男子網(wǎng)球運動員正手擊球爆發(fā)力耐力訓(xùn)練手段的選取與實證

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代男子網(wǎng)球技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨向于精細(xì)化、全面化,底線型打法在比賽占據(jù)主要地位。在激烈的對抗中,由于網(wǎng)球運動員需要頻繁地轉(zhuǎn)換進(jìn)攻與防守,導(dǎo)致了比賽中出現(xiàn)大量的多拍相持現(xiàn)象。在這種情況下要想取得比賽的勝利,對擊球的要求不僅需要良好的穩(wěn)定性,同時還要保證擊球的速度。因此,本文以擊球的穩(wěn)定性和速度為關(guān)鍵點,提出關(guān)于爆發(fā)力耐力的概念,尋找提高爆發(fā)力耐力的訓(xùn)練手段,進(jìn)行男子網(wǎng)球正手擊球爆發(fā)力耐力訓(xùn)練的實驗,解決提高正手擊球爆發(fā)力耐力的問題。通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法找到提高網(wǎng)球正手底線擊球爆發(fā)力耐力的訓(xùn)練手段,采取實驗法驗證這些訓(xùn)練手段對提高爆發(fā)力耐力的效果。確定實驗的自變量和因變量,即提高男子網(wǎng)球正手底線擊球爆發(fā)力耐力的訓(xùn)練手段指標(biāo)和驗證訓(xùn)練手段對提高男子網(wǎng)球正手底線擊球爆發(fā)力耐力的效果指標(biāo)。把32名運動員分為實驗組和對照組,保證實驗前兩組各項基本指標(biāo)不具有顯著性對比,運用獨立樣本T檢驗和配對樣本T檢驗對兩組運動員身體的基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)、正手擊球速度、成功率和擊球技術(shù)評定等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實驗前后數(shù)據(jù)對比性統(tǒng)計分析。通過對實驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析與論證得出以下結(jié)論:1.通過文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談和問卷調(diào)查等方法找到相對合理的男子網(wǎng)球底線擊球爆發(fā)力耐力的訓(xùn)練手段和評價訓(xùn)練手段訓(xùn)練效果的指標(biāo)。2.實驗組正手大力擊球成功率、擊球平均速度和擊球技術(shù)3方面均優(yōu)于對照組。3.實驗組正手大力擊球采用的爆發(fā)力耐力訓(xùn)練手段相對來說優(yōu)于對照組采用的常規(guī)訓(xùn)練手段。
[Abstract]:The development of modern men's tennis technology tends to be refined, comprehensive, and the bottom line plays a major role in the match. In the fierce confrontation, tennis players need to switch attack and defense frequently, In order to win the game, it is necessary not only to have good stability, but also to ensure the speed of the shot. Taking the stability and speed of batting as the key point, this paper puts forward the concept of explosive endurance, looks for the training means to improve explosive endurance, and carries out the experiment on the explosive endurance training of men's forehand batting. To solve the problem of improving the explosive stamina of forehand batting. Through the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and other research methods, to find out the training means to improve the explosive stamina of tennis forehand bottom line batting, The effects of these training methods on explosive endurance were verified by experimental methods. The independent and dependent variables of the experiment were determined. That is, the index of training means to improve the explosive stamina of the men's forehand's bottom line shot and to verify the effect of training means on improving the men's tennis forehand's bottom line shot's explosive stamina. 32 players were divided into the experimental group and the control group. To ensure that the two groups of basic indicators do not have significant comparison, the use of independent samples T test and paired sample T test to the two groups of athletes' body basic indicators, forehand hit speed, Through the analysis and demonstration of the experimental results, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Through the literature, the author makes a comparative statistical analysis of the data before and after the experiment, such as the success rate and the assessment of the batting technique. The methods of expert interview and questionnaire survey were used to find out the relatively reasonable training method of men's bottom line shot burst endurance and the index of evaluating the training effect of training means .2.The success rate of forehand hard hitting in the experimental group was found. The average speed and technique of batting were better than that of control group in three aspects. The explosive endurance training method used in forehand hard stroke in the experimental group was better than the conventional training method in the control group.
