人體動平衡能力評價系統(tǒng)的設計與應用

【摘要】:平衡功能是人體為保持全身處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)而抵抗破壞平衡的自身因素和外力的一項非常重要的身體功能,它直接影響人體正常的運動功能和日;顒幽芰ΑR虼巳梭w平衡能力是評價人體身體狀況的一項重要指標。平衡能力可以分為靜平衡和動平衡。本研究主要針對動平衡能力的測量。動平衡是指通過應對由于身體一部分或者整個身體的動作產(chǎn)生的各種力而維持的姿態(tài),它包括人體進行各種自主姿勢間轉(zhuǎn)換重新獲得穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)和對外界干擾及時做出反應而達到平衡狀態(tài),這兩個方面的內(nèi)容。本系統(tǒng)采用六軸陀螺加速度傳感器對平衡板的傾斜角進行跟蹤記錄,再通過STM32微控制器對陀螺儀和加速度數(shù)據(jù)進行角度融合,上位機將接收到的數(shù)據(jù)進行實時顯示和繪圖,便于測試。本系統(tǒng)利用準確獲取的實時傾角信息作為人體動平衡能力評價的參數(shù)。它可以設定多種測量模式,如主動維持水平和跟隨擺動,睜眼狀態(tài)和閉眼狀態(tài)下的測量等,從而更加全面的對人體動平衡能力進行評價。經(jīng)過試驗驗證,利用本系統(tǒng)進行動平衡測試,選取的指標結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計學意義;平衡角度標準差、平均角速度等指標具有良好的重測信度;最后給出了動態(tài)跟隨測試的綜合評價方法,綜合得分與跟隨曲線基本一致,但是此方法的科學性與合理性還需要進一步的驗證。雖然,本系統(tǒng)在評價人體動平衡能力的性能方面還需要大量科學準確的數(shù)據(jù)庫支持,但是本系統(tǒng)可以作為體育運動中有關動平衡項目的輔助訓練方法和平衡相關疾病的康復訓練手段;相信本系統(tǒng)也對更加完備的動平衡能力測量儀器開發(fā)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Balance function is a very important physical function of the human body to resist the internal factors and external forces that destroy the balance in order to keep the whole body in a stable state. It directly affects the normal movement function and daily activity ability of the human body. Therefore, the balance ability of human body is an important index to evaluate the human body condition. The balance ability can be divided into static balance and dynamic balance. A measure of the ability to balance. Dynamic balance is a posture maintained by responding to various forces generated by the actions of a part of the body or the body as a whole. It includes a variety of autonomous posture changes between the human body to regain stability and timely response to external interference to achieve balance. This system uses six-axis gyroscope acceleration sensor to track and record the tilt angle of the balance plate, and then integrates the gyroscope and acceleration data by STM32 microcontroller. The upper computer can display and plot the received data in real time, which is convenient for testing. The system uses the accurately acquired real-time inclination information as the parameter for evaluating the human body's dynamic balance ability. It can set up various measuring modes. Such as actively maintaining the level and following the swing, the state of open eyes and the state of closed eyes, and so on, so as to evaluate the dynamic balance ability of the human body more comprehensively. After experimental verification, the system is used to carry out the dynamic balance test. The results of the selected indexes have statistical significance; the standard deviation of equilibrium angle and the average angular velocity have good test-retest reliability; finally, the comprehensive evaluation method of dynamic follow test is given, and the comprehensive score is basically the same as the following curve. However, the scientific and reasonable nature of this method needs further verification. Although, this system still needs a large number of scientific and accurate database support in evaluating the performance of human dynamic balance ability. However, the system can be used as an auxiliary training method in sports about dynamic balance items and a rehabilitation training method for balancing related diseases, and it is believed that this system is also of great significance to the development of more complete measuring instruments for dynamic balance ability.
