【摘要】：校園足球作為足球發(fā)展的第一線,其發(fā)展水平關(guān)系到我國足球的發(fā)展,也是實現(xiàn)中國足球騰飛發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。2009年4月國家體育總局和教育部聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《關(guān)于加強全國青少年校園足球工作的意見》,發(fā)展校園足球政策的提出,體現(xiàn)了讓足球回歸教育的宗旨。在政策的推動下,校園足球發(fā)展迅速,取得了一定的成績,特別是2016年教育部發(fā)布工作要點中提到加快推進校園足球普及,更是將校園足球的發(fā)展推向了一個新的高潮。本研究基于協(xié)同學視角,借助系統(tǒng)論、自組織思想采用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、邏輯分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法等研究方法對河北省校園足球現(xiàn)狀、不足、發(fā)展要素、系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建、系統(tǒng)的運行模式、條件、動力等問題進行研究,明確基于協(xié)同學理論的河北省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的自組織演化動力。通過研究得出以下結(jié)論:河北省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)具有有序性、開放性、層次性、演化性的特點,是一個具有育人功能的多樣化、自組織演化的開放系統(tǒng);河北省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)在開放性的特點下,會受到經(jīng)費投入、設(shè)施不足、協(xié)同保障機制不健全等因素的影響會促成漲落的形成,它是校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)自組織演化動力的重要誘因;通過對國內(nèi)外校園足球發(fā)展模式的探討,發(fā)現(xiàn)河北省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展缺少內(nèi)生動力,處于“被組織”狀態(tài),基于協(xié)同學理論,從影響校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展的外部驅(qū)動因素、內(nèi)部驅(qū)動因素和協(xié)同驅(qū)動因素三大子系統(tǒng)論述校園足球的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,通過建立校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng),確定校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展新方向;在自組織演化動力的模式下,確立河北省校園足球可持續(xù)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)的序參量,引導促進河北省校園足球的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the first line of football development, the development level of campus football is related to the development of football in China. In April 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued "opinions on strengthening the work of Youth Campus Football in China", and put forward a policy for the development of campus football. This reflects the aim of returning football to education. Under the impetus of the policy, campus football has developed rapidly and made certain achievements. In particular, the Ministry of Education issued the main points of work in 2016 to speed up the promotion of campus football popularization. This study is based on Synergetics perspective, with the help of system theory, self-organization of the idea of using the literature method, expert interviews, logical analysis, System analysis and other research methods to Hebei Province campus football status, deficiencies, development elements, system construction, system operation mode, conditions, power and other issues, This paper makes clear the self-organizing and evolving motive force of sustainable development of campus football in Hebei province based on synergetic theory. The following conclusions are drawn: the sustainable development system of campus football in Hebei Province has the characteristics of order, openness, hierarchy and evolution. The sustainable development system of campus football in Hebei Province, with the characteristics of openness, will be invested in funds and facilities will be insufficient. The influence of some factors, such as imperfect coordination guarantee mechanism, will lead to the formation of fluctuation, which is an important inducement for the self-organization and evolution of the sustainable development system of campus football, and through the discussion of the development mode of campus football at home and abroad, It is found that the sustainable development of campus football in Hebei province is lack of endogenous motivation and is in the state of being organized. Based on the theory of synergy, the paper analyzes the external driving factors that affect the sustainable development of campus football. The three subsystems of internal driving factor and cooperative driving factor discuss the sustainable development of campus football. Through establishing the sustainable development system of campus football, the new direction of sustainable development of campus football is determined. Establish the order parameter of sustainable development system of campus football in Hebei province, guide and promote the sustainable development of campus football in Hebei province.
