volleyball League Group stage in the 15-16 season, and compares the data with the main opponents in the counter-offensive system. This paper analyzes the reasons for the current low state of Henan women's volleyball team, and probes into how Henan women's volleyball team can change its technique and tactics and improve its technical and tactical level. How can we return to the list of the top eight in the country and find out the main problems and reasons that restrict the development of the Henan women's volleyball team? It provides a certain reference for preparing for the next National Women's Volleyball League. The research results show that the effect of the fourth position block of Henan Women's Volleyball team is relatively good, and it can often form a double block, in the second place, The single block at the fourth position can also put pressure on the opponent. However, the effect of the players in moving the block is not ideal, and the speed of movement is on the low side. Sometimes the error of judgment leads to the inaccurate position. The Henan Women's Volleyball team has a better effect in preventing heavy spiking on the premise of accurate position, but when the opposing side does not attack the ball and light ball, the pace is slow, and sometimes the thinking is not concentrated. The opportunity ball is not good at .3, the second passer is too monotonous in the way of counter-attack and adjustment of passing, and the cooperation with the auxiliary attack players is relatively less, mainly relying on the position of strong attack. But the stability and accuracy are relatively high. 4. The counter-attack is less stable than the other teams, and there are more mistakes. In the routine training, we should pay close attention to the basic skills, put forward the training requirements. 3, reasonably and effectively lighten the pressure of the players, simulate the match scene .4 in training, strengthen the cooperation and innovation of techniques and tactics in peacetime, and increase the offensive means.
