【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,以電子競技產(chǎn)業(yè)為代表的一批新的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)開始發(fā)展壯大,但同時(shí)也有許多新的問題正在制約整個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文旨在通過對(duì)電競產(chǎn)業(yè)比較發(fā)達(dá)的韓國的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的分析,研究我國政府應(yīng)當(dāng)如何更好地利用產(chǎn)業(yè)政策解決電子競技產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的問題。最終得出新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)政策應(yīng)當(dāng)堅(jiān)持"頂層設(shè)計(jì)"、"后期參與"、"加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管"三方結(jié)合的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, a number of new cultural industries, represented by the e-sports industry, have begun to develop and expand. But at the same time, there are also many new problems that are restricting the development of the whole industry. This paper aims to analyze the industrial policies of South Korea, where e-sports 's industry is relatively developed. This paper studies how our government should make better use of industrial policies to solve the problems facing the development of e-sports industry, and finally draws the conclusion that the industrial policy of emerging industries should adhere to the combination of "top-level design", "late participation" and "strengthening supervision".
